This place is huge, has lots of machines and there's plenty of parking. Price point was pretty expensive. I used 2 big load machines while one cost me $17 and the other cost $9. Not sure what I did wrong there. Dryers are free though, unless you use the big one. I think it's 25 cents per 7mins for the big ones. This place provides detergent and a scented spray for your laundry free of charge. I used my own detergent and opted for the orange something spray on my comforter. Loved it! Would definitely use this place again. Felt safe and happy at this place. Loved all the foliage around the laundry mat too.

When I pointed out the machine's own diagram showing the drum filling halfway with water, he dismissed it by saying, "That's just a picture." He refused to assist or offer a solution, and sarcastically suggested that if I wanted my clothes back immediately, I would have to deal with the water on the floor myself.Paying a high price to get treated with such a bad attitude and leave with unwashed clothes is unacceptable. There is also often pet hair left inside the washers. Save your money and go somewhere else where they respect paying customers.

The first among them is the jazz music playing in the background, which must be part of the theme, considering all the William P. Gottlieb posters featuring artists from a time long past. Miles Davis, Billie Holiday, Charlie Parker - all of them framed on the walls alongside black & white photos of Manhattan during the Jazz Age. Panning around and taking your focus off the artwork and you'll notice some other pleasant details. Aged tile flooring with worn character, multiple sitting areas accompanied by wooden stools, and of course the ever present change and detergent dispensers. The machines themselves are varied in size and styles. Front load, top load, tiny'ish, and gargantuan - for when those nasty comforters need to be cleaned (hopefully more then once every six months people!). This 'mat is also surrounded by a few convenient businesses to make your wait time more enjoyable. Albee's NY gyros is adjacent (and is amazing), as is a little grocery store, and even a liquor store! Not that I condone drinking while doing laundry, from my experience it almost always guarantees that I'll slack on my folding. Other notable mentions are a 24 hour surveillance system (because safety first!), a cute outside smoking area surrounded by bamboo plants, and a plethora of old reading materials. Honestly, this little shop instantly made it to my short list in regards to laundromats. Clean, quaint, and full of character, I would absolutely recommend checking it out and honoring it with your patronage. 4/5 stars.

Someone yells,"someone will be right with you," yet no one is ever RIGHT with me. They are slow. Making me the customer, feel unimportant. Next, I've never experienced a dry cleaner who has such a hard time keeping my laundry together. They've lost numerous items of mine. It got so bad they had replace a few items. When this happens they acted like it was my fault. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. In reality, I am not seeking them to replace the items, I want MY items back. They just don't seem to understand that. They do a very good job at making you feel like it's your fault and not theirs. And finally, I want to address the fact that when I get my clothes back from this dry cleaner, they stink. I know I'm not the only one to experience this. It got so bad that I had to switch dry cleaners. Obviously, I wasn't aware of all these things until I experience it myself. Overall, a terrible experience. They never have a legitimate manager available. And when you do ask for someone who has a brain on their head, you'll never find one. .
