    Confetti cupcake
    Dani W.

I'm surprised to see this place have such a low rating but maybe I came here on a good night. They were very busy tonight, but I was still promptly greeted and got my ice cream right away. The menu is pretty straight forward, but there are so many options it can be hard to pick. My daughter just wanted the featured ice cream (confetti cupcake or something to that tune) so I was able to order quickly and pay. I ended up picking up a pack of the ice cream cupcakes they have in the freezer next to their cakes. I still think I prefer a Dairy Queen cake because that crunch layer is what my dreams are made of. But the cupcakes are still really good. Hard chocolate shell, soft cake, ice cream, a light whipped buttercream, and an Oreo on top. It'll take some will power to not finish them all myself. All in all, the ice cream was very good and none of the employees said anything rude so really it was a positive experience.

I came to cold stone after work to pick up a small ice cream cake. The store was empty with two staffs standing around. No one said hello to me or asked me what I wanted or if I needed help. I picked up the cake and asked if they can write happy birthday on it. One of the staff said he didn't know how to. And since I was press for time, I just said fine and paid for the cake and left. I just ended up going to the dollar store and got candle and a sign to put on the cake that said happy birthday. The cakes are a little expensive but they are good. The service on the other hand, not so much.

Cold stone has always been one of my favorite ice cream places. I've never been a big fan of plain, boring ice cream, so I love how thick and rich their ice cream is! The birthday cake remix is my go-to order almost every time I come to Cold Stone Creamery. I had a good experience at this particular location. The staff were friendly, and mixed my ice cream well. I've been to Cold Stone locations that don't quite get it right, but that was luckily not the case here!

Cold Stone is a place I grew up going to & this was my first time back to one in probably over 5 years. I ordered the Cake Batter mixed with Reeses Cups & it was delicious! Really sweet though so I wouldn't get too much of it. The regular size cost me $4.99. The ice cream is also really soft so they can mix it with the candy so be careful on a hot day because it will melt extra quickly.

This is probably the worst Cold Stone that I've ever been. The guy took like forever to prepare our choices, the line was huge because he was slow and he put like half of the cup full of ice cream! The ice cream was hard and not soft as on other cold stone stores. I'll never come back here!

Overpriced and soupy ice cream. Cold counter is not cleared between ice cream so random flavors mix.

I needed some cupcakes for a gathering, and I saw the reviews so I thought I'd give them a try. I got up early to be there when they opened so I could have a good selection. I was pretty disappointed when I got there and there weren't that many options. I was also surprised at how small they were. The decorative topping is very simple. Then, when they said they were $4 a cupcake, I was even more surprised. If I hadn't made all the trouble to get here and if I didn't really need the cupcakes, I would have gone someplace else. I thought to myself, these better taste amazing. I bought a dozen cupcakes and made sure I got at least one of each flavor. Once I got home, I dug into one, just to see how they were. Once again, I'm disappointed. They don't even taste fresh. WTH?! Now I'm regretting serving the rest of them, because what if they aren't good as well? So disappointed. I got feedback from those at my event and the consensus is these aren't good. All of the cupcakes were dry, crumbled and fell apart when you tried to eat them. What makes matters worse, the owners don't care.

My standard for cupcakes are different than the general masses as I feel like the ENTIRE cupcake should be a complete entity taste wise and one component shouldn't outshine the other. For example, the toppings and icing they put on top of the cupcake is STELLAR but the actual bare cupcake itself tastes like one of those cakes box mixes like DUNCAN HINES, or PILLSBURY. The entire cupcake should be good not just one half component of it. Nevertheless they've got all different types of candies, bon bons, they bake wedding cakes, and host private parties so what do I know‍. We were gifted tickets for the German Village picnic Giftory experience which gave us two macarons of our choosing and two vanilla shortbread cookies for free. We chose the raspberry chambord and pistachio macarons while also ordering two pistachio cloud matchas. All of the desserts were excellent. The raspberry macaron was very fruit forward while the pistachio was more subdued, but still had a spot on flavor. Even with sugar coating the shortbread cookies, the touch of vanilla made them taste light. I could easily see myself eating far too many of those. The star of the show was the matcha. 10/10! I've never had a pistachio flavored drink, so I was a little hesitant, but wow, I'm glad I ordered it! The matcha base wasn't overly sweet nor was the pistachio foam overly salty. Perfect mix of sweet and savory. Even thought the line was out the door, it moved at a decent pace and our drinks didn't take too long to receive. I'd like to try the strawberry matcha next time, but I'm not sure if I can pass up the pistachio Highly recommend!

New location, same great service and taste!…read more I have tried donuts in many states and countries and I have yet to find one better than here. Well, if I'm honest there was this Amish stand at a farmers market in Central PA that had outstanding donuts, but they only sold them a few times a year and I have no idea how to find them! This trip, I got the big boy donut, a white icing cake donut, and a pretzel. The big boy donut is a huge glazed donut as big as your head. That's right, you can hold it up to your head and it will be just as large!!! This time, however, they put a twist on them and added icing to a few. I know, sweet on top of a sweet sugary donut seems like overkill, and it was. But come on, anyone willing to eat a donut as big as his head has no problem with something super duper sweet! The other items were equally good, and I liked their new larger location. They even added a few new items since I was last there like donut holes/bites. This place continues to reign as the donut king in my estimation, and the fact that they FINALLY accept credit cards now is a huge win.
