Strawberry/mango smoothie and strawberry ice cream!
Mary R.

What better way to cool down then with Cold Stone Creamery? I went in with the anticipation of ordering the Reese's Peanut Butter Ice Cream Cup. Sadly, they were sold out. Only reason why I scored it 4/5. I ordered a smoothie this time around and I was not disappointed. Typically, I order one of their specialty ice creams but last minute changed my mind. Now, weekends are BUSY. Expect to wait. Not a lot of sitting area. Inside dinning is still not available. But they have outdoor tables....which are usually occupied. Parking is horrible. Plenty of places to eat and shop near by so parking can be scarce. I typically park near the main entrance for ease of entering and exiting.

This was my very first time ever having cold stone. We waiting in line for 40 minutes I was shocked. But they also had a new employee that was still learning a lot. We ordered two small chocolate cups, Cookie Mintster, and a strawberry banana smoothie. $30 The kids really enjoyed their ice cream they gave it a thumbs up! The Cookie Minster was good lots of flavors in one. The large ice cream was melting waiting for the smoothie. The smoothie was the best I would get it there before any other smooth place! The flavors were sooo good! One of the tables was dirty with napkins all over it( which is understandable with a non stop line) Parking is a little hectic m. But also has lots of other shops in the area!

I didn't personally order anything last night (Summertime), but my family did. I used to frequent this location faithfully years ago when I worked nearby...I loved the apple pie like ice cream with all the fixings: vanilla ice cream, butter pecan ice cream, pecans, walnuts etc. Wuuuu, the memories! Well one thing that has remained the same, the steady flow of patrons. I last visited this past Summer and the line was almost out of the door. My family was pleased with their order. While it isn't the best (milkshake and ice cream) they have ever had, they said they would return if asked. The pricing isn't too bad and sometimes you can catch a deal/coupon or two in the local newspaper. The service is pretty decent, but keep in mind everything is crafted to order. Check it out... Parking can be a headache... tight lot and a lot of other shopping in the area and they all share the spaces. Have fun and enjoy life :)

I was so impressed. Obviously the ice cream is delicious but what blew me away the most was how great the customer service was. They worked quickly and made our order perfectly , even with the changes I asked for. Plus, when I asked for a lid to take it to-go they were helpful in giving me an extra large cup to store my ice cream in to prevent any leaking. Highly recommended visiting this Cold Stone!

This place has gotten better and have other employees in the weekend that are not lazy like i've experienced on the previous occasions i've gone. The new ice cream this month is the yellow oreo cake and circus cookie flavors. It was quite crowded today but they had three people working to get the orders for our group of ten. I love ordering the cheesecake factory with half cheesecake/cake batter ice cream. It has a good balance of fruit and lightly sweetened. The seating here can be inconvenient for big groups but we still manage to grab extra chairs and come together. The taste is always good as far as consistency and flavors for their ice creams. You can redeem $5 off orders after accumulating 50points by inputting your number in their rewards systems.

Service was great! Very friendly staff. Fast service as well! The ice cream is always amazing, so I look for associates that seem happy. They did not disappoint. It is a tad bit pricy but everything is right now. Three cups were over $23 but I understand and the quality is worth it. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is the womens room. They need to take some time and make it look less like a gross gas station restroom.

This is a neat place to get ice cream, but it is pricey. The ice cream is absolutely delicious though and made fresh. You can create your own mix ins or just get a signature ice cream. They mix up your ice cream in front of you. Depending on who works, they sing when they get a tip which is so fun. Sometimes the workers aren't really into the singing, but it is fun when they get into it. My favorites: Founders Favorite, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Strawberry Shortcake

Stopped into cold stone to get my son ice cream. This was his first time so he was happy to pick and mix his choices. I just stuck with strawberry ice cream. Nothing to rave about I will bring him again if he wants to attend.

This Cold Stone location has never failed me in all the years I have been coming here. The person helping me usually is friendly if it's not busy. When it is busy, like a Friday night, they aren't in the most bubbly mood. I get working in food can be stressful, but I feel bad for the kids who are excited to get their ice cream and to those customers that had to wait a long time in line when the workers speak unenthusiastically. We should all try to be in a good mood when there's ice cream around!

This location always has awesome customer service. I noticed though, that every time I, or anyone else, leaves them a tip, they bust out into song. I always feel bad, because they low key sound like they hate it, so when my bf and I go in, we pay them NOT to sing, hahaha. Just whisper "you don't have to" as you put your tip in the jar, I'm sure they'd appreciate it. ANYWAYS - their ice cream is pretty decent. On a scale of creamy, "real" tasting ice cream to that cheap, super market foamy stuff, it's kind of in the middle for me. Does anyone else know what I'm talking about?! Their signature creations make up for it though! They have so many awesome combinations. Today, I tried the Cheesecake Fantasy: Cheesecake Ice cream with graham cracker pie crust, blueberries, and strawberries. I don't think the fruit they used was fresh (the strawberries looked like a syrup), but I liked it regardless! The graham cracker part was my favorite though. My bf got the Oreo Overload: Sweet cream ice cream with chocolate chips, double the Oreo cookies, and chocolate fudge. ALSO awesome! Their sizes come in Like it (Small), Love it (Medium), and Gotta Have it (Large). They offer a bunch of different add ins if you want to make your own and stuff like waffle cones/chocolate dipped waffle cones. They've got a frozen yogurt section in the back too!! I think I remember seeing $0.49 per oz.

This star rating is only based on the cleanliness and the unprofessional behavior of the employees. It was a busy Saturday night with the line out the door and the cashier wants to socialize with her boyfriend instead of serve customers. She went to the back to get her phone and show him a photo...wth! There was no manager there, it was all kids with dirty containers everywhere. They were so unorganized. However, the ice cream is always good. I won't be back to this cold stone though.

Over mixed one ice cream and barely mixed the other. Milkshake was just milk. How do you mess up ice cream and milkshakes?

Ask the Community - Cold Stone Creamery

Do employees not sing anymore when tipped? Did I not tip enough? Last two locations I have been to didn't sing after we tipped. It was a nice thing that made cold stone "cold stone" and I miss it. Just wondering. Thank you.

I haven't heard them do this for a while now, either. I want to say since they've reopened from covid. I'm thinking maybe they were getting so many tips it was becoming overwhelming?… Read more

I had the punk mallow iced latte and it was very good and the heart straws are a sweet touch. The atmosphere inside was great and the hospitality was amazing. I loved the motif inside, it is different than the other bakeries in the area. It is hidden in the strip mall as there isn't a sign out front. I admit we drove by it at first. This will now be in our normal rotation!

Stopped by this café recently and was happy to see the space filled again after Sharetea closed…read moredown (rip). The storefront is a bit easy to miss since there's no big sign out front, just a window decal, but once inside it's a really cute space. I loved the interior design, especially the painted mural, which gives the shop a lot of character! They offer some very creative, Instagram-worthy specialty drinks. I ordered the Fiona Far Far Away matcha latte, which came with coconut syrup topped with vanilla cold foam and toasted coconut. The cold foam and coconut on top were tasty, though I wish I had asked for a bit more coconut syrup since I felt the coconut flavor didn't come through much in the drink itself. The matcha also wasn't mixed well at all and had a lot of clumps, which made parts of it quite bitter. That said, as someone who enjoys matcha, the drink overall was okay and I didn't mind the bitterness too much. I didn't get a chance to try any pastries since it was about half an hour before closing and the selection was limited, but I'd love to come back and try their usual offerings! There are a few small tables and bar seats available if you want to sit and enjoy your drink. Overall, a cool new café with a lot of potential. I'd definitely come back to try more items and see what new specialties they put out next!

**5-Star Google Review:**…read more I absolutely love this cupcake shop! They offer a *huge* variety of different cupcake flavors, and every one I've tried has been delicious and beautifully crafted. They also have actual cakes and cookies, so there's something for every sweet tooth. The staff is super friendly and always welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is really inviting, and a cool bonus is the little green wall perfect for selfies--such a fun feature! They even have seasonal flavors that keep things exciting. Definitely a must-visit for any dessert lover!

This must be what Heaven tastes like... sweet to me!! Nothing but pure bliss…read more Well back in February 2020, I had the opportunity to try this baker out for myself. If you recall a few months prior, I only had a slice of cake and fell in love. This time around, I ordered a sheet cake and some cupcakes for the kiddos. Everyone was thoroughly pleased! I only kept raving about this baker for months... the day came for all to taste and see what the hype was about! I ordered a strawberry lemonade flavor for the children and a strawberry champagne for the adults. This cake was super rich, I could only eat one good sized slice. But I made sure I had more for later. I think the cake lasted a good week and every day I had a slice and it kept tasting better and better. Now if you want to treat yourself, check her out! Her customer service is on point as well. I placed an order online and receive word via email about someone contacting me about my order. It may have been an hour that went by before I noticed an email in my inbox from the bakery. My daughter kept changing her mind on what type of party(ies) she wanted. As a result, I at least reached out to the bakery via email three times before my order was final and the flavoring and design was set. Each time the contact person, I believe it was the owner, she was super professional and continued to work with me and my different arrangements until everything was final. I understand she has tens maybe hundreds of orders each month, but she was focused on getting my order right and making sure I was satisfied. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend you give this baker a try. Make sure you check her office hours online, but I'm thinking someone is always monitoring the email. At this time with all the turmoil going on in the world, I believe she is offering delivery of baked goods. I noticed she's offering a KETO style cookie too. I think I am going to try those. real soon. Her masterpieces and gifted hands are worth every cent. Support local, Buy local! Have fun and enjoy life :)

Upon entering we were greeted warmly. She engaged in various conversations. She even helped me choose my cupcakes and answered any questions we had. I loved seeing all the examples of cakes they do, displayed throughout. I opted for a 4 pack. Whenever I am trying new cupcakes I have a method to my madness. I have to get a fruit one, a chocolate cake based, a vanilla cake based and a surprise. I ended up choosing a lemon cupcake, a vanilla cupcake, a chocolate cupcake and an Ube cupcake. The all tasted nice. The flavors were not over powering at all. I did not taste lemon in icing too much. Out of the 4 flavors I purchase, the Une was the best. Even my coworkers voted on the Ube cupcake being the best. The chocolate cupcake I chose... can't remember the flavor, but it was ok. It didn't wow me. I would definitely visit again.

It makes me really sad to write this review. I love to support small and local…read more I have only ever had their cupcakes sold individually at a Moyock farm market, but I've tried at least 5 different flavors. They always LOOK so delicious, fun and exciting! But...I have never in my life spit out a cupcake, or any kind of cake. I LOVE cake. First time trying them was a couple years ago, and they were unicorn-y looking, and sparkly, and gorgeous. But just not good. Thought I'd try them again 2 days ago and these 3 flavors: Ube, Strawberry (in case I didn't like the Ube), and Chocolate Cheesecake. The Ube was actually fine, and the best of the 3. But I still tossed half of it because it was so dry. SO dry, like sawdust. And sadly, I literally spit out the first bite of both the Strawberry and the Choc Cheesecake. Even drier than the Ube, but worse, they tasted...spoiled, if that's possible. Sadly, I only remembered to take a photo of the last one. I just don't understand! Most other reviews are so great! Maybe you have to order them fresh and not in a retail outlet. Or maybe the farm market gets them a week old or something... or the frosting is only good for one day. ?? Sad face.
