Sharing with him the fact that I wasn't an Ice Cream person but loved his, he asked if it was the Ube. I told him that flavor was my favorite but it was because his tasted different & so much better than other Ice Cream. Mentioning that other Ice Cream was just too sweet. He confirmed that was the biggest mistake people made preparing Ice Cream. He certainly knows the best way to prepare the deliciousness. Somehow we also even got on the topic of NFL Football. Don't I always? It's wonderful to learn that one of my favorite spots is owned by such a friendly & nice person. He didn't have to unlock the door so I could buy Ice Cream. But he did.
