Clear Pool Solutions - Pool Cleaners Near Me

So I had a new pump and filter installed and I am happy as shit with their service. Had 2 other estimates done they were higher at first but I explored my options with them, we compared apples to applesand they ended up being the cheapest. Cheapest is not always best but man the customer service was spot on. They registered my shit and got my rebate already coming from Pentair. These guys are the epitome of customer service(that means they rock). Thanks. Call you when it cools down so you can acid bath my pool. read more

All good. Showed up on time did their thing. Would recommend and will use again _______________________________________________

A few days ago Josh with Clear Pool Solutions came out on a warranty call. After talking to the Home Warranty Company, Josh did a little fibbing. He informed the warranty company my pool was green, except he never looked at it. The pool equipment has been working great, but is old. He stated it was not normal wear and tear, but did state my filters were clean. If you don't want to do the repair for Warranty Companies because the reimbursement is low, don't come out and screw us. I have since had other companies come out and their opinion is much different than yours. read more

This recommendation is going to Josh at Clear Pool Solutions LLC: http://www.clearpoolsolutions.com/. With great pleasure we would like to recommend the Clear Pool Solutions LLC, it's a great company to trust and turn your issues to be rescued at no time! Their customer service representative, her name is Janet just fantastic and very friendly, she does her best to accommodate home owner's time assuring home owners that company's technician will call 30 minutes before arrival. Very friendly company technician, his name is Josh did call us 30 minutes prior his visit and we have met a highly professional looking young man who introduced himself properly, checked the equipment and provided us with all the details about his professional discoveries regarding broken parts of the pool equipment. Needless to say, ClearPool Solution got in touch with OneGuard Home Warrantee to get an approval to fix the issue and it's been done! Besides, we was told to let the repair dry for a day and if we would experience problem call the Warrantee: https://www.oneguardhomewarranty.com/ company back so they could come back to address tge issue. That's what we call a TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICES AND SUPPORT - THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Sent from my iPhone read more

Clear Pool Solutions LLC came to my house to check out a therapy pump for my Spool. The pump had shorted out and would only operate periodically. The Clear Pool Solutions person disassembled the old pump, fully explained what my options were (rebuilt or new) and checked to see if additional parts were needed. That was yesterday 1-30-17. This morning by 10am the new pump (plus a new part) was installed and all functions were working. I'm very satisfied with the work and knowledge the 'Clear Pool Solutions ' company provides. Definitely a 5 star. H Weninger - Chandler AZ read more

EXCELLENT Company! We had another company come out through the warranty company and did an awful job. We asked for a second opinion and they sent out Clear Pool Solutions. They were on time, called ahead, professional, fixed both mistakes the other company made. They have now come out 2 different times.... and went above and beyond what any other pool company has ever done. I even asked the guy about a separate issue we were having- he answered my questions and was able to fix it right there w/out an extra charge. Definitely the type of company I would recommend to any of my family or friends. I even am thinking about switching to them for my weekly maintenance! read more

This company lives up to its rating (5 stars). My mom is elderly and she can be obstinate at times, but this company is really kind and understanding. They don't take advantage and always explain issues (which aren't many) as they occur (maybe twice in two years and both around $100 fixes). I highly recommend this company. read more

We were having problems with our pool feature not working properly and proceeded to contact our home warranty company. The home warranty company had sent other pool companies out on previous occasions with whom we weren't satisfied with. For this service call they sent out Clear Pool Solutions. Amila (not sure of spelling), the scheduler, was very personable and set up the appointment to be between 8 and 12 in the morning. Joe, the technician, contacted us and was actually early to the appointment. Joe took care of the issue with the pump for the pool feature and proceeded to address some questions we had in a professional and respectful manner. He was highly knowledgeable, explaining things about pool maintenance that other pool companies never told us about. We would highly recommend Joe and the Clear Pool Solutions team, and will be using them in the future! read more

Great experience with Derrick. Used our Home Wty to get our pool pump looked at before summer starts. Suction was very low. After working almost 2 hours. Derrick found the problem and fixed it with no extra cost. Replaced all seals and a plumbing fixture that was sucking air. When my pool pump decided to stop working, I was a little nervous. Pool equipment repair was part of my home warranty so I decided to give it a try. I filled out the proper information and my claim was sent to Clear Pool Solutions. I got a call the next day to have a technician come out. He had to take my pool pump in to have it repaired. Had the pump back in 3 days and it's working better then ever! I had such a positive experience with them that I will use them for any of my pool equipment needs!!! read more

From beginning to end Clear Pool Solutions demonstrated what customer service should be. Amelia was efficient and personable. We were called by the Tech, as promised, before he came and our instructions for which number to use each time was followed. When he came, instead of an upsell, they said we did not need an acid wash- just a drain and refill to correct the problem we were having. (We had been told by our local pool supply store that we needed an acid wash). Whatever your pool need, I highly recommend Clear Pool Solutions. read more

Two years of outstanding service so far. Excellent communication when there is a concern. Highly recommend this company for your pool service needs. read more

This is a fantastic pool company with a great team. The quotes are quick and they offer a fair price on both equipment and labor. They show up when they say they will (or sooner) and they are extremely professional and through. They have now installed both a pool pump and a pool filter. I would highly recommend them for any pool work you might need to have done. Chris was the installer with an apprentice in tow and Seth and Josh were great with correspondence too. Thanks for all your help yet again - the pool is looking good. read more

Seth came to our house to assess our pool equipment. There are cracked joints that need replaced immediately. We cannot run our pool filter system until it is fixed. He was polite. He identified the problem and claimed he would get back to me later in the day. He did not. I had to call him the following day. After I called him though, he followed up immediately with a quote. read more
