Apparently I have been an un-valued customer for over 2 years on the unlimited fast pass. I started with the fast pass in January 2019 at this Gilbert location. At that time they were charging $29.99 per month. December 2019 I took my car to get washed, the cashier here told me my card on file had expired. I handed over my new card. She told me the prices had gone up but since I had already been a customer I would be grandfathered in to the original price. I just had to pay for the December car wash since my card was not charged for the month of December and the $29.99 would pick back up in January. I noticed my card was still being charged $33 so I brought it up to the cashier at my next car wash. She looked up my account, called over a supervisor and they both said yes I should be grandfathered in at the $29.99 price. They told me to call Heather at corporate. I called her on a Thursday. Never heard back so I called her Tuesday and again got voicemail so I hit 0 to talk to an operator and guess what, Heather answered. She was super passive aggressive with me from the start. She told me since my card expired in September that I was not grandfathered in. I told her I never received a notification that my card expired and she said their system wasn't built to notify the customer when that happens. I told her my mother passed away in September so I was dealing with a lot and didn't take my car in to get washed until December when I was notified they needed an updated card and immediately rectified the situation. She had zero empathy or customer service skills and just told me I had to pay the new price. I asked to speak with her supervisor. She told me she would run things past him and someone would call me back. Heather called me back and said her supervisor agreed, I had to pay the new price. I told her I wanted to cancel. She said ok. I said so much for feeling like a valued customer and she again just said ok. I asked to speak with her supervisor. She put me through to Sean's voicemail. So far haven't heard anything back. Although everyone at the actual car wash was nice and helpful everything they told me about being grandfathered in was incorrect according to Heather in operations. This is not how you value longtime customers. I urge everyone to take their business to a company that values their customers. Unless this situation is rectified immediately, I will not be returning and will urge all of my friends and family to also avoid. read more

I don't usually do reviews (I should) but I am really motivated about sharing this one. I moved to the valley several years ago and tried a lot of car wash businesses, including a couple of other Cobblestones. I admit I'm fussy about my beloved car and I just couldn't find one I'd care enough to go back to. A friend recommended this Cobblestone on Val Vista & Baseline, and I've now been there a 1/2 dozen times, buying a membership which saves me a fortune every month! (Thank you to employee Mike for correctly pointing out that it pays for itself on the second visit, and i like to go far more often than that!) Can't say this with enough conviction: BEST car wash EVER! I've paid way more elsewhere for hand-waxing and this was absolutely the BEST! Got a great oil change, new windshield wipers, lightbulb for my signal light, saw a stain on my backseat DISAPPEAR...etcetera, etcetera, etcetera! The staff is fantastic, with everyone hardworking, friendly, and genuinely enjoying their jobs, and after meeting Joe, the manager, I see why. He is always out working alongside the staff and sets a high bar for doing a great job. My car, brand new when I moved here, looks like it's brand new again! I drive to this location from Chandler and it's SO worth it. (Love the store, too!) As stated, don't usually do these reviews, but had to make an exception for this one. What an awesome service center! read more

I have to say this was an unexpected surprise. Lube spas are not my usual review, but this was such a different experience I had to share. I pulled in for an oil change, expecting the usual "look here little missy" speech. (Ladies you know the one where we get the pat on the head because we know "nothing" about cars) and was pleasantly surprised when Giovanni greeted me with a warm smile and asked me what brought me in. After a small chat about just oil he suggested he check my other fluids and such... No hard sell, no showing me car parts I'm not familiar with he merely suggested a few services that could be done now or in the future. Feeling confident in his suggestions I took his advice. Again no pressure just confidence in taking the best care of my car. After all was said and done i got a full detail wash with a pleasant attendant named Miguel. I left with a spiffy shiny car, two very pleasant exchanges with 2 very professional employees and a feeling of confidence, which rarely I feel after leaving an oil change. I will definitely be back to see Giovanni and the other fellas. Kudos to management for hiring and training these men to engage with women properly. read more

Worst car cleaning service you can go to. DO NOT BECOME A MEMBER OF THEIR SUBSCRIPTION. Was sold a promotion that didn't exist and when I was getting charged incorrectly they refused to give me a refund. They don't call back and ignore your text. It took me a month to finally get a hold of them and cancel all services with them because they did not want to find middle grounds with a costumer. They failed to cancel my account and after a few months I realized they were still charging me. It took me a week of constant attempts to finally get a hold of them for them to tell me that it was a "glitch" in my account. Don't know what kind of glitch last 3 months of false transactions, but she also had a very nonchalant attitude, which makes me believe she was just trying to lie. If you are customer who values real costumer service, this company is not for you. And if you do have an account with them, make sure they are charging you correctly. read more

This is my new place for about anything pertaining my vehicle. I was greeted with concern and care right off the bat! No BSing and straight to the point! "Love That"! I spoke to the oil change place (Donny) and (Gilbert) who was very professional and took care of me. Donny treated me like if I was his father and explained everything about my vehicle and what was needed at that specific mileage! "That was a plus"! Most of the time you get a wanna be mechanic who think he knows everything and try to sell everything to you. That's not it........ Jordan and Patrick who were wearing a different color shirt from the rest of the employees at Cobblestone took the extra time and passion to make sure my first visit was not only a success! All names mentioned made sure of that and I will ALWAYS bring my vehicles here from now on. Thank you guys and Cobblestone I will be back! read more

I pulled up to the full service car wash and paid my$25 after about 10 minutes before someone approached me. I went in the building to wait and to my surprise, my car was going thru the car wash in about 2 minutes. They couldn't have done a very good job of cleaning the inside. They parked my car in the sun and no one touched the car for 12 minutes. It basically dried in the sun. They finally did the tires and they looked nice. They didn't touch the wheels though. Someone came and wiped the windows inside and out with a damp rag. No product like Windex was used. They then began waiving their hand that my car was ready. No one had touched the paint. Water spots all over the car. I got in the inside and found dust on the dash and instrument panel. Terrible job. I could have done better with a garden hose and a bath towel. read more

What's up world Sheldon here I am a really big fan of cobblestone on Val Vista and Williams Field Road. The guys here are really professional. Ever since they switched over from Classic Car Spa 2 cobblestone the service has been that much better the prices are very reasonable and the Fast Pass is a real deal. Don't listen to all these other clowns that's given this location a bad reputation the stuff they're saying it's just not true check it out for yourself and you be the judge if for some reason you have a problem with the job that was done on your vehicle whether it be an oil change a detail or just a basic car wash just ask to speak to one of the managers Jordan or Cassie I'm sure they will take care of you guys and make it right read more

I had the pleasure of working with DJ, and I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism and customer service. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I had the best experience. He took the time to explain the different wash options, ensuring I chose the best service for my car's needs. DJ's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. He wasn't just trying to sell a service--he was making sure I left happy. It's rare to find someone so dedicated in this industry, and his enthusiasm made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. If you're looking for top-tier service, DJ is the person to see. Highly recommend! read more

Posting on here after Emily asked from google-- I recently had my vehicle worked on at this location, and my experience with Giovanni and David was far from sub par. They had gone over everything with me. From what work is needed and what I should think about having done in the future. Giovanni and David both made everything easy to understand and I will definitely be back and will refer my friends and family to this location to see them! I hope that this message is passed on, but once again, thank you Cobblestone for having people like Giovanni and David around who are honest and genuine!!! read more

This is probably my favorite and only place I like to take my vehicles. I recommended it to a lot my family members who feel the same! Today my car was cleaned very well, they did a wonderful job per usual. Alexis greeted me with such a kind and honest approach (highly appreciated) and made sure all my wants/needs were going to be met. Jordan the GM also checked in on me to see if everything was working out with the services, every employee there is polite and welcoming. Very satisfied with this Cobblestone and grateful to see this location up and running! read more

This is my neighborhood car wash!!!!!!! Always greeted with a smile and the employees are so courteous. They explain every wash they have in detail. I also get my oil changed there regularly which by the way it comes with a car wash. I used to wash my car myself, but with cobblestone right around the corner I can't see myself doing it anymore. Thanks for all the hard work guys, much appreciated! read more

Just had my 04 Corvette washed and waxed and they did a great job. Vehicle looks fabulous. I've taken other vehicles their and they always do a great job. Last vehicle was a 2004 Camry that I bought used. The vehicle had light cloth interior and was dirty. I took it their, and the interior looked brand new when I got the car back. Highly recommend them for everything. read more

The team at the Val Vista Cobblestone oil change center are always pleasant and very helpful. We have gone in several times when our low tire pressure light came on and they have been pleasant and always willing to check and fill our tires to the correct pressure. On the car wash side, Todd always has a smile and happy demeanor when greeting customers read more

I went today and the associate that helped me was Miguel. He was awesome. He offered me options but wasn't pushy about selling. I had a free wash coupon and somewhere between check in and getting to the register it got lost. Miguel made sure that I was able to get the free wash anyway. His service was great. Thanks man. read more
