I pick it up from them, they didn't replace the fan, the old fan is louder than ever, & the screen now doesn't work. What did these guys do? They then called me telling me to buy a worse laptop from them for $100-off a $900 laptop (the one they broke was $1500). Bunch of guys who have no idea what they're doing & don't care about the customer. Never trust them. TLDR: Charged me $100 to break my laptop
