Great laundromat with great service! Thank you Martha for being super friendly and helpful!!!

I live in my Mercedes-Benz sprinter and I have to do my laundry often. This is a great laundromat. All you have to do is tap your debit card to wash a load. The first time you go they pay for your dryer time. Can't be that! It's very clean and the machines are completely up-to-date. There's a lot of beautiful plants to to make the ambience nice while you sit in your Adirondack chair and read magazines. Pretty cool. read more

Awesome place to do laundry. If you have a lot of stuff to wash, they have large and super large capacity washers and dryers. Everything is clean and fresh smelling. Using their laundry soap and dryer balls saved time and effort. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They were constantly cleaning and making sure everything looked and smelled clean. read more

I love this place especially when the younger kid is here he is always so very very helpful along with your other staff. My score goes down anytime a certain employee is here he is not very informative to the customers tells them one thing then later tells another customer something totally different, plus he is very lazy always on his phone instead of walking around helping customers he always seems more interested in responding to something on his phone than the people here waiting to get the detergent for the washer or if they have a question and definitely never greets anyone. Place is always clean and a great big restroom! Plenty of washers and dryers in various sizes. Nice seating area up above to relax as you wait for your clothes to finish read more

I'm loving everything about this laundry spot, except for one rather significant issue. Without fail, every time I pop in, there's one or two of these seriously creepy guys freaking staring at me in the most disgusting way, always old and giving creepy smirks. It's the feeling that you'll never get mistaken. It's been the case during all four of my visits. Having some on-site security would make a world of difference. It can get pretty darn uncomfortable and not totally safe for us ladies. If you're a lady I would not recommend coming here alone. read more

Lives up to its name. Elan, who works there, is very friendly and helpful. There's free wifi and free dry on on your first visit. It's also just a very short walk from a patisserie. A week's worth of laundry finished in no time at all. I'm in no hurry to replace my broken washer because of this place. read more

Perfect, though I am not sure what I am going to do with all my extra time now on wash day. "Clean machines, no silverfish, coulda been very happy here." And I was. Clothes came out clean, they only allow non-scented hypoallergenic detergent. They are constantly going by clean, one of the most hygienic places in town. You can fold laundry on the table (I heard true stories about other facilities involving transients bare derrieres and copulation on the tables). This place isn't anything like the other laundry experiences I've had. (*Was I in an abusive relationship with my last laundry mat?) read more

Why am I writing a review for a laundromat? We'll, this is the best dang laundromat anyone could ask for! I have a washer and dryer at my rental but it is on the fritz. My landlord invited me to their house to do laundry (abso-freaking-lutely not happening!) while they have it "repaired". Had a mess of laundry I needed to get done and this was the best reviewed so I gave it a shot. The machines are huge. You can't use your own detergent but that's cool because the kind they provide is the same as I use at home. Wash and dry cycles are quick and efficient. I don't go to laundromats often so I can't say if they are reasonably or overpriced. The place is crazy clean and well maintained though which makes it worth it in my opinion. Also discovered a decent dive bar across the parking lot so I hung out there during the drying process. ‍ read more

Clean is the word. New facility. New, high-end, high efficiency machines. Sustainability bent from the owners. You receive an education when you go there the first time. They get the concept of safe soap, vinegar, baking soda, and provide free soap with each load. Each load starts with a disinfecting cycle. The machines are medium, big and bigger, and they encourage you to fill the machine. We did the equivalent of 4 loads in 2, today. We were in and out in 1:15. At home, it would have been half a day, or more. When you head to the dryer, they offer you wool balls to improve drying and reduce wrinkling. Their baskets are new and very nice for moving things to and fro, and perfectly sized for removal and folding at one of their numerous, nicely-sized fold tables. The staff is very active, always cleaning the machines, bathroom, facility, and offering advice and suggestions for a better outcome. Would really consider not having laundry equipment and keep coming here. Or, should I say, am considering... read more

What an incredible laundromat! Mickie explained the machines and how they work. She was so helpful in showing us around. The bathrooms are so clean, never seen that before in a laundromat. My clothes are so clean and without stains. read more

My new favorite laundromat. I love this place. There's a nice set of tables to hang out and read or work on my laptop, lots of plants, and best of all the dryers really work well! read more

This place was amazing!!! Aruna is a rockstar and took great care of my daughter and I when we had a ton of laundry for college move in. She was so helpful and patient and we had fun with her. Angel was also great and it made a mundane task enjoyable. Will be using this Laundromat every time and I will spread the word. read more

This is the BEST laundromat I've ever been to! I wouldn't even consider it a laundromat it's more like a spa for your clothes!

One of the best laundromat I've ever been too. My husband and I were road tripping and found this place to do laundry and was very impressed with them. Not only was this establishment very clean it was surprisingly relaxing! The only downside I found was you can't use your own soap, you'll have to use there soap but it does smell great. read more

Very clean and efficient!! It is a little pricey but worth it if you have large loads. I trust leaving my items there while I go do other errands. The fisherman's market is also across the street if you need something to eat during the wait. read more

The first time I washed here I was super happy. The cost to wash a regular load was reasonable and for first-timers, the dry was FREE. Soap is always free there but they were skimping on the soap because you need a little more for more soiled washes. The second time I went I brought more to wash so I used the big load washer. I was very disappointed that not only do they charge you quite a lot more if you use warm or hot water but my card was charged more for these washes than what was displayed when I made my selection for hot/warm water. No only that but the dryers charged my multiple times for 28 minutes of drying time but only gave me 7 minutes. I was there forever trying to get my clothes dry. It was nice to have an attendant keeping everything sanitized but that should come with any laundromat. Unless you're doing small loads with cold water only it's not worth it. Clean Eugene was overpriced. I will never go there again!!! read more

Seriously is the best I've been to throughout the country! So clean and affordable! Free soap all organic and washes clothes wonderfully! (Even took a coffee stain out of my white sweater!) I'll definitely be back! Oh, and the employees are so nice even saw one of them take a quarter out of her open pocket to help a gentleman get his wash done!! read more

I have not been in here in almost 2 years, staff was lazy and kind of unfriendly. Came in today for post camping laundry time and Alisha crushed it. This lady was everywhere, helping everyone, the place was packed and she was everywhere. Super polite, almost bubbly demeanor. Made My experience a good one for sure! read more

Never thought I would describe a public laundromat as sparkling clean and a comfortable place to wait but this was it. The laundromat provides it's own chemical-free soap. No fabric softeners allowed. So don't go there if you insist on using your own products. The on-site staff walk you through everything. $4.50 per load for high-capacity washers. Drying is free for first-time customers. If you pay for your own drying, this place may be marginally more expensive than other laundromats but you get what you pay for. This is now where we will go whenever we we are in Eugene. read more

I love this laundromat! I don't use it regularly as the complex where I live has a small laundry area but for large loads or special loads this is the place! As others have said it's clean, helpful attendants, very comfortable and safe feeling!!! The place to relax while washing and drying your clothes, after that it's up to you! read more

A great laundromat for travelers and locals. Very clean space with lots of washers and dryers with varying capacities. Josh (?) the employee on duty was super helpful, polite and kind. This laundromat uses its own brand of soap which is included in the price of the washer and comes in 3 varieties including unscented. The staff add the soap to the washer. There is an upstairs "lounge" for adults but also seating on the ground floor. The machines were clean and efficient with plenty of carts and table space to fold clothes. They had dryer balls for use which helps expedite the drying process. Very cool, user-friendly laundromat in a cool city. read more

What a lovely little gem of a laundry spot. Beautiful plants all around, soap is included in the price of the wash, helpful humans to assist with machines. The fastest dryer I have ever used. Will be back for sure. read more

This laundry mat is amazing you can do two loads of wash and one large dryer at the end of the dryer's for just about a dollar maybe a quarter extra. The soap is provided there and it's plant-based they encourage people to use only plant-based detergents which has totally helped my skin with it sensitivity to detergents they have a bunch of chemicals in them. I would highly recommend this place! I've considered buying a washer and dryer for my house but after calculating the cost of repairs detergent water I have opted that it would cost less to do laundry here and healthy environment. read more

Wowzers. When I die I want to be reborn as this place. It's simply head and shoulders above any laundromat I've ever seen. Every little thing they do is perfect. The machines, the soaps, the seating, and the Sunday evening customer service as performed by a tireless woman superhero. (I know you're mortal, but in the eyes of this old codger you were wonderful to everyone.) There's also great food nearby, and groceries, and, why was it I never moved to Eugene? read more

Very clean and well managed laundromat. Excellently customer service! The machines did their jobs well, the prices were reasonable, and the environmental benefits were appreciated. read more

I had a sub-par experience both times I brought my bulky items here. Everything was fine except the washing itself as my bath mat and sheets came out with dry spots that had an unclean odor. I used high-capacity washers and heavy-duty settings including the "extra rinse" setting, and I paid over $12 for a single load of wash. I am so disappointed in the equipment as I hope that things can be both eco-friendly and work well, too. On the plus side, their machines seem to do a great job on smaller items that move around a lot in the tub, but I usually wash these at home. With larger items, the machines maybe don't use enough water to penetrate all the folds and crevices of the fabrics. Also, the staff is super-helpful and nice and willing to make it right. I guess I really wanted to like this place and am just disappointed. read more

Extremely clean, quite and well run. What more could you ask for in a laundry mat? Affordability? It has that too. Prices are excellent! If you're in a pinch and need to wash your items this place is IT! read more

I went to this amazing laundromat yesterday to wash a heavy king bed comforter because would not fit into my home machine. I was astounded by all of the following: the number of sparkling clean machines, the overall clean environment, they supply the soap, they provide use of tennis balls to use in the dryers, the machines are sanitized prior to each use, the machines are extremely efficient and fast. The comforter was like new after washing only 11 minutes in a giant machine and drying in 40 minutes in an extremely large and sparkling clean dryer. This comforter has three layers and is huge!!! They have efficient, helpful and friendly staff, a ban on food and drinks which can and tend to turn laundromats into pig pins if allowed. They have great lighting, an upstairs loft for relaxing and keeping an eye on your machine and I could not have been more impressed. I would give them ten stars if I could. I felt safe, and this place exceeded my expectations by miles. read more

Would be 5 stars except for the homeless stinking up the business. They do not allow clothes not washed there to be dried there which is nice. However, the homeless are pissing on the windows and harassing customers, asking for money or to use your cell phone ect. I think that more should be done to protect customers. A security guard. Staff is great, service is great, place is VERY clean. Just not safe for families. read more

I have been to this super clean, well lit, well ventilated, laundromat several times. Had no intention of ever going anywhere else again until tonight. All attendants in the past whom I've encountered here have been super helpful, respectful and responded quickly if I needed help. tonight was the exception. This time, a young female attendant was engrossed in her book and was rude, condescending and all but outright nasty when I sought some information and then some help. First, said repeatedly to me that I couldn't use my own detergent, which is categorically untrue. It must be ECO-FRIENDLY just like the signs at the machines say. Secondly, I was unable to read one of the digital dials (used 3 machines, only one had a problem) which displayed only a few parts of some letters. THEN, once she finally stopped reading & deigned to help me, she rolled her eyes and walked away while I was saying thank you. She ignored me, so I said and you're welcome, right? She continued to ignore me, then sat down and immediately put her face back into her phone and then her book. Unbelievably rude & unprofessional. I won't do laundry here if I pull up and see she is on shift. She needs customer service training to learn how to interact with people respectfully or to find a job where she doesn't interact with the public. read more

Clean Laundromat - Seating up top where I can still see my laundry! I love the plants! - Laundromat Near Me - Eugene, Oregon

Friendly staff, clean and accommodating. Plenty of parking. Inexpensive for the amount of clothing you can do. Assorted sizes of washers..

As u can see from the pics this is a beautiful and very clean facility. The machines are top quality and take credit cards. To keep them running properly you are required to use the detergent and dryer balls offered by management- at no cost to you. Their hours are 8 AM to last wash at 9 PM. Only current down side is the work City is doing on 7 th Street ramp to the 105 - very slow traffic on 7 th. Advise to arrive on Blair Street if u can. The employees are extremely helpful and very nice. You won't find a better place to do your laundry. read more

No one really likes going to the laundromat, but Clean Laundromat makes it a pleasant experience. Upon arriving Peyton approached me and ask if I had ever been to this laundromat. I hadn't so she explained in detail how it operates. They provide environmentally safe soap at no cost and since it was my first time I was not charged for drying. She was so helpful and very sweet. They have very comfortable seating and a variety of magazines to read. I had at least 10 loads of laundry and it was only $30. I highly recommend this laundromat! read more

I've seen my share of laundromats since the early 1970s, and I have never been in such a wonderful facility. The place is spotlessly clean, the staff is present and helpful, and the machines are super efficient. They supply the washing soap for everyone, while you pay for the machines. They recommend the use of the dryer balls, and those are available free of charge as well. They have an upper level where you can wait for your laundry to wash and dry, or there are a bunch of restaurants nearby to grab a bite while you wait. Oh, and they have a clean bathroom for patrons to use!! I'm in the midst of a major house renovation and will be happily using Clean Laundromat until my laundry room is up and running. read more
