We are happy with this business, we were looking for a business that can fix our pool pump. They are very responsive, we received the quote and Andrey came out to fix the problem. All businesses should be like this, even if they're busy they were able respond to our request! Great customer service! read more

Super impressed with the service and customer service Clean Pool Pros offered. They were able to quickly schedule my service and even called when an appointment became available on a day sooner than originally scheduled. They arrived on time and got right to work cleaning the pool filter. They were pleasant, respectful, and very helpful. They took the time to explain their process and shared some great "best practices " in pool care so that I can keep my pool in great condition for the summer season. My pool has been pretty low-maintenance but I seriously think I might consider hiring this company for weekly, full service. If you're looking for an A+ pool company, don't look any further. This company really knows how to treat their customers and made the service experience a pleasant one. Thanks so much!!! read more

Professional and timely. And can always get contact if your having pool priblems or questions. Fees are fair. Would highly recommend

Clean pool pros are so professional. They are quick to respond, and are easy to work with. They come dressed in uniform, and with a smile.

The fellas came by and did just what they said they would do they took care other repairs and cleaning great group guys...

I've had another company maintaining my pool for a few years and my disappointment grew to the point I needed to make a change. Clean Pool Pros came in and saw what wasn't being done and explained part of my frustration was that the last company wasn't even cleaning the filter or baskets! They took the time to show me a long list of things not being done on the regular by the last company. I'm so impressed with Clean Pool pros, they show up consistently the same day every week and have my pool looking better that it ever has! I'm so glad I found them! Highly recommend! read more

Very happy with ON TIME service, from the initial date of estimate he was very knowledgeable of the chemicals and what he had to do to help me with my spa will definitely recommend him. read more

After a couple attempts to self diagnose and fix the source of my pool's low pressure into the pre-pump and pool cleaner, no luck. Algae was also starting to grow. I called Clean Pool Pros and Taras was kind enough to scheduled me in for a same day diagnosis. He was very friendly, transparent and happy to teach what I needed to know while answering all the questions I had. He went through his diagnosis of all the equipment and within a few minutes he figured out the problem and provided great long-term maintenance care and solution advice. I would highly recommend Taras and Clean Pool Pros. He will be someone I will be reaching out to again for any future pool service. read more

These guys are great. We bought a house with our first pool last year and had no idea how to take care of it. Andre and his crew came out and drained the old neglected nasty water, cleaned the pool, refilled it and cut us a new cover in just a couple days. He's been taking care of the pool and associated equipment ever since. They show up every week and I don't have to worry about a thing. So easy and affordable. :) read more

Well where to begin. Called Aundrey to get a quote to fix a leak I was having on an underground pvc pipe ughh. Came out a few days later. Very professional, and on time. Gave me a quote that was very reasonable and hired him. Aundrey and his buddy showed up promptly at 8:00 am ready to go. Thinking it was going to be a easy job of about 3-4 hours, soon realized it was much bigger. After digging to find leak. It was soon realized under the cement equipment pad where the pipes for pool go into the ground was a HUGE tree root that was the cause for breaking pipe. Not only that it was headed for more pipes. All the mean while keeping in contact with me as what to do as I am at work. Initial idea is to remove all equipment, break all cement, dig, replace all broken pipes, cut all roots. Then reverse process and put all back together ughh. $$$$$ Aundrey calls me back an hour later with a brilliant idea.. Had to drain pool 1/4 way, dig down in front of equipment pad to all pool lines, cut all lines, and replace all lines to equipment, and by pass all old lines. Meaning will not have to do any of the first idea... Saving me a LOT of money thank you. Decided to go with second option. Worked perfect.. No leaks, and all is running well. Recommended I cut down tree or may continue to happen. Took Aundrey and his buddy 12+ hours to tackle this job. That's with Aundrey coming out next day for 3 more hours to tidy everything up. Even told me exactly what I needed to rebalance pool. All this with a 30 day warranty...I now have peace of mind knowing it is fixed, but even more is that I know if anything in the future should ever come up Pool Pros WILL be the first person I call. Gained a customer for life...Thanks for doing such a great job. Kenny read more

Andre is very professional and knowledgeable. The pool at my rental looked like the black lagoon. He turned it into a beautiful Caribbean blue in a matter of hours. His pricing is so reasonable that I've hired him for monthly maintenance. I wish I had known about him when I first built my pool; I would have hired him sooner. Thank you for your amazing customer service! read more

I'm very happy I decided to pick Clean Pool Pros as my pool service guys! Andrey is a very trustworthy and reliable person. He doesn't just come and clean our pool, he takes the time to check in with us if we're home and at least build some sort of a relationship. I don't come across many people like that in this industry. He takes the time to build trust in the client relationship, and I KNOW I could trust him to be my pool professional!! He's definitely worth having! read more

Clean Pool Pros is the best! Our pool was a horrible green mess and they had it up and crystal clear in no time! Their monthly service is awesome! I recommend them to all my family and friends! read more

Clean pool pros were awesome. They were able to figure out exactly what we needed for repair. We contacted them late Friday and the owner had correspondence about the service we need. With sending pictures thru Yelp! On Monday they came out and repaired our pump. They had the entire job done by Wednesday because we had a slight hiccup. If we have additional needs for pool service we would consider having them come back out. read more

My pool was a mess, and with my busy schedule I just couldn't give the time it needed. So I got quotes from a few pool services in the area for monthly care. Andrey at Clean Pool Pros not only was very professional, knowledgeable but also very competitive with pricing. He has been maintaining my pool for 2 months now, and it's sparkling clean and not over chlorinated. Great service and great price! I highly recommend them if you want to trust someone with your splish splash needs. read more

I contacted Andrey for pool service and he got back to me right away in a very professional honest and fast way.

Dependable, responsible and very professional Pool Service. Andre is very well presented and communicates regularly about the status of my pool. Andre regularly communicates any issues, concerns and informs me specifically of how he manages to keep my pool clean, despite multiple plants and trees that leave a trail into the pool. Andre is very experienced and knowledgeable with pool systems/ motors, sweeps etc... and can also repair any motor or system issues. I would highly recommend Clean Pool Pro's for all of your pool needs. Andrew read more

Andrey and the guys at Clean Pools are absolutely the best! I had an undiagnosed issue with the PVC to my pump that impacted my prime. ...wasn't getting suction. The quotes I was getting were ridiculous an that was without diagnosis. Andrey was able to diagnose quickly and provide remediation. My pool which started looking like a swamp was restored. I was impressed enough to sign up for their pool services and have never been happier. Pricing was reasonable and they are complete pros. I would recommend them to anyone! Ernest J. read more

Our previous pool cleaner quit with no notice, they just stopped showing up during the heat the end of June. I read reviews on Yelp and decided to give Clean Pool Pros a call. They were able to come out within a week and help us get our pool balanced again. Because of the heat, it was going green fast. The pool has been blue ever since they started servicing the pool. Our eyes don't burn either . They show up every week on the same day around the same time. They are very reliable. read more

There are very few times when the stars align perfectly and you find the most amazing professionals on the first try--but this was 100% my experience with Taras from Clean Pool. I do not live in the area and was attempting to coordinate my initial pool chemicals and service after investing a ton of money getting an older pool re-plastered. My plaster contract put in ALL CAPS that my plaster warranty would be voided if I did not follow pool opening industry standards and I had zero idea how to make that happen. One call to Taras and BOOM- he explained all of it, made me feel extremely confident that he could take care of it all AND had me scheduled the day after the pool was refilled! They were so on top of it and kept me informed the entire time since they had to make multiple visits in one week to brush and balance the chemicals properly. Now Clean Pool has my monthly maintenance since I was so happy with every aspect of this process (and during the tail end of the pandemic to boot). Thank you Taras! I would recommend you and your company in an instant! read more

Andrey and his crew do a great job. We used him for a pool that was nasty green and they got it clean in 24 hours.

We are so pleased with the service we have received. Our pool has never been so clean and the water so clear. I highly recommend them.

By far, the best pool service in Elk Grove! Andrey and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and thorough; all the attributes you want in a pool cleaning company. They were able to drain and refill my green pool on the first day we met, and have been keeping it beautiful and sparkly ever since. Top notch company, highly recommend! read more

I'm very happy that I don't have to worry about whether or not my pool will be taken care of because from day one, Aundrey has proven himself to be very reliable and knowledgeable. Also, he is always readily available to answer my questions, a quality that is becoming scarce these days. read more
