The entire aesthetic is neat and I love to support a small business with an unique style. The decorations, movies playing, and games available were all neat and seemed like a cool place to get coffee at night with friends! The menu and drinks looked and sounded unique and great. Unfortantely, the drinks were not good. Rumder Blended: does not taste like peppermint mocha and is overwhelmingly cherry flavored (not listed on the menu). No taste of espresso or really anything but the artificial cherry taste. The texture also was bad with ice chunks. Could not drink it. A Nurse's Nightmare: Did not taste like eggnog and was very sage/rosemary tasting in an odd way. Almost candle like but mostly offputting. The texture was also bad, possibly from the food coloring? Could not drink it either. If the taste of the drinks could be improved, this place would great! It was the only downfall and is sadly the main reason to go. read more

Sabrina did an amazing job. The place is somewhat small but really enjoyable to kick back and watch a horror film of their choice is playing at that moment. The drinks are very creative and very tasty. I haven't had a really good Ube latte that is balance with ube and caffeine. definitely a photo op place if yah know how to work dem angles. It's definitely a place worth coming back to try their seasonal items. I've visited this place three times, and while I want to like it more than I actually do, the experience has been pretty inconsistent. As a horror fan, I have to say that the decor is absolutely amazing. But the issues start when you stop looking and start ordering. Unfortunately, the customer service is seriously lacking. Out of the three times I've been, only one visit was actually enjoyable. The other two were disappointing -- the staff was cold and inattentive, almost like you were bothering them by being there. And then there's the drinks. This is where I struggle the most. Not only were they very low quality, but on my last visit I had a drink that was packed with artificial food coloring. So much so that it gave me a stomach infection. The dye was so intense that it took more than a week to leave my system, which I find very concerning. If you're going to use such heavy amounts of artificial ingredients, there should at least be a DISCLAIMER so people know what they're consuming. Not all bodies react the same way, and that's a serious health risk. In summary, it's a visually stunning place, but it falls short on the essentials: service and product quality. I'd only consider going back if those areas improved -- because the aesthetics alone no longer make up for another bad experience. read more

Great drinks, cool vibe but they are trifling with their hours. Constantly closing early. Out of the five times I've gone it's only been open twice. They do not update their hours online. I recently went at 8:30 pm, their business showed it was still open on Apple Maps. As soon as I got in one of the workers yelled "we're closed" so I said "oh okay, my bad, but it says you're still open online" in which she responded "no, we're closed and we've been closing at 8 for about a year" in a bothered tone. and then the person sitting next to her, perhaps the business owner, asked nicely where online did it state it was open, so she can fix it. I told her and left. But daaaang as someone who works in customer service, I wouldn't talk to a customer like that. Especially over a mistake on the business's behalf. The two girls in front were pretty helpful & nice. One girl was monotone so I didn't take it as rude, just maybe not in her element to put on the faux customer service voice (respect it honestly). The drinks overall were pretty okay, the Horrorchata was more cinnamon-ythan mazapan-y which was a bit of a bummer. I had the shape, which was pretty good, I liked the espresso flavor I should've asked for more pumpkin. My kids wanted to try this spot out. Ambiance was super cool loved the inside really creative with a much of horror games and figurines. Also thought it was cool they have horror movies playing. Drinks were cool my kids got killer klowns from outer space themed drinks they loved them. I got the horror chata that was super good. Downside is the place is super small wanted to sit down and enjoy ambiance and drink but there I it few tables and they were taken with people playing games. I would say maybe 10 -12 people can sit down. Service was good but when you get packed it's hard for one person to make the drinks. Hidden gem! Nice little cozy coffee shops, great for horror fans. My only complaint would be the limited menu, but their vanilla lattes are amazing. Took my mom here for a little birthday treat, and she loved it. The drinks are on the sweeter side, but still tasty nonetheless. They provide some board games to play while you wait or hang out and of course horror movies on tv. The staff is just as amazing. I sometimes forget to ask for alternative milk and on the first visit when I had already ordered, the barista asked if I would like an alternative milk. We went to order pizza at Scardinos and as we waited for our pizza to finish we found this coffee spot right around the corner. The decor was cool. My kids loved the spooky vibes. We noticed it was full inside so we thought it must be popular. We ordered 3 drinks and looked around. More people kept coming in and then it was too hot to stay inside so we waited outside. Time passed by and still no drinks. I go back inside to check and nothing yet. 30 minutes pass by and we are starting to question why the long wait. We noticed everything was being giving out of order. People that had been waiting prior to us arriving still waiting for 1 or 2 drinks. New clients already getting their drinks. People who ordered after us getting their drinks. Finally we got our first drink. At around 40 minutes of wait. 40 minutes for a matcha? Insane right... 10 minutes pass and I go and ask about the rest because we had to leave already and the cashier went to check and she's like its up next. So now we just need 1 more drink. As we approach the hour mark I asked for them to cancel and refund the drink. We will not be coming back.
