Tried this place for the first time and it was great! Been trying new pizza places and this is one I will be returning to in the future for sure! Great tasting, sauce, crust, the finish, etc! Also got there garlic knot bites wow those were delicious! Also the pricing for the pizza here is pretty good as well. Definitely worth it unlike some of the other pizza places. While visiting with my son and his beautiful family they ordered pizza and chicken nugget things and it was so good!! The crust makes a pizza and Clockwork has some delicious crust. The chicken nugget things were also real white meat chicken and yummy!! The pizza was a little greasy however the flavors were great!! I ordered a caesar salad & the white pizza. the first bite of pizza blew me away with how flavorful it was. the marinara it came with complimented the pizza beautifully. their thin crust isn't as thin as most places, but is remarkably crispy & delicious right down to the end. I can't recall the last time i had a caesar salad with romaine not the least bit wilted. not even one piece. the dressing was tangy & salty & exactly right. We just got take out from here with door dash. I got two calzones and I am so mad I did not start ordering earlier from this place !!!! This is hands down the best calzone in Phoenix period!!! We had a lunch meeting in the office so ordered some pizzas and wings from clock works. The food arrived fresh and I was surprised that they cater to diet needs like the paleo, keto and gluten free. I went with the veggie pizza and the pizza was pretty good. I like olives in my pizza and it had a good amount of it. The crust seemed perfect, it was not too thin or thick. It was definitely a decent pizza. The wings was the surprising element of the foods we ordered. It was so tiny and barely looked like chicken wings. The flavor was good but it lacked the fulfillment of having a chicken wing. I am not sure of the price range here, cause it was ordered for the team. Overall an alright food experience. read more

I was dying for a hoagie, not a regular sammie like from Subway or a traditional lunch spot, so I decided to try Clockwork. Walk in, place is small (no place to dine) but clean and well lit. I was greeted immediately and placed my order to go. They got it turned around in a couple mins (great for those short lunch breaks) and actually prepared the food as requested. Best part? Super tasty!! Was craving that sourness from the vinegar and it didn't disappoint! Bread was delish, super soft and fresh, and had all the yummy veggies I asked for. As a first time customer I don't have any praises beyond what a typical pizza joint in the area would offer. Yet, i will say that I wasn't find of their quality of ingredients-- especially the cheese. I'm a midwestern guy who loves me some Wisconsin cheese on a pie. You know the type. I wasn't really all that thrilled about the food or the service. I really wanted wings on New Year's Day and my favorite wing spot was closed. I found clockwork pizza on Yelp and decided to take the leap. The woman I spoke to on the phone when I ordered was very kind and helped me choose what I should order. I got a medium pizza and 10 "honey hot" wings. I came to get the pizza at the time she estimated it would be done. I waited outside because a sign in the window read "one at a time" which I appreciated. When it was my turn to get my order I saw several men hastily working to put orders in the oven and bagging items. I stood next to the counter and waited for the young man working in the front to acknowledge my presence. I wasn't in much of a rush so I didn't mind waiting. He looked at me several times as he rustled with receipts and said nothing. Then he looked at me with an awkward look and said "what can I do for you". No greeting. Just an annoyed tone. Now I'm sure they were busy but pleasantries go a long way and the lack thereof was pretty irritating. My food was just okay. The pizza crust was bright white hardly any color and it made me wonder if it was cooked thoroughly. The toppings and sauce were good. My wings tasted nothing like honey or hot like I asked. Just a plain mild sauce. Maybe I'll try again in the future but I am in no rush to reccomend this place or go back to eat. read more

Straight to the point... I called in an order tonight and I thought I checked the box that said "hand me the pizza ", it was left at my door followed by a message and pic a couple minutes later. I don't like my food being placed on the ground. There is also a $3.99 delivery fee followed by an online tip that starts at $3.50. There is an option to customize a tip, but we all know the risk with a small online tip before the food is delivered... I like the pizza, but will not do this again, the fees and inability to deliver my food the way I want it to be delivered will keep me away from clockwork pizza. Really bad job tonight by the delivery people. They had my tip before I could reward them for good service, then I got really bad service. I'm disappointed as I have ordered from clockwork for years. If they can promise a change I would consider giving them another chance because the pizza is awesome. My trust has been lost. read more
