Someone yells,"someone will be right with you," yet no one is ever RIGHT with me. They are slow. Making me the customer, feel unimportant. Next, I've never experienced a dry cleaner who has such a hard time keeping my laundry together. They've lost numerous items of mine. It got so bad they had replace a few items. When this happens they acted like it was my fault. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. In reality, I am not seeking them to replace the items, I want MY items back. They just don't seem to understand that. They do a very good job at making you feel like it's your fault and not theirs. And finally, I want to address the fact that when I get my clothes back from this dry cleaner, they stink. I know I'm not the only one to experience this. It got so bad that I had to switch dry cleaners. Obviously, I wasn't aware of all these things until I experience it myself. Overall, a terrible experience. They never have a legitimate manager available. And when you do ask for someone who has a brain on their head, you'll never find one. . I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS DRY CLEANER. AND I CANNOT STRESS THAT ENOUGH. IT'S UNFORTUNATE. BUT ALL I CAN DO IS GIVE YOU MY HONEST OPINION BASED ON FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE. I love my vintage 60's and 70's pants collection (that everybody is jealous of), but so many of the seams were constantly coming undone, including the elastic around the waistband, that I couldn't wear them anymore. On top of that, I spilled grease on my new killer flamingo pink 60's flares the very first day I wore them! Polyester, wine and late night food do NOT mix! Lastly, I had two pairs of jeans that I had purchased used that were entirely worn out on the inside thigh to begin with, and by the time I wore them out there were actual holes in them that were a little too tacky even for me. But these jeans were t-shirt soft and 1 pair especially were my absolute favorites. To many it may have been obvious it was time to "put them down", but I just couldn't part with them. When I brought my mangled wardrobe that spanned decades of incredible fashion in for the first time, I was given really honest feedback and quoted super reasonable prices. The stain and the seams were doable, thank God, but the ability to fix the broken down fabric (read: there were gaping holes) on my favorite jeans had kind of a 50/50 success rating, as in "yes, we can do it but it usually doesn't last long and it's sometimes visible, the patch, therefore just as obvious ." I took the risk, unwilling to part with them, and am so glad I did: whomever does the patching is a freakin miracle worker. The work is not noticeable, and the reinforcement is so sturdy that I'll get many more wears out of these. I couldn't be happier. I have no idea how they did it, but it is obvious that a lot of pride is taken in their work. And if I was willing to assume the risks involved to save those jeans, someone put some extra care and magic into their work to make those pants suitable to be worn in public again. It may be a ratty old pair of jeans, but they are just awesome------the sentimental value is through the roof on these, and I cannot believe how amazing of a job they did. Just today I dropped off a favorite pair of light full-length jersey gauchos that were a MAJOR thrift-store score (I get stopped a lot in them) because again, SOMEone (I won't say WHO) spilled some kind of oil on them while sitting, then tried to get away with just washing them until their roommate asked them-----after coming home from being out and about all day, no less----if they wet their pants. Um, yeah. Not a good look. Not sure why I just assumed nobody would notice. So I tried to use SHOUT but some things are only fit for the pros...... I just dropped them off at Masters and cannot wait to pick them up. I already know that they will be back to their awesome selves, and am so glad to have such an awesome service (that I can afford, too), nearby to take care of me since apparently I need all the help I can get. Ultimately, I totally appreciate the honesty of this business, who clearly values the integrity of their work. Personally, I couldn't be happier with their service, their professionalism, their kindness, their prices, their genuine honesty----instead of saying "Yeah sure we can do that" and having the patchwork look like crap when I pick it up.........no, quite the opposite: I was told of the risks but still cannot believe how incredible of a job was done on my old mangled favorite jeans that only an owner can love. When I went in to thank them profusely, they were so appreciative and humble. I think it's so important to give compliments and praise when it's due, and they far exceeded my expectations. How it works: they drop off the diapers a few weeks before your due date; whenever you are ready to start regular pickups you call them and they start a once per week drop off/pickup from your doorstep. They provide the diaper pail and as many diapers as you need to make it through the week (we needed more than the 70 they originally dropped off and they were happy to drop off another bundle to make sure we always had enough). No need to rinse off the diapers or go to the store for anything ... it's honestly easier and less expensive than using disposables or washing cloth diapers yourself. We use Thirsties waterproof covers and Snappi fastners for the prefolds they provide; the system has been fooolproof (and leakproof!) for us so far! We have found the owners easy to communicate with and lovely to talk to... definitely recommend to any new parents in the area!

They offered to change out sizes for me and brought a few of the next size available so I could see if they worked better. Prompt, weekly pick up and they provide you with a container. I've spoken with both the husband and wife and they are both so lovely. I definitely recommend this diaper service if you are thinking of using cloth diapers!!!

This place is huge, has lots of machines and there's plenty of parking. Price point was pretty expensive. I used 2 big load machines while one cost me $17 and the other cost $9. Not sure what I did wrong there. Dryers are free though, unless you use the big one. I think it's 25 cents per 7mins for the big ones. This place provides detergent and a scented spray for your laundry free of charge. I used my own detergent and opted for the orange something spray on my comforter. Loved it! Would definitely use this place again. Felt safe and happy at this place. Loved all the foliage around the laundry mat too.
