As good as a laundromat could be! We went on a Monday afternoon and the place was empty. There are plenty of machines available and none of them appeared to be out of order. They have 2 quarter machines as well as a station you can purchase detergent from. The machines operated well and dried our loads quickly. While you wait there are plenty of places to eat nearby, a self service car wash station, and a dollar tree. We will be back. read more

I have used the laundry many times over the last several years . Lately the i have had problems with the credit card readers. I was in there tonight and 2 of the 7.75 washers took my card and the machine said it was starting g but neither machine started . I called my card and charges were pending . Many machines were out of order and the place had no customers so im assuming word has gotten around they are the worst place in town read more

This place is as bootleg as it gets. Says they take credit cards, only takes them for the washer but not to dry. Washer said $4.25 for my load and charged my credit card $5. Would not accept the only dollar I had so I could get change to dry. Please go literally anywhere else other than this bootleg, garbage operation read more

My first time here with an over-sized item to wash. What an ordeal! I loaded into the only large washer that was working (other one labeled out of service). The machine ate $1.25 of my quarters so I then tried using my credit card and the machine repeatedly wouldn't take it (tried 2 different cards with no luck). There's Only an emergency number to call so I said forget it, going elsewhere.....I ended up at Mary Lou's laundry on W. 18th and the over-sized washers were half the price ($5.50 instead of $10.75) and everything worked smoothly. I like this place. I don't have a lot to say about it, it's just a chill place to do laundry. Some machines take cards which is helpful.

The sign says it takes debit cards but it only takes debit cards for washers and not for the dryers! Also, the coin machine will not give you coins with a debit card, only cash. So you can wash your clothes with a debit card, but you can only dry them with quarters. The place is clean and there are plenty of unused washers and dryers available. One of the worst parts is there isn't even a public restroom for customers! So if you are an old lady like me that needs to do laundry for items to big for their home washer or their home washer is broken, or if you just need a place to do laundry, there is no place to pee and that is miserable. read more

Clean inside. The triple was is $5.25, double wash is $3.25. My "normal" sized laundry basked filled the triple washer. I'm not sure how much the dryers cost, I was able to dry my clothes at home. If my washer ever goes out again, I'd come back here. Not too busy and I went on a Friday afternoon. read more

Got to the laundromat around 8:00 and I looked to see what time they closed at on the open sign it states 7am to 10 pm they even have it painted on the window 7 am to 10 pm. I proceeded to unload my laundry into the high way robbery pricing to wash clothes and I noticed that I needed to get more coins. After everything was said and done laundry washed and now is in the dryer. I dried my clothes first round for 24 minutes and then the second round for 14 minutes when the cleaning lady came up to me and said we closed at 9pm but I will allow you to dry your clothes, that's when I said well both of your signs state that you close at 10 pm. She said NO we close at 9 PM. If that is the case then they really need to change the signs there to read open at 7AM and we close at 9 PM. People aren't mind readers. It was just me and my granddaughter in there at the time. The place is clean but please up date your times of opening versus closing times. read more

I went here on a Wednesday morning and there was only one other person in the laundromat. This place is clean and has TONS of washers (different load sizes, even big enough for 2 sleeping bags) and dryers. The washers also accept credit cards if you don't have coins/cash. The only down side is that there is no attendant. I would definately go here again when I need to wash my big blankets and sleeping bags. read more

I do my laundry here all the time! The machines are always operable and not bad priced, it's clean and there is an attendant here often. The change machine stole my $5, I called the emergency number and someone came within 5 minutes and after a quick review of the security tape I was refunded. It always super clean! I went to wash laundry here this evening at 9:13. The place closes at 10. I was planning to use large capacity washers to wash some large bedding. The laundry wasnt separated. I planned to wash two loads of darks. I walked in with 2 lrg blk garbage bags & soap & told son in law to get quarters. There were others with laundry still in washing machines. The cleaning lady says we close at 10. I said I know. She said you cant wash & dry those before 10. I informed her my plan to wash the laundry, drying at home. Washers take 35 mins to wash. I walked in with 47 mins. She proceeds to follow me to washer where she again tells me that they close at 10. I informed her that I knew this & that I will be done by 10. I start the load & walk to the side to use the 2nd lrg washer. I take the remaining bedding that didnt fit in the other washer with me. I get to that washer and start to load it & ask my soninlaw to go back out & grab another bag or two. We had a lot & were only goin to be able to wash 2 lrg washers full. When she saw him bring in another bag she starting telling me I was not going to be able to fit all those things in 1 load. I said I am not trying to. I am only putting in what will fit. But like I told you I am separating the colors. She proceeds to accuse me of attempting to break the washer saying I will break it & then leave & what will she do then cuz this is her job. I said I am not making a mess, I am not over loading the washers I have been doin laundry here for 18 years & have never done anything to damage anything here. She said you need to stop filling that & go. I said you are joking I have a load in & this one is almost full. I am doing my laundry & leaving. She says I told you we close at 10. At this point others have put their loads in the dryer and 2 other people came in to only dry loads. SHE DOESNT SAY A WORD TO THEM. I proceed to ask her why she singled me out. Why is she harassing me? Why didnt she say anything to others that walked in. I tell her that at this point she has been harassing me for a little over 10 mins & at this rate I wont be done by 10 oclock now. She tells me again as I am trying to put the last few items in that not all the bedding is goin to fit. I said oh my god lady leave me alone. I am just trying to wash some god damn laundry & that she is harassing me & I want her to leave me alone so I can wash my god damn laundry. She seriously hadnt listened to a single thing I said. Barely spoke english & she was relentless. In 18 years of washing large items here I had never seen this women so I wasnt goin to lose sleep over it. I finally yelled at her leave me alone. She proceeds to tell me she is goin to call the owner & tell him. I was like go ahead & call him because I didnt do anything yet you have been harassing me since I walked in the door. She said you want me to call the police for yelling at me. I was like are you serious chick. Sure why dont you call the cops. She said I am & walks away. I proceed to start the wash & go sit in my car. 25 mins go by &the manager gets there with soda for the vending machine. I know him from goin there for so long.There are others inside still doin laundry when I realize she had to unlock the door to let the owner inside. Im like she locked the f'n door is she serious. It was 9:49 at this point. So 11 mins til closing and with my laundry in the washer she locks the door with patrons still inside. I see her running her mouth to him so I proceed to go inside. She left door open. She tells him what ever she tells him, he doesnt realize its me shes talking about when I walk in tells her to go ahead & lock the door again. I walk to the washers, check how much time is left & then a few mins later the manager comes over, tells me they close at 10. I said I know this, the only reason I wont be done at exactly 10 is cuz she was harassing me & that several others came in after me & she didnt say a word to them. He said I will talk to her about it she didnt realize & she was just trying to do her job. I said I know this & I didnt impede her ability to do her job she did that herself. He said I am sorry four or five times putting his hands together in a prayer position, saying thank you I am sorry, thank you. I am 7 mins from walking out the door when 2 freaking cops show up. Are you kidding me right now? This psycho lady singles me out, has been harassing me for 13 to 14 mins& I am being walked up to by police. They ask me if I am the one that got called on I say apparently so. That the lady singled me out and spent almost 15 mins freaking out on me. I told them how the manager kept saying I am so sorry thank you thank you. They tell me not to go anywhere I say I have no reason to I didnt do anything. They get her story Im walking out with my 2nd load they follow me out asking if I am done I say yes. Where they proceed to tell me I am not welcome to come back there again. WTF. BAD BAD BAD (sure to frustrate and cost you) payment method: In an attempt to get the two machines I used to WORK (beyond confusing!!I ...the how-to-pay is horrid and involves a credit card) fed in $2.50 in the $2.25 machine and $0.25 in the $3.75 machine. The second machine I opted to USE my credit card because the coin method in the first machine was so confusing. Still it "appears" you need to put in a quarter for it to accept your card. This morning I see a $14.00 on my credit card. Result: I paid $16.75 for $6.00 worth of washing. Last time I was there it was badda-boom-babba-bang ....put yer quarters in and the price ticked down to zero and the machine started. NOT ANY MORE!!!!! There must be a trick because useful instructions are ....TOTALLY.... LACKING. You are left to suss out EVERYTHING, nothing really makes any sense. "PRESS A" ....what "A"!!?? There is no "A." The place used to be much busier, I can see why now. Bob must spend half his time sending out checks to overpaid customers. Obviously much falls through the cracks in his favor .........EXCEPT REPEAT BUSINESS, which he looses. Bob, HAVE SOMEONE WRITE A ....CLEAR... PAY-OPERATION INSTRUCTION FOR YOU .....and POST IT! Post in Spanish too! I'm sure you are happy with your new things but they ARE COSTING YOU BUSINESS! Recourse at being rooked? Little: No address is anywhere on the premises, and no contact phone number either (soooo frustrating) ...only an EMERGENCY number. Getting totally rooked! is hardly an "emergency."
