I'll be honest and say I quit going here nearly 2 years ago because of poor customer service by a lady at front desk who was rude and nasty. I live within minutes of this business but was traveling weekly back to Chandler to have my car washed. It was few weeks ago that I was short on time and gave it another shot. Glad I did. 100% difference in staff. I bought a full detail that day as well that I used today 9/2/18. My car is fairly new and I'm very picky as well. We pay a lot of $$ for our cars so worth a detail at least 2x year. Thank you so much to Cobblestone on ValVista and Williamsfield. An OUTSTANDING job. Fast and efficient and car was spotless and shiny! Customer Service top notch. Update: I emailed the company, very happy that they reached out on yelp. Unfortunately, no one has emailed me back. I guess the message on here was just to make others think they care. I asked for the basic full service wash and they talked me into getting what was called "the works wash.," which was obviously more expensive. DWhen I got my car not only did the guy who gave me the keys not say a word to me (and I did tip him), but my car did not look wiped down inside and they did a terrible job vacuuming. I went back in to tell someone at the desk and they really could care less. She said they can wipe it down and vacuum again really quick. Well, that's what they apparently did the first time, since there was still dust all over my dash and stuff in the cup holders and on the floor. And it's not like my car was a complete mess to begin with. I do a better job when I quickly do the express wash and self service vacuum. Not only will I never come here for a full service wash again, but my husband who has an unlimited express package is going to switch to a different place. So long Jacksons .... after 15 years of loyalty, you've damaged my vehicle and won't admit to it or repair it. Your Managers truly need to get their stories straight. One Manager accused me of having left my automatic wipers engaged and stated the tunnel equipment pulled the wipers toward and scraped the drivers pillar, with the drivers wiper now inoperable; he's seen this apparently 100 times. The Big, Big Manager states that nothing like they could have ever happened within his wash bay or on his watch; while I was offered a tour of said wash tunnel, I declined. Some people can't handle too much fun. I don't believe you still. So happy I took a spin over to Cobblestone, where I am greeted professionally, enjoy friendly and highly efficient service, called by my first name and not the make of my vehicle along with streak-less windows .... Every time I bring in my truck to get washed and do a crappy job on the inside they do crappy job on the outside I asked for no tire shine they always put tire shine on it's not that hard to read the receipt that says no tire shine. then you confront the manager and he's rude about it I absolutely hate cobblestone!!!! read more

I recently decided to switch to Cobblestone car wash. I purchased the 7 car wash deal they were offering. When I went to use one, I asked that they did a really good job and was willing to pay more for it. Of course, they charged me $6 extra. As cars passed through, I went outside to see where mine was at in line. It was sitting outside for nearly 20 minutes before anyone even touched it. As they called my name, I walked up to my vehicle. There were water spots everywhere and the interior wasn't wiped down at all. Overall, a very poor job for paying extra. I had to walk them around the vehicle to have them clean up water spots and point out interior spots that were missed that took an additional 10 minutes to do. Not good. Went the other day, no line, wasn't busy. Bought the Supreme because the car wasn't very dirty. The inside had just been cleaned. I was only concerned with the tires looking good and the glass and mirrors and there was a little dirt on the bottom of the doors. It was finished, I was in a hurry to go pick someone up, so I don't give it the once over. I had to make a quick stop 1st and then noticed the tires weren't cleaned still had dirt on the side walls and no shine on any. I called and brought it back to have them do it. While I was driving I noticed the water spots on the outside windshield that we're never wiped away and the inside of the windshield was still dirty and had wipe streaks all over it. Once I got there, it took a few mins to get someone to redo the tires but now I'm really late and decided to just leave. As I'm driving I notice the mirror was never cleaned and the side mirrors were dotted with water spots. Worst part is that my tires still have dirt on the the side walls! Now I know why the push their Unlimited wash deals. You need it because to have a clean car you'll have to keep going back getting it washed piece by piece. It wasn't always like this. I am used to getting decent washes from here but this wash was a giant disappointment. read more

Mine came back with my $8 car freshener holder MISSING! I was really up about the quality of service and response to my complaint about my holder being gone. I have been a long time customer of Cobblestone but at different locations until this one opened in Gilbert. I am so happy to say that I think I've found the best one yet! The first time I went there for a car wash, I was greeted by the manager Jordan, and after our conversation, I immediately felt good about this place! It's obvious that he, along with the other people I've worked with since then, wants the customer to understand all of their options and be happy the outcome. Whether that's just an inexpensive car wash, an oil change/services or a full on detail - they care about you having a positive experience and will make sure you are satisfied before you drive away. I've been there several times now and feel compelled to recognize a few people that have stood out for their outstanding customer service skills - Jordan is an excellent manager whose knowledge and dedication shines through when you interact with him making you feel like a customer that truly matters, Silas, who is clearly passionate about what he does at the finish line, will make sure you are 100% satisfied with your vehicle providing the best possible service, and then there's Cassie, the best cashier ever who puts up with my random questions, helped get all of my different vehicles linked properly to the rewards program and always provides great service with a positive attitude. Spent $40 to have my truck clean inside and out... They did a horrible job. There was bird poop still on my mirror, my dash still had dirt all over it, they didn't even touch that clearly. My doors were not wiped down.. for spending $40 for upgraded services, this was a joke how bad they did. Will not be back. read more

Got there explained everything. Clean wheels and tires blow out mirrors got the ultimate wash. There is black water marks everywhere and they didn't blow out my mirrors so obviously going down the road was fun getting dirty water marks even more. They do a decent job... what you would expect for a quicker non-detail type of wash. I have a 3/4 ton work truck I have brought in a time or two without issue using a monthly fast pass. On April 04, 2018 at 2:45 pm my Nissan Note was rear ended by a Lexus SUV while inside the wash line. I was outside waiting for my car and then seeing it getting whipped down. Not knowing what had occurred I noticed one of your employee talking to the driver of the Lexus checking her front end. I then was told by another employee what occurred since she was in her car while in the wash line behind my car and told the Mgr. she admitted putting her car in Drive too soon and hitting mine. I was told to wait and the Mgr. would get us together re changing information. As soon as he left her, without getting her License and other info, she sped off. All I got from the Mgr. Mike Miller was a written Description Of Incident report detailing what had occurred. My Insurance Company , Ameriprise, has tried several times to contact Mike Miller at the 5245 E Southern Ave. Mesa AZ with no success. Since this happened inside your wash line letting some people drive their cars I believe there is some responsibility on your part in getting my car fixed Sincerely, Peter P. read more

Worst car wash I've ever had. For $30, my car was almost dirtier than it was before the car wash lol. HORRIBLE. Didn't vacuum the trunk, Did not wipe the interior. BEWARE! Do not go to this location. I had my SUV in for a detail. They ran my battery out. They ended up jumping my car wrong and blew out my main fuse. Which after tow trucks, rental car etc was well over $250. I called to inform the manager (I knew they wouldn't do anything about it) and he proceeded to say I was wrong. If you are a first time customer here, your screwed. The lanes are confusing, and nobody is there to help direct in any way. Went through the expressed and clicked on what was supposed to be a car wash and vacuums, paidto go through and have them direct me to leave. Had to go inside up front and ask for what I paid for, then spent the next hour after they closed waiting for my car to be vacuumed and sent through the wash again. I used to come here all the time before Cobblestone bought it. The price was good, the car wash was great and the staff was always nice. The staff is still very nice, but for $28 - about $12 more than I think I used to spend - I expected an above average car wash. The car wash wad only okay, they missed a lot of things that needed to be wiped down on the interior. They had me in and out very quickly and I really feel they could have done better job. read more

So I've never written a yelp review before but I seriously needed to tell someone about my experience so it could be taken more seriously. I went and got a tire rotation and a high mileage package and while waiting the guy working on my car came up to me and showed me a thorn that he had pulled out of my tire, he said that my tire was okay and that it didn't pierce through enough. I had gotten my car checked out because I'm leaving on a trip and wanted to make sure I didn't need to worry about my car before leaving, but I came to find my tire flat this morning. I called to let them know that this had happened and was blown off by three employees, including their manager. They all told me "that we don't do tires here" and the manager told me that "it must've been something else because we wouldn't do that." I get it if your company doesn't actually fix tires but why pull it out of my tire, not inform me that i should go get it fixed somewhere else and make me feel like they could give less of a shit when I've been going to this cobblestone since I started driving... not cool. read more

Worst place to take your vehicle to get detailed! Dropped my truck off was told 3-4 hrs, I said okay because I need to pick it up at 4 it was 11am when I dropped it off. I show up at 430pm my truck isn't even close to being done. They want me to pay for full detail and wax and bring it back another day. The windows aren't done, no wax, interior detail looks like they didn't clean doors or dash just put a ton of gloss over the dirt! They said we shampooed the carpets, which I told them not to when I dropped it off because we have huge industrial mats the carpet aren't ever exposed and still new. They say I have to pay the 140.00 for full detail and hand wax. I said Im not paying for something I didn't get! Then they say I can't have my truck unless I pay for the interior detail they "completed" which apparently is now not going to be packaged and take 6 whole dollars off! I would never ever bring my vehicles to this place, waste of my time and a ton of money for a crappy job. read more

Cobblestone is a great place to get your car washed, especially with kids. They have free balloons and popcorn for them. My boys love it. I've never done their express wash but they do a good job with the "work." If they do miss a spot they are always good about wiping it down again after I ask. This place is extremely horrible!! I just moved here 2 weeks ago. I drive here so my car was dirty and had lots of bug splatter. I had never been to a place like this and thought it was a little pricey, but I thought it would be worth it if they could get it clean. I did ask the gentleman helping me if they would get the bugs off . He said no problem if I paid a little more they would scrub that by hand first. He assured me having them do it full service instead of Express (which is me doing it) that i would be satisfied. My car was not clean, bug splatters and some gunky waxy yellow spots left all over my car. The kid drying it insisted its because I must park under a tree. Funny. That they werent there before I got there. He wiped as best as he could to try to remove them. The icing on the cake was I found scratches on the door and front panel and trunk of my car. Also a little circle of chipped paint on my door. Extremely unhappy and disappointed!! By the way my car is black, imagine how horrible it looks! I am new here , but I my job is with people everyday and I will continue to tell people how horribly disappointing this place is! read more
