Falcone's Pizza is the main spot to get some good hot pizza. I haven't been to Falcone's in a minute since moving out of the area, but when I do venture back to Pico, Falcone's is the only spot for me. The crust is excellent, the toppings are always fresh and the cheese is insane, I truly love the pizza there. The staff are always friendly, inviting and very helpful. They have been around forever and that is just a testament on them serving up a GREAT product and keeping the community happy. I will 100% be back more often. read more

Hello this is my first ever yelp review. I went there hungry with my family of 4. My mom and cousin were there and just leaving as we got there . I ordered a Cesar salad 2 litter soda mozzarella sticks and a medium Canadian and pepperoni pizza. I asked how long it would be and the person who was helping a new hire cashier (from what I noticed ) said 15 minutes . About 20 minutes passed and they asked me if I wanted chicken or no chicken with the salad. I told them chicken then they brought out my sticks and soda and then the salad. It must have been 45 minutes and someone asked me if I got my pizza yet. I said no I'm still waiting. I asked for an order of ranch I know they charge for it so I got 2. Still waiting on my pizza I went up to the register and asked how much longer would it be done? They said 10 minutes at that point I was really frustrated and my body language was obvious so I told them I've been waiting a while with the kids and my toddler is getting fussy the guy asked if I wanted my money back so he gave me my money back for my pizza. I payed for the sticks, soda , and and salad. I was hoping he would say something like let me cover the mozzarella sticks orLet me cover the soda or just an apology for why my pizza was going to take 55 minutes mind you I was the only family there at that point. for about 25 minutes it was just my family in the restaurant , so my order was the only one they were working on. I wished he would have just apologized, they all just looked at me but said nothing. No sorry no my bad. I didn't say anything to them in a negative way but I was frustrated. He linstead just chose to give me my money back. I don't think I'll ever come back and I'll let my friends and family know about the experience. I hope you guys reach out to me because I have never, and I doubt I'll ever make another yelp review again. I have had bad customer service before but have always kept quiet and polite . I am a very patient person. If Falcone's read their reviews I hope they make it right and at least get an apology . I had to load up the family and go eat tacos Down the street. read more

We used to come here all the time after my son's football games, lots of great memories here. We moved about 6 years ago but just recently had a sort of team reunion so I came back here for three giant-sized pizzas to go, one pepperoni, one sausage and one cheese. It came to $134.08 with tax. I've been in search of a decent pizza spot in the area and decided to give Falcone's a try. I've lived minutes away from Falcone's for years and have never given it a decent shot. When gauging a new pizza spot I always pick up a basic pepperoni and sausage pizza, it serves as a reference/base line. The crust had a good consistency and had a nice crunch when snapped or bitten, I truly enjoyed this. The sauce was too sweet for my liking, it made me think of ketchup. The toppings, pepperoni and sausage were bland band tasteless rendering themy moot. Overall, the pizza is fine, edible, but not one I would order again. read more

There was a kid at the register and he was rude and I asked for a side of ketchup and he didn't want to give me some and I asked to speak with the manager and he refused to bring them. This is my third time back and every time I have gone I take a new friend to have them try it and I keep my opinions to myself until they give me their feedback. One thing that all three of my friends have said each individual time that I also believe to be true is that Falcone's does not put enough sauce on their pizza. I feel that if you were to add more sauce it would really bring out the flavor of the pizza. The service is alright, whenever I call they never really sound enthusiastic which I get it it's a minimum wage job but just a tiny bit of enthusiasm or energy whatever you want to call it would be nice. Some might call it rude but I just call it lazy. Whoever it is that I talking on the phone with obviously sounds like they don't want to talk but other than that the pizza is decent. This was a childhood favorite! Just to put it into context, I am talking 40 years ago. Our family would order pizza every Friday. Of course we had our favorite pizza but honestly it didn't matter because everything that came out of that kitchen was great. I went back not too long ago to see if it was still as good as what I remember. It was good and my family liked it. Decided to give this place a try yesterday for delivery. Ordered a pretty big order and was told delivery would take 1 hr. 2 hrs later we finally get our delivery. We were missing things we ordered and we had no call or new total from delivery lady. My boyfriend just got handed the food and he handed her the money he was told over the phone. When he got in, we basically got crap, missing stuff we ordered and payed for! First off we were missing two cheesecakes we ordered and one 2 liter soda, the pizza was cold, his wings were cold and the French bread they gave us was hard as a rock and cold along with the backed ziti. Totally unsatisfied with our dinner. I told my boyfriend to call them but he said what's the use?! So now I'm resorting to this review. I honestly wanted to like this place and wanted to be a good customer but this was a horrible first time customer experience. Tried for the very first time with a selection of a 28" Giant in between our order. And I must say, not bad at all. Now, I was expecting my slices to be triangular cut and not square cut. This pizza is a little gem hidden in Pico Rivera! The pizza is soooo delishes. Wow. I like that the pizza is not made with a thick crust. The toppings are fresh and look like real food. I mean I've eaten some pizzas with sausage that looks like it belongs to a non-food group. I just wouldn't dine in as my first option but I definitely will be ordering take out. With the whole virus thing going on it seems like service is slower than usual. The hot wings are cooked so well. I've never had them under cooked. The sauce is a taste of heaven. I don't know what they put in that sauce but I sure would like to know. It isn't too tangy but just right! It's hard to find a place who serves good hot wings. I even order them now. The worst pizza. I ordered a medium falcons special and 12 chicken wings. The wings were harder than a rock. You couldn't bite into them. The pizza crust was so burnt. I called to complain. They weren't going to do anything about it until I said I wanted a new order of wings and a new pizza. She asked me how many slices of pizza did I eat. Between 3 people we ate 1 1/2. Then she asked how many wings did I eat. I told her 3. But I couldn't eat them because they were harder than a rock. After arguing with them. They said they were going to deliver my order. The delivery person called me to tell me he was stuck because of the train. Passed an hour. I called him back. No answer. There was no train, because I live next to them. So when he delivered the pizza. It was a small and only 4 wings, instead of a medium pizza and 12 wings. I called her up to complain again, and she hung up. I will never ever go there.
