Not surprised this Dry Cleaners Yelp page has not been claimed…read more I wouldn't want to claim it either! If you happen to check the Yelp on this before going take a look at the overall star rating and go somewhere else. I just moved into the neighborhood/ state. Was trying to find a dry cleaners and this one was local to my house. I went in to question some alterations and get a couple pieces cleaned. The lady informed me they don't have the lady that does the alterations there I would have to go to their sister location on 11th. Which I was already slightly familiar with because I went in to get some prices on getting 2 pullover windbreakers dry cleaned and they wanted $25 a piece to clean to pull over windbreakers. Which I did not get done there. But eventually made my way to their location on 11th dropped off 2 pieces of clothing to be a dry cleaned and was given a ticket for my items priced at $20. 1 dress shirt, 1 pair of dress pants it cost me $20 to get them dry cleaned. $18.98 to be honest! The alterations I ened up decided against, were going to cost me $30 just to put patches on a pair of jeans. $15 to put a piece of elastic around a top piece of material not in the seam or anything just one single strip of elastic stitched on a piece of fabric. AND..... it was going to take 1 month to get them back... So needless to say I will continue to look to fine a better price place with a quicker turnaround.

I am so glad I found this place. They have absolutely SAVED my favorite articles of clothing from…read moreextinction. I love my vintage 60's and 70's pants collection (that everybody is jealous of), but so many of the seams were constantly coming undone, including the elastic around the waistband, that I couldn't wear them anymore. On top of that, I spilled grease on my new killer flamingo pink 60's flares the very first day I wore them! Polyester, wine and late night food do NOT mix! Lastly, I had two pairs of jeans that I had purchased used that were entirely worn out on the inside thigh to begin with, and by the time I wore them out there were actual holes in them that were a little too tacky even for me. But these jeans were t-shirt soft and 1 pair especially were my absolute favorites. To many it may have been obvious it was time to "put them down", but I just couldn't part with them. When I brought my mangled wardrobe that spanned decades of incredible fashion in for the first time, I was given really honest feedback and quoted super reasonable prices. The stain and the seams were doable, thank God, but the ability to fix the broken down fabric (read: there were gaping holes) on my favorite jeans had kind of a 50/50 success rating, as in "yes, we can do it but it usually doesn't last long and it's sometimes visible, the patch, therefore just as obvious ." I took the risk, unwilling to part with them, and am so glad I did: whomever does the patching is a freakin miracle worker. The work is not noticeable, and the reinforcement is so sturdy that I'll get many more wears out of these. I couldn't be happier. I have no idea how they did it, but it is obvious that a lot of pride is taken in their work. And if I was willing to assume the risks involved to save those jeans, someone put some extra care and magic into their work to make those pants suitable to be worn in public again. It may be a ratty old pair of jeans, but they are just awesome------the sentimental value is through the roof on these, and I cannot believe how amazing of a job they did. Just today I dropped off a favorite pair of light full-length jersey gauchos that were a MAJOR thrift-store score (I get stopped a lot in them) because again, SOMEone (I won't say WHO) spilled some kind of oil on them while sitting, then tried to get away with just washing them until their roommate asked them-----after coming home from being out and about all day, no less----if they wet their pants. Um, yeah. Not a good look. Not sure why I just assumed nobody would notice. So I tried to use SHOUT but some things are only fit for the pros...... I just dropped them off at Masters and cannot wait to pick them up. I already know that they will be back to their awesome selves, and am so glad to have such an awesome service (that I can afford, too), nearby to take care of me since apparently I need all the help I can get. Ultimately, I totally appreciate the honesty of this business, who clearly values the integrity of their work. Personally, I couldn't be happier with their service, their professionalism, their kindness, their prices, their genuine honesty----instead of saying "Yeah sure we can do that" and having the patchwork look like crap when I pick it up.........no, quite the opposite: I was told of the risks but still cannot believe how incredible of a job was done on my old mangled favorite jeans that only an owner can love. When I went in to thank them profusely, they were so appreciative and humble. I think it's so important to give compliments and praise when it's due, and they far exceeded my expectations. So thank you, Master Cleaners! I will never go anywhere else, and would encourage anybody to trust you with their valuables! P.S. I find their services to be inexpensive----and I am on a very limited budget---yet sometimes that really implies "cheap". I want to stress that the quality of their work and the kindness of the staff make them priceless, truly. So much so that if they weren't already on Yelp, I told them I was going to add them! And CLEARLY I'm lazy if I can't learn to sew, patch or even put a napkin over my freakin lap when I eat! :)

Really disappointed with this experience. I brought in a couch cushion cover, and when I picked it…read moreup, it was damaged--the velcro stuck to the fabric during cleaning leaving the cover visibly worn. They acknowledged the issue and said they'd make it right, possibly with a replacement, but it's been two weeks with no response despite me following up. Hands-down, the worst dry cleaner available likely in the state of Oregon…read more It starts from the beginning when I first walk up to be helped. Never is it quick. Someone yells,"someone will be right with you," yet no one is ever RIGHT with me. They are slow. Making me the customer, feel unimportant. Next, I've never experienced a dry cleaner who has such a hard time keeping my laundry together. They've lost numerous items of mine. It got so bad they had replace a few items. When this happens they acted like it was my fault. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. In reality, I am not seeking them to replace the items, I want MY items back. They just don't seem to understand that. They do a very good job at making you feel like it's your fault and not theirs. And finally, I want to address the fact that when I get my clothes back from this dry cleaner, they stink. I know I'm not the only one to experience this. It got so bad that I had to switch dry cleaners. Obviously, I wasn't aware of all these things until I experience it myself. Overall, a terrible experience. They never have a legitimate manager available. And when you do ask for someone who has a brain on their head, you'll never find one. . I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS DRY CLEANER. AND I CANNOT STRESS THAT ENOUGH. IT'S UNFORTUNATE. BUT ALL I CAN DO IS GIVE YOU MY HONEST OPINION BASED ON FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE. And because dry cleaning is becoming obsolete. They operate under the assumption that because they are one of the only dry cleaners left in this town - us as customers will be forced to give them business. Therefore, providing an awful experience.

It was $11 to do a quick wash on washer C60, which seems pricey to me but it was a pretty huge machine. I put 4 quarters in the dryer and that got me 28 min but it was pretty much dry after 15 min. So the dryer seemed like a great deal. No public restroom, which is typical of laundromats, since our country despises people who are poor and struggling, as well as older, incontinent people. If you have time to kill, there are places to check out nearby like Coastal, Club Thrift and Harbor Freight.

The clothes were just tumbling around damp and dry, with the soap stuck to them. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, he was incredibly rude and sarcastic. He claimed it was a high-efficiency machine that doesn't use much water. When I pointed out the machine's own diagram showing the drum filling halfway with water, he dismissed it by saying, "That's just a picture." He refused to assist or offer a solution, and sarcastically suggested that if I wanted my clothes back immediately, I would have to deal with the water on the floor myself.Paying a high price to get treated with such a bad attitude and leave with unwashed clothes is unacceptable. There is also often pet hair left inside the washers. Save your money and go somewhere else where they respect paying customers.
