Someone yells,"someone will be right with you," yet no one is ever RIGHT with me. They are slow. Making me the customer, feel unimportant. Next, I've never experienced a dry cleaner who has such a hard time keeping my laundry together. They've lost numerous items of mine. It got so bad they had replace a few items. When this happens they acted like it was my fault. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. In reality, I am not seeking them to replace the items, I want MY items back. They just don't seem to understand that. They do a very good job at making you feel like it's your fault and not theirs. And finally, I want to address the fact that when I get my clothes back from this dry cleaner, they stink. I know I'm not the only one to experience this. It got so bad that I had to switch dry cleaners. Obviously, I wasn't aware of all these things until I experience it myself. Overall, a terrible experience. They never have a legitimate manager available. And when you do ask for someone who has a brain on their head, you'll never find one. . I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS DRY CLEANER. AND I CANNOT STRESS THAT ENOUGH. IT'S UNFORTUNATE. BUT ALL I CAN DO IS GIVE YOU MY HONEST OPINION BASED ON FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE. And because dry cleaning is becoming obsolete. I just picked up a jacket ($25) and they DIDN'T EVEN CLEAN IT! I had to sponge off some spots at the cuff. I had a feeling something wasn't right when the cuff zippers were the same as when I took it in. One was partially closed and the other was open. Don't waste your $ on this rip off biz.

Was trying to find a dry cleaners and found one on River Road local to my house. Come to find out that is a sister location to this location on 11th, but bear with me! This review is about this location on 11th. So anyways I went to the one on River Road attempting to get some alterations and get a couple pieces cleaned. The lady informed me they don't have the lady that does the alterations at that location and I would have to go to the location on 11th. Which I was already slightly familiar with because I went in to get some prices on getting 2 pullover windbreakers dry cleaned and they wanted $25 a piece to dry clean 2 pull over windbreakers. Which I did not get done there. But I figured I would give them another chance and eventually made my way to this location on 11th. I dropped off 2 pieces of clothing to be dry cleaned assuming it couldn't be that much but was given a ticket for my items priced at $20. 1 dress shirt, 1 pair of dress pants it cost me $20 to get them dry cleaned. $18.98 to be exact! The alterations I ened up decided against right away because they wanted to charge me $30 just to put patches on a pair of jeans and $15 to put a piece of elastic around a top piece of material not even in the seam or anything just one single strip of elastic stitched on a piece of fabric. AND..... It was going to take 1 month to get them back... So needless to say I will continue to look to fine a better price place with a quicker turnaround.

I'm disabled so having an affordable laundry service is genuinely a life saver. They are also really kind and fit the pickup and drop off around my schedule and don't mind when I'm symptomatic and need to delay it occasionally. The clothes always smell amazing and it's even easy to put away because they sort by clothing type. I do the weekly subscription and it's definitely the best value and I basically never do laundry and just use Lucky Ducky Laundry for all my daily laundry.

This company is wonderful, they reached out to me when my babe was still too small and I hadn't started using the cloth system yet to check on us. They were very patient and understanding when it came to deciding when to start the service. They offered to change out sizes for me and brought a few of the next size available so I could see if they worked better. Prompt, weekly pick up and they provide you with a container. I've spoken with both the husband and wife and they are both so lovely. I definitely recommend this diaper service if you are thinking of using cloth diapers!!!

We had to go down to their shop and ask to pick up the diapers on my due date. Then, they said that they would be picking up the diapers the following Wednesday after the baby was born. I notified them when the baby was born. They assured us that the diapers would be picked up between 8-10am. They did not pick up the diapers until we texted them that we were dissatisfied. They also have not refunded the $70 deposit we paid. All-in-all we mind as well have just laundered our own diapers. Way easier than dealing with this service.
