A few days ago Josh with Clear Pool Solutions came out on a warranty call. After talking to the Home Warranty Company, Josh did a little fibbing. He informed the warranty company my pool was green, except he never looked at it. The pool equipment has been working great, but is old. He stated it was not normal wear and tear, but did state my filters were clean. If you don't want to do the repair for Warranty Companies because the reimbursement is low, don't come out and screw us.
