Busy on a Saturday:) line out the door which I'd consider to be a good sign. Freindly and trendy. Quiet patio out front and out back as well! It's too busy inside to take pictures but it's got fast paced kitchen that's right in the middle so you can see the urgency everyone is working busily! They have a kiddos menu which has things like berry puree milk! My kids loved it! The berry milk tastes like a delicious milkshake! You can see the little seeds at the bottom! The floral jasmine lime has a complex flavor, I was expecting mainlu lime but instead I tasted the floral and tea which i liked:)
First time here was a Thursday morning. I just ordered one large Matcha latte. First thing to note parking very much is the only downside here unfortunately it is extremely small thankfully, I did find one spot right in their lot, but getting out of that one spot was such a hassle with other cars around. They do have a sign when you enter that other businesses will tow your car if you do park in their areas so that definitely makes me nervous whenever I do want to go now. Now for the Matcha, I ordered a large iced Matcha latte that was seven dollars, which I genuinely think that price is extremely reasonable. I did feel like it did have a lot of ice which wasn't my favorite, but I'm not too picky on that but I do wish they would be a little lighter on the ice. Taste wise the Matcha was good. It did have a hint of sweetness, not as much as I would have liked, but still very much worth it that I will come back. Service was meh I was standing waiting to order for a few mins while it looked like the employees were just chatting which felt weird. Until I made eye contact with one of them and they started taking my order so not the very best. All in all I will be coming back.
DELICIOUS coffee first off! I had the sea salt coffee and I want to go back to get it again, it was SO good. I was lucky to get the last pastry which was the pizza croissant and it was really good, I wanted to try the other ones but they were all out. Inside has good seating for studying and working and a good amount of outlets! The workers are non stop working, there's a lot of business but they all have lots of patience. Thanks!!
Since I'm out of town, I'm always on the hunt for spots that are actually worth trying--and COFT Coffee definitely did not disappoint. I tried a few drinks and every single one hit. The coconut matcha was one of my favorites--super smooth, light, and not overly sweet. It had this subtle coconut flavor, and the coconut flakes on top were such a nice touch. It felt refreshing and well balanced, not heavy or artificial tasting at all. The flan latte was also sooo good. It had that creamy, slightly caramel flavor you'd expect, but still not overly sweet, and the espresso came through perfectly. It gave it that nice little kick without being too much. One of those drinks you don't want to share but probably should. Their Vietnamese coffee was solid too--and definitely stronger than most places I've tried. If you're looking for something that will actually wake you up, this is it. I also really appreciated that they had a kids menu. My kids got the double berries and cream with whole milk and it was honestly delicious. I ended up mixing a little into my matcha and it was actually so good--unexpected combo but it worked. Now the pastries... 10/10 across the board. I tried the turkey and provolone, the cheese pastry, and the jalapeño one. I love that they offered to warm them up because they came out perfectly crispy and warm--just hits different like that. The vibe inside is super mellow and welcoming. It's spacious, clean, and has a really nice aesthetic. It honestly felt like one of those places you can just sit, relax, and enjoy your drink without feeling rushed. The big mirror in the restroom is a fun touch, although I will say the restroom had a slight smell. Customer service was amazing--fast, friendly, and just really good energy all around. Even though I'm just visiting, this is 100% a spot I'd come back to every time I'm in town.
My friend Leonard told me I just had to try this place out, and I'm so glad he did! What a cute little coffee and matcha shop! First of all, the parking lot is VERY small. There is street parking available, but with all the other businesses, the residential parking on the street and the church and high school right there, it's nearly impossible to find parking. They have a sign posted that local businesses will have you towed if you park in their lot. I ended up parking a couple blocks away and walking. They have another lot behind the shop, but that was also full and very small. It was packed while I was here. The line moved quickly and they were whipping out orders promptly. I decided to try the coconut matcha and got the berries and cream matcha for my oldest. The coconut matcha was incredible! By far my favorite, and some of the best matcha I've had. It blew my mind. The berries and cream matcha was a bit more bland and almost had a bitter taste to it. My daughter liked it, but it probably would have been better if she'd been able to have it fresh, but it had to survive the ride home. I would definitely come here again!
Yes yes yes! One of the best matchas I've ever had. I got a double matcha latte and it was incredible. Creamy and so matcha forward, this latte was everything I wanted. The outside is so cute with a lot of seating. I could see myself studying here. The inside is bigger than it looks. Plenty of space. Service was fast with a very short wait time.
I finally made it to Coft Cafe and I'm obsessed. The vibe is super cozy and the drinks did not disappoint. I tried the double matcha, berry matcha, and coconut matcha The double matcha was my favorite. It was so creamy and packed with flavor. You can tell they use high quality ingredients for this. The coconut matcha was refreshing, lightly sweet, and topped with toasted coconut that takes it to another level. I loved this esp given how hot it's been in chino. The berry matcha was decent, still good, just not my favorite. I wish it had more of a berry flavor. Parking is a bit rough (street parking with limited on site parking) but it's worth the journey! coft so cute! shoutout to discovering the online ordering because that makes getting my drink quickly so much better. i do hate the parking and waiting in long lines. the coconut matcha is good but i feel like the toasted coconut overpowers the matcha. the matcha latte is good too. i will always love the atmosphere and aesthetic of coft. a perfect place to study or chat with friends. definitely want to try their pastries one day too
Okay I am loving the matcha here. There's plenty of terrific matcha in LA and OC but I hadn't found anything comparable until Coft. Their matcha is super smooth and goes incredibly well with the sea salt cream top. Their drinks are made with oat milk by default, which is a plus in my book! The parking situation is a mess and my first time trying to come here, I actually left and went to a different matcha shop. Don't let that deter you! That or come with a friend who can run inside and order for both of you. I'm glad I gave it another try because it's now my favorite in the IE. Lots of seating in the outdoor patios, front and back of the shop. There's a good amount of seating inside as well but expect that it's full of people working on their laptops.
I recently went to Coft Coffee and tried their Sea Salt Hojicha and the Matcha with Flan Cream, and both drinks were so good. The inside of the café is really aesthetically pleasing. It's cozy, welcoming, and there were a lot of people studying or working when we visited, which made it feel like a really nice place to sit down and get work done. The staff were also very kind. When my friend ordered the hojicha, the lady working there made sure we actually knew what hojicha was before making the drink. She explained that it's a roasted and nuttier version of matcha, which I thought was really thoughtful since some people might not be familiar with it. It was sweet of her to double check in case we didn't know what we were ordering. I ordered the matcha with flan cream, and my friend got the sea salt hojicha. I have to say, the hojicha was so good that I think I might like it a little more than my matcha. But my drink was still really good too. The matcha was well prepared, the ratio was great, and the flan cream topping was so smooth and delicious. The wait was a little long, but honestly it was worth it because you can tell the drinks are made with care.
Coft makes me proud for being from the I.E. like diet coke makes rednecks proud to be Americans. NOTHING can free me from the shackles of this establishment.... look i am a broke college student but i am willing to spend my hard earned shriveling cash on Coft everyday for the rest of my life. this coffee shop is SO GOOD YOU DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND. JUST TRY IT OK IDC DONT EVEN READ THE DESCRIPTIONS OF THE DRINKS. GET EVERYTHING IDCJSUJSWJIZSJ. the flavors are SO SO unique. like... the coconut matcha latte literally tastes like a tropical creamy heaven.... but in the best way possible. I LOVE SWEET MATCHA MORE THAN I LOVE MY MOTHET.... and this latte fulfills it in all its glory. BUT THE DOUBLE MATCHA?????? INCREDIBLE???? I've had my amazing share of LA and OC matches as a UCLA transplant and the matcha is very strong in this one (look at that color)?! if you like drinks with balance of sweet and smooth, this place is for you, and ugh all the drinks were so creamy and have depth of flavor. I've seen Coft circulate on socials and was excited to finally try them out. Maybe I should've read through other reviews because I was immediately thrown off by the teeny tiny lot and minimal amount of spaces in the front and back. If you can't snag a space, then you move onto hunting for street parking and walking IF you're going during a busy time! I ended up parking up the street, 2-3 min walk, on Park Pl. I ordered a large Flan latte w/ an additional shot. ($8 + $1.50). I def could've just made the extra espresso shot at home because this stuff really adds up. Economy isn't great rn so unfortunately like $8-$10 for one drink sounds so steep but is normal now. This was my bf's drink and he enjoyed it! A little sweet but the additional shot helped balance it out. The raspberry on top is also a nice touch. Also ordered the Berries & Cream Matcha ($8.00). I was in looove with the house berry cream. Tasted like strawberries! I was trying not to keep eating it because I needed to leave some to be mixed in with the matcha. It was a good balance between the berry and matcha flavors. The matcha tasted rich and of quality. There were a lot of people everywhere whether sitting and hanging out, studying or waiting for their drinks. My two drinks came out in a timely manner. My order was placed at 1:19 pm and I was back at my car by 1:33 pm. I'd love to come back but hopefully at a less busy time because the parking is a turn off for me, unfortunately. But the drinks were so good and I'd love to try like everything from the menu lol.

This is somewhat a hidden gem that my friend told me about after learning wifey loves coffee. Located in the middle of Chino, this place presented itself very inviting. Food: The Sea Salt Coffee and Berries & Cream Matcha were very good. We weren't expecting much for a new place in their Sot Opening but it was a pleasant experience. Service & Ambience: Drinks took awhile to be made with lots of people waiting and standing around. There was already a line out the door after getting our drinks. Big open space inside but not much sitting area. Patrons who were done with their drinks made it harder to get seats because they remained chatting away. read more
Really cute coffee shop in Chino! They just opened and the hype is worth! I have a more sensitive taste bud for sweetness and their drinks are on the sweeter side (I ask for less sweet). Their berry matcha is my favorite and I tried the sea salt hojicha and really like it! The first time I went on the weekends, the line was out the door. My drinks are always delicious when i come here! they're creamy and have a strong flavor in a good way. I have ordered the flan matcha and the hojicha they were both soo good. The staff is nice, they don't talk much just take your order which is understandable because they very busy always. That being said the line goes outside the door but it moves very quickly which is great. It's a really nice place and has lots of seating areas indoor and outdoor i like this place and have recommended it to many ! read more

First time at Coft and we were all pleased with our drink choices. The creamy flan topping is so well done, not too sweet. See photo below. Sunday afternoon was expectedly crowded, but the order line moved at a reasonable pace. Tyler was friendly. The place is cute with good seating indoors and outdoors. Parking is very limited. We were lucky to find a spot in the small adjacent lot. Short drive from the Eucalyptus Loop hiking trail. read more

Walking in the store was sooo cute & big, great for groups of friends or if you need to get studying out the way. The drinks came super fast, max 10 minutes. This is a VERY small parking structure + there was construction in the street so parking was really difficult to manage. It took me about 15 minutes to find parking, other than that... I am not from around the area however, 10/10 we went on a weekday and got a berry matcha and strawberry lychee tea , I am a very picky person so I really did like the tea. the service was fast and environmentally friendly. I would come again! read more

The cutest space ever! Bright, airy, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of seating options; whether you're catching up with a friend, getting some work done, or just enjoying a quiet coffee moment. The drinks were absolutely delicious with a variety of fun options, and I love that they balance creativity with quality. A top 3 matcha latte. Higher quality than most of the stuff you'll wait in hour-long lines for in Ktown. The employees are hand-whisking matcha to-order, and the quality really shows in the taste. It's rich, thick, and smoothly whisked, with zero clumps. The umami and naturally earthy, slightly bitter taste of really good quality matcha shines through. It comes with sweetened oat milk by default, and I'm assuming they add some additional sweetener, though it didn't say what kind on the menu. As is, the oat matcha latte is a real star, and isn't too sweet or milky at all. I would probably get it half-sweet next time, but that's because I prefer it that way; most people will probably enjoy the default level. I went on a Wednesday afternoon at around 2 pm and there was a very small line, but it went quickly. We parked in the lot across the street, but it's kind of unclear whether it is public parking or not, and there's no signage whatsoever. Street parking is pretty abysmal and the designated parking lot attached to the plaza is extremely small. There's a sign on the front door that says if you park in the apartment complex next door, you'll be towed. Service was efficient, the employee who took our order was friendly and answered all our questions with a smile. There's a pastry case next to the register but it was empty by the time we went, which is to be expected. I asked where they get their baked goods from, but the most they could tell me was that it was a local bakery. I would love to know which bakery they partner with, because it's a good way to get the word out about small businesses. The interior was very stylish, with several rustic wooden tables (a la Starbucks) for working, brown leather couches and loveseats for you and your friends to lounge and chat, window booths for solo artists, and benches to sit and wait for your drinks. There's a bookshelf full of books, several plants, outlets for chargers, and a bathroom. There's also a spacious back patio with peaceful garden ambiance. Overall there's a lot of space and seating, and the decor is really modern and cozy without being cramped. Good for studying, meeting friends; a second space. It's a far cry from the hectic, tiny shoeboxes in Ktown and OC, that's for sure. read more

After my 3rd visit I should leave a review! Parking is atrocious, there are only a few spots available and the street is a bit narrow. Drinks are very good, the variety is nice but there's an interpretation issue. Less ice is not what I expected Less ice to be. Initially I thought it was a Vietnamese coffee problem, but I have gotten lattes before and there was no change between Less ice or regular ice. I have asked the employee with the "Big Dawg" name tag and she assured me the Vietnamese coffee I got was Less ice. Picture included. read more

I've gone alot and have tried almost the whole menu. It's for sure one of the better coffee places imo in the IE. It's OC level without having to make the drive. Strong viet coffee & the matcha actually has pretty good matcha flavor for a cafe. I like how the drinks aren't too sweet either compared to some other places. Cookies are also pretty solid! Super soft and moist. Only downside is the small parking space. read more

The flan latte was great they torch the top to give it a crisp and the coffee actually tastes like expresso and not water. Cashier was great, super helpful although they could use more menus in the restaurant. read more

Babe wake up, my new favourite coffee shop just opened up! I had the Double Matcha and its matcha-ness is supreme. The creme on top is a nice blend to mix with the actual matcha latte. I like how there is only a hint of sweetness to balance out the sharp matcha taste. This is a great place to get some yummy drinks. They in soft opening now so times and other things may be limited, but I think this place has promise. Right now the only milk they have is oat, but probably because it's new. With a visually appealing interior along with swift and polite service--Coft is some place I'm definitely going to keep in my radar. Suggestion: I'd love it if you guys had "Minor Figures Barista Oat" as an option. read more

Such a hidden gem in Chino!! Who could think they'd have a cafe like this around town! The ambience reminds me of coffee spots you'd find in silver lake or highland park. The exterior looks more homey than a business park. I love all the seating and study tables they provide. Every corner has something interesting to look at. We came in around noon during their soft opening and unfortunately we didn't get to try their pastries - they were all sold out. As for their drinks we ordered the coconut water with matcha cream top and Flan Latte. Both were delicious!! I think I found my new matcha/ coffee spot. Definitely coming back here to try the sourdough cookies that's always sold out. read more

Packed depending on which day and time you go but still the service is pretty attentive when ordering and asking for your mobile order on the side. Limited seating and it gets stuffy inside if there's too many people. I only have gotten the flan latte every time I go because it's so delicious read more

OK, I'll be honest when I first pulled up, I almost left because parking was a nightmare. SO glad I didn't! The vibe inside was awesome students working, chatting, and actually socializing made it feel super welcoming. The barista helped me pick the perfect "in-between" coffee. I also had a jalapeño, ham & cheese croissant that was flaky, cheesy, and fantastic. Bonus they even have board games, which makes it a great spot to hang out or work. Friendly staff, tasty food, amazing coffee, and a fun atmosphere... I've been craving it every day since. Already told my kids, my coworkers, my nail tech, and my cousins yep, I LOVE this place! read more

This place is soooo good! The first time we came it was night time and it was still pretty busy with patrons inside handing out. We just went again today around 11 am and it was so busy. The line was out the door - we were there about 45 minutes total so keep that in mind. They do online ordering though! It's worth the wait honestly, I get why it's so busy. We get the Iced Cinnamon Latte with Flan Cream topping (they brulee the top) and it's SO GOOD. Honestly in my top 3 lattes ever and we've been to sooo many coffee shop. The restroom has been pretty dirty both times we went lol but other than that, no complaints!! read more

Great service. High quality matcha house in Chino. Parking (yes) is slim to none. There is about 6-7 seating areas. Line to order moved somewhat fast. Waiting for order is a little long, but expected. Really just wanted to post the menu. So, here you go! Berries and cream matcha took 25 minutes to receive after ordering. Just a heads up! read more

One of the best matchas around! The double matcha is creamy, perfectly balanced and just the right amount of sweetness. The hojicha sea salt latte is another standout that I can't reccomend enough. Drinks are made in a timely manner considering how busy they get. The overall ambiance is great!! There is an outdoor patio in the front and back with string lights that come on at night. The inside is a mix of couches, shared tables and counter space for your study needs. Great spot to work/study at and the wifi is always fast. Street parking can be limited since there are apartments nearby but there is a lot that they open right across the street that nearly always has spots open. Weekends can get busy; there is always a steady line out the door but they move as quickly as they can! Overall super cute spot! read more

This is a great place to hang with friends for a chat. Seating in front and in the back and the inside is surprisingly spacious with a decent amount of seating. The coffee is reasonably priced and delicious. This is definitely my new coffee spot. Parking is rough, not enough spots in the lot they have and you're lucky if you find street parking. So, expect to do a lap around the shop before getting a spot although the drinks are worth the hassle! read more
