Very clean and well maintained. Various sized machines available, and the dryers are huge and make great time! Indian low and it took the same amount of time...! The staff is wonderful!! They all have a great sense of humor, and are very polite... My only "complaint", is to leave the bathroom unlocked, or give the customers the key... these poor ladies are by them selves and doing so many things at once, Why do they have to stop what they are doing every 5 minutes to open a single bathroom door??? read more

I used two 60lb washers and set my timer for 16 minutes. Timer goes off and when I go to get clothes out they were not there. Apparently there policy is their on duty attendants can take your clothes out of the washers and dryers and put in a cart and park it by the door. This is unexecaptable!! Anyone could have grabbed the clothes and walked away with them. Not to mention.. I was going to use the washer again so I didn't use two washers. There is no posting of them saying they can and will do this. When I asked for her name she refused to give it. This is unprofessional!! read more

The owners aren't updating the machines' credit card pads. Whenever I do laundry there, there's always at least two machines that error out when trying to get it started. Then I have to find the attendant (who are wonderful) to start it. Totally delays my time. All they want is the money and don't care about the customers' experience. read more

I had a huge blanket to wash that wouldn't fit in my washer at home. The attendant was super helpful and friendly explaining how everything worked and which machine would work best. The laundry mat and all the machines were very clean. The attendant was constantly wiping the counters and sweeping the floors. No just coin laundry. No need to lug around a heavy pocket of quarters here! You can use your debit or debit card in their machines. It's nice for a change (kind of a pun...). They seem to be a tad bit higher in cost but the machines look new! The place is maintained nice and definitely clean. They do have staff their to sell you laundry soaps and goods. As far as I know they have a service to clean and fold laundry for you as well. Definitely will come back to this place for my fun filled laundry days. read more

This is by far the cleanest laundromat I have ever been in. The attendants, yes plural are friendly and very helpful. The entire time I was there washing my bedding they were cleaning and assisting other patrons. They sanitize each machine between uses and wipe down any spills immediately, which is nice to know that you aren't washing your clothes in someone else's grime. While there were a few machines that were out of order, it was minimal and the ones i used worked extremely well requiring only have the time i have had to use at other laundromats in the area. Prices jumped substantially. What use to run me 8.50 a load is now $11-$12. Really my only complaint. My family had been coming here for years and had even recommended it to friends in the past sadly to say that will no longer be the case after our recent incident. The attendant saw us enter the building as we loaded our clothes into the dryer and at first seemed to have no issue with us going about our business. A few minutes later after we had already loaded and moved all of our loads of laundry from our vehicle into the dryers and was about to start our loads the attendant then chooses to ask us to leave because we didn't wash there??? we didn't wash there today but we sure wont be washing or drying there in the future that's for sure same with our extended family who frequented the establishment. read more

(Hey, it's been 40 years since I've been in a laundromat lol) and had help from "Sherry". She was so nice, helpful, amazing, knowledgeable, and is passionate about her job. The machines are super!! I guess it depends on what you're looking for in a laundromat experience. If you like to sit inside, near your clothing.... (wtf for?) then this probably isn't the place for you. If you're expecting the printine chairs and carpet... probably not the place for you. I can imagine a list of things people might complain about. But let's be real... YOU are at a laundromat. (me too) If it's that big a deal, maybe you should've done your laundry at home. But I digress. If however, you're looking for a well lit/reasonably appointed place to do your laundry in what are currently very nice machines... with an attendant that wanders around making sure everyone is taken care of... within walking distance of several choices of food/drink... then this is the place for you. I've used a number of laundromats to wash bigger items that I don't want to tear my residential machine up on... and this stands out as among the nicer ones yet. It feels luxurious, compared to the other two I've used. Now that's obviously not saying a whole lot, since there are only two others on my list. And I'm not the pickiest person around. But I'd suggest (unlike others) this place IS safe & comfy, even if I were a tiny single woman, with kiddos. Or an elderly patron. However... I'm a large man who spends very little time worrying about my safety. This is a very decent laundromat, if your objective is to wash clothing in a safe environment within nice machines. If the amount of cushion in the chairs or the stains on the carpet bother you, you can always sit in your car and listen to music or something. You have options. read more

Areas of improvement: you come here to clean your clothes and you come out feeling dirty. Out of obligation, I've been coming here for the past three years to do laundry. I've watched $40 a month, then $60 a month slip away from me as the owners continue to raise prices without making improvements to the facility. It's an investment for someone's back pocket who has no regard for customers' quality of life. Unfortunate for the owners, I was there while they spoke with a consultant. Heard of their schemes to make more money by providing fewer washer size options. If the conversations they had are true, we'll see more larger washers and fewer, maybe zero, smaller washers so customers will be forced to upgrade even if they don't need to. read more

This place is great, it's a bit out of the way but I'll gladly drive here from now on. They always have carts available, the folding area is huge. The seating is limited but you can always wait in your car or stand. They have 18, 30, 60 & 75lbs washers. Two different sized dryers. I've been to at least three other laundromats in the Eugene area (mostly by the University) and it never fails, I always end up getting attacked with someone's BO. It makes it extremely hard to fold clothes. This place smells clean & like detergent!! I love it read more

Its a really nice place, spendy though. And I would give it more then just one star, but one of the machines ripped me off twice, wouldn't start, but took the $$. Then when the attended showed up, they said " sorry, not a dam thing we can do about it". After you go here, why would you go anywhere else? They have free WiFi, a friendly, helpful attendant, the machines use coin or card--so you don't have to cart around a million quarters, and it's clean and has plenty of counter space. The only thing I would add is a utility sink, and then this laundromat would be perfect!! read more
