The manager, Mr. Rolando, has the biggest heart. He was truly a blessing to us, an angel sent from heaven. We only inquired about the venue five days before the event since we had to wait for the memorial date and time to be finalized. Mr. Rolando went above and beyond to accommodate us. He even canceled a music event they had already organized for that Saturday and gave us the entire patio for our private gathering. The food was amazing. We ordered the grilled salmon, London broil beef, rice pilaf, salad, bread, and strawberry lemonade for $35 per person for 80 pax. The staff were top-notch and made sure there was always enough food for everyone. Everything went smoothly. The ambiance was beautiful, and having our own private access and space made it even more special. Highly recommended!

I will give a quick break down of everything for people who are contemplating this company for your meal prep service. For this meal prep service I get meals for myself and my husband and both of us hands down believe that the quality, quantity, price and most importantly flavor of these meals are amazing ! I have ordered a few times now and tried a combination of everything on the menu. You cannot go wrong with anything you order here. The quality of the proteins used is great, knock on wood, never eaten a nerve or anything funky in the protein. The amount of food in each container is perfect to satisfy hunger and make you full til your next meal. I know some meal prep companies over fill the containers with carbs or veggies and you're hungry within an hour, but the portions are relatively consistent just enough protein veggies and carbs and you stay feeling energized and ready to tackle your day. We love it! The pricing is extremely reasonable and dealing with Justin is absolutely a pleasure. He is very attentive and always makes sure to keep in communication to let you know when your meals are ready. He is very good at getting back to you in a timely manner as well and answers all questions ( if you even have any) as he is very descriptive in everything he says so he leaves you without questions. NOW! Speaking flavor here, every single item you order is flavored just perfectly. I have yet to try something that does not taste good. Everything on this menu is mix and match and pairs well with everything. You never get bored of the options. I would 100% recommend this service for anyone looking to get into a meal prep service.

The kids also agreed that their burgers and Patty melts were yummy. My son and I got the crinkle fries, which were a bit soggy by the time they arrived. I don't think it's anyone's fault, that's just how fries come when they are delivered. So quality of food was 5 stars! Delivery was pretty fast, it arrived less than an hour after we ordered. Everything came sealed in a plastic bag (which would also explain the soggy fries) They only reason I gave 4 stars is I don't feel like it was a good value. For three burgers & three fries it was $70 after tip! The fees alone were $8, which seems a bit excessive since you don't have the option to p/u food yourself, you have to have it delivered. Was it worth a try? Definitely! Will we order again? Probably not unless their prices/fees are reduced.

On Sunday, July 5, at 10:55 a.m., I received a text explaining that an unexpected equipment malfunction late Saturday, July 4, had affected their production schedule. I was given the option to receive a credit toward the following week's order or a full refund. I replied that same day requesting a full refund. I followed up on Tuesday, July 7, and was told that refunds typically take three to five business days. By July 13, I still had not received the refund, so I reached out again but received no response. I followed up once more on July 14 and again received no response or refund. This is especially disappointing because I had been ordering meal-prep meals from them on and off for more than a year. I understand that unexpected problems happen, but a business should communicate with its customers and promptly issue refunds when promised.
