When we move over to the toddler play area (granddaughter is 2) we are bombarded with over 3yr old kids rough housing. I see a sign on the wall that says 3 and under, parents please assist in this. I had to mention this to at least 5 different older children. 1-I'm not there to supervise other peoples children 2- there should be a limit on how many people are in there..in my opinion it was completely over crowded 3- there should be more supervision on the floor, especially in the toddler section where they are more prone to injury 4- if someone is asked if it's their first time then give some more attention and guidance upon entry Upon leaving I was asked my name and after telling the employee I said " this has not been a good experience " We were there for about 30 minutes when I decided enough was enough.
