Each time the contact person, I believe it was the owner, she was super professional and continued to work with me and my different arrangements until everything was final. I understand she has tens maybe hundreds of orders each month, but she was focused on getting my order right and making sure I was satisfied. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend you give this baker a try. Make sure you check her office hours online, but I'm thinking someone is always monitoring the email.
