I was hesitant to change pest control companies after having the same pest guy for the past 10 years. However, I'm thrilled to have made the switch and my only regret is that I should have changed to Coasterra years ago! This company has been so incredibly thorough with their work and has cut my rates by 40%. Highly recommend! read more

all good people. they keep us critter clear, all year!!!!! very respectful and considerate. they do a great job for my wife and I. they will do the job, fast efficiently and respectfully!!!!! read more

We seem to be living on an ant hill and we have had ants in every room in the house including my bed. We lived with this problem for over a year. Then we heard about Coasterra and started using them a few months ago. They have been a godsend. They have excellent customer service. The people that come out are very knowledgeable and perform the job in timely fashion. Rylan was the last guy to pay us a visit and he was excellent. I asked Rylan for one of his company cards so I could give it to our neighbor nextdoor as he is being bothered by ants as well. Excellent company and service. Thank you Coasterra. read more

I have been using Coasterra Pest Control for several months now. I have a monthly service plan and I have noticed a big difference, They are friendly, prompt and reasonably priced. I called the day of their scheduled visit because I needed help with a hornets nest. Malcolm called me right away and said he would take care of it. I was really skeptical to start a monthly service, it makes all the difference. I don't have an ant problem and the mosquito problem is under control. Thank you all for being so friendly and working hard. read more

I am new to Coasterra. Malcolm was professional, friendly and explained very well exactly what was going on at our home and how he will treat it. I look forward to less issues with our pest issues. read more

Your response to my review is false!! After the first visit another employee had to come out because the first didn't do his job. If any appointments were rescheduled they were done with in the week of the original appointment. I get you need to make your company look good when you get negative reviews but please be honest. Also need to fix their phone system. It's ridiculous to wait 20+minutes to talk to someone.! Tried again to call today but still the phone system is horrible. Waited over 10 min and no one answered. Horrible customer service! Going to for sure cancel my service. Crazy to be paying for service and the company has bad customer service There are too many other companies out there that kill bugs to be waiting on hold for so long!!! read more

We recently re-landscaped our home and noticed an increase in ants and small bugs in the home. So, we decided to give Coasterra Pest control a shot at solving our bug problem and WOW were we impressed! From the initial call, to the scheduled service date, to the actual pest service spray, it was extremely easy and smooth. It has been one week since our initial service and 0 ants and bugs in the home! We decided to sign up for the quarterly service that is a very fair rate. Thank you Coasterra for the great service and results! I recommend this company. read more

Great service, provided a free quote and walk through of my house. Then it was really easy to schedule and reschedule appointments. The service was quick and I knew I was in good hands! read more

I was very happy I called and they sent someone out the same day. I thought that we had rats due to the droppings. However the guy knew exactly what was causing the issue, and better yet free inspection. They came out few days later took care of the problem. He was very professional and clean. Took care of our problem. Very pleased. read more

They always do a good job! They give me a call for a heads up and usually arrive pretty quickly, about 15 minutes. Derek sprayed our property just this week and he was very thorough and kind. We have a friendly pit bull who does get very protective of the house when strangers enter the side and backyard, so he was barking nonstop. Keep in mind, this is an eighty-something pound dog, so those barks aren't quiet. I could hear Derek say nice things to our dog, like "it's ok" and "you're good, buddy" very patiently and kindly. Much appreciated! He also gave us an update about the state of pests in the backyard, so we know what to look for. read more

I was in a bind when I discovered we had a Horrible flea situation at our new place and we had work being done on the house that day. I called Coasterra for the first time (after calling many other companies I knew of and them saying they couldn't send someone out that day) and they had someone out that afternoon! Great service, easy set-up, friendly and professional technician Jamie! It is a huge house, and we were seeing some (though less) fleas a week and a half later. Thankfully they have a 30 day guarantee and they once again had Jamie out the same day I called to ask if they could spray again. Thanks Coasterrra!! Will definitely use them in the future rather than any other company. read more

If you currently have another company and are happy with them stay with them. We had a young salesperson come to our house and asked us to give them a try and that I wouldn't be sorry. I'm sorry to say he was wrong. After the first two visits I was not happy and I was informed I could not cancel for a year so I tried to be positive and stick it out. We rarely had the same person come out more than once or twice. Because of the high turnover we constantly had to show the new guy what he was spraying for and explain to them what we wanted done. If we didn't they wouldn't treat large areas of our house and be gone within 10 minutes or so and the results would be terrible. I can go on and on about the bad service but won't because it all is the same and leads to the final straw when the latest service tech came to our house and told us I don't need to speak with you (the person that pays for the service) I need get to my next job. I am done with this company and will go back to my original company. I absolutely do not recommend this pest control service and hope you don't get caught up in the same bad decision I made. read more

Eric called about 20 minutes before arrival and was there when he said he would be there. I explained some of the things I had seen after the initial treatment and the weeks following. He was very courteous and extremely thorough in his treatment inside and out. He payed particular attention in what I had expressed during our talk. He is an outstanding employee and should be commended for his professionalism. So far your company has exemplary qualities that I will be sharing with whomever needs pest control. Keep up the good work guys. read more

Keith came out and sprayed for ants. He was very nice and called before he came.

I rarely do this but I am really disappointed with this company. They had salesman in my neighborhood going door-to-door probly 6 months ago now the salesman represented the company and stated that they would come back immediately if there were any issues. The salesman was accompanied by a trainer as I could tell he was new and nervous and I wanted to help I liked what he was saying and once again he stated that they would come back immediately if there were any issues so I said fine. I signed their contract based on his information they performed their service and 2 days later we had some minor issues so I contacted their office. I was told that unfortunately that they could not come back that by law and the contract that I had signed they weren't allowed to come back for between 30 and 45 days. I explained to the office manager what I was told and she said well that wasn't exactly the truth? I stated I'm not happy but let's give this a shot and see how we go after the 1st service. They came back for a first service which we were never notified and we were not home. I was charged for a complete service however our backyard was locked and they never did the back. I called and asked in regards to my service and said they had completed the service which at that time I brought to their attention that no we were not home we were never notified and our backyard was locked. They say did that they would adjust the bill or they could come back and complete the service. I stated that we are getting off to a pretty rocky start and I'm not comfortable I think we should just go our separate ways let me think about it and she said please call us if you want another service at no time did she ever state I'm locked into a contract. They then came back out several months later again not note it find us and we were on vacation. Once again only a front service was completed that we did not authorize and they began attempting to charge us. They have harassed me for payment I have called them and explained one that I never authorized nor did I call back authorizing a service as I was told by their office manager several months earlier. And now I'm being threatened with collections. For the record the office manager did state to me that they have been having problems with the sales team or company they were using and have parted ways with them. Yet their only response to me is you signed a contract. When I asked them are you stating that your sales representatives can say whatever they want To get a client to sign a contract and you will not stand behind what they say? And her response was you signed a contract in fact that's all she would respond.. I in spoken to them respectfully I have explained everything carefully and all they are stating is that I signed a contract beware of this company they send people door-to-door will tell you anything you want to hear and they will not stand this behind their words once you sign a contract... read more

We have been nothing but pleased with the service we receive from Jamie every time he services our home. He always asks if we have pinpointed concerns before he gets started. We get an email letting us know which day of the month he will come, a text reminder the day before and a heads up call when he is on the way. As a busy family we appreciate this very much. The ladies in the office have been nothing but stellar in answering every question or concern. Worth every penny! read more

Great technicians!! Very professional and try to do their best job to keep customers happy.

It's been about 12 days since our service for an ant problem. Inside, most of the ants are gone. However, outside the ants have actually got worse. Which is hard to believe. We were told we had to wait 2 weeks before they can retreat the area. Keeping our fingers crossed for better results. read more

I have been mildly happy with the service from Coasterra. The techs always call prior to arriving and are friendly and considerate. But I still have problems with spiders and tiny little black ants in my back yard grass. I don't like to have my yard sprayed all the time as I have two dogs and am worried what the pesticides will do to them. However the last service DID help with the small ants getting into my rear bathroom. The spider problems still exist and the ants are still in my backyard grass. I do like that they come through and clean off my eves. Not sure the chemicals are working. read more

Noticed a difference right away.!!! So quiet at night with all the crickets dead and gone. No longer walking through spider webs is great. Extremely friendly technicians and always call ahead and on time. They always ask if there is anything else they can do or an area that needs to be checked out at no extra charge. They are exactly what a pest control company needs to be. Highly recommend them!! read more

I had service in less than 24 hours after my call and it was completed in less than 30 min once Matt - the tech arrived. Matt came out and took care of it, was kind, professional and efficient and the price was excellent. read more

Rylan provided timely and knowledgeable service. The service was performed as promised and the follow up was thorough. There were reminders via text and phone and no one at any time tried to sell me more than I needed. Even though I wasn't sure what the problem was and any pest service could have tried to take advantage of that because I was pretty fed up with cleaning and washing and still experiencing something biting me, Rylan suggested we start with the basic treatment and go from there. I had to leave the house with my dog and my parakeet but was back in within 4 hours with the dog. I kept the parakeet away for 7 hours just to be sure. Rylan was also patient when I sent him pictures of insects and saved some in a tupperware container for him to see when he arrived. Probably carpet beetles. So far so good! read more
