HORRIBLE! Won't ever go back. Took a BRAND NEW never-worn suit jacket to be pressed and cleaned for a wedding. Picked up and it had a tag saying "spots and stains cannot be removed" -- WTH!!! There were now two grease-mark stains on a BRAND NEW never-worn jacket! Of course I can't "prove" they weren't there -- because I don't take photos of *brand new* pieces of clothing when taking to the cleaners. Is obvious they're not owning up to the grease stains (how would *I* possibly get black grease on a new jacket?) and covering their a** with their "we payed special attention" tag. Guess it's a live-and-learn lesson for me, but warning you -- DO NOT USE! read more

I took 2 decorative pillow covers and 2 armchair covers in to be dry cleaned. I picked them up on hangers and in plastic, arrived home opening up the plastic noticed there was no familiar smell from dry cleaning. Suspicious about their service looked over the pillow covers and found they had not been cleaned!! I paid $40.00 for these pieces to be DRY CLEANED! I brought them back to the cleaners, talked with a female this time and she assured me if I left them again they would be cleaned.... Picked them up once again and noticed they still had not been cleaned! Unless you can afford to throw your money away continue to use them. They are deceitful and will lie to your face. I took in my USMC duster jacket aka trenchcoat. It looked pretty dirty. However, it needed to be dry cleaned. I have not used a dry cleaner before. I was impressed it came out looking new! The quality of their service was great. They did not charge me the quoted price, but they did charge me less! read more

I brought in three blankets that had a lot of fur on them so I was hoping to just get them washed (my dryer can't fit even one of the three I brought) and de-linted. I got them back a day late (no big deal they're really big and had lots of hair so to be honest the timeliness was pretty great) and my purple blanket (as depicted) had all sorts of burn marks, singed fibers, and rough patches alllll over the front and back. Even so bad in some places that you could see under the fibers and see the blackened material. I'm honestly really really upset because the other two blankets were relatively fine and they didn't even bother to tell me or warn me or offer a discount for my ruined blanket. And honestly if it was just any old blanket whatever. But I got this blanket while I was stationed in Korea and it has a lot of sentimental value coz I can't just up and get a new one. So like I said I'm upset and honestly pretty angry. read more

We have been using Hi Tech for awhile now and are always satisfied with the end result. They've been able to squeeze in our cleanings before last minute trips, they opened up early to help my husband out in a pinch, and today while grabbing our laundry they even brought it out to my car since I had my son in his car seat with me. I have been coming here for 4 years, and finally had to quit today. The people are nice, but the laundering and pressing process is destroying my shirts: most noticeably, almost 3/4 of the buttons on the sleeves of my dress shirts (all Nordstrom) have been broken or have completely disappeared, progressively, between drop-off and pickup. I now am paying some to replace 18 buttons. This never has happened at other cleaners. read more

***Please look at the reviews at the bottom that are not currently recommended by Yelp! I wish we would have seen those beforehand*** My husband and I took his new suit in for a cleaning. He's only worn it a few times but it had a spot on the shoulder. We picked it up and when he went to put it on we noticed there were holes in the suit. Holes where the spot was in the shoulder, and on the bottom left side of the jacket. Then we noticed strange marks on the pants, stains on one of the legs. So we call and let them know (on a Tuesday) that we are going to come in on Saturday with the suit to talk to them about it. We went in on Saturday and the employee told us that the owner, Jayson Yi, had left a note to tell us that it's probably moth holes we didn't notice before we brought it in. So he knew we were coming on Saturday but didn't bother to call us with this moth theory, instead he let us drive 25 minutes to get there and let his employee handle it (whose only there one day a week and had no idea about the situation). He also didn't bother to even look at the suit before he dismissed us. As the owner of a company I would think he would speak with us personally and at least look at the suit. I would like to tell him this suit is new, it's in a garment bag when placed in the closet, and no we do not have moths (which wouldn't even explain the stain on the pants). He needs to accept responsibility for ruining an expensive suit and speak to us about what can be done to remedy this situation. There are three reviews for this business, but only one review is "recommended" by Yelp: that is the one positive to review. The other two far more realistic reviews are hidden. This is obviously misleading and encourages people to patronize a business that offers poor services. I give Yelp a 1-star 'Eek' review for that. Now, here's my experience. I brought in a brand new, black cotton blazer. I had sweated through the armpits during a meeting and there were light salt rings (not deodorant) in the pits. I asked them to pay special attention to the pits. I picked up the jacket and it wasn't clean. It was pressed nicely, but the rings were still plainly visible. I pointed this out and the girl at the counter copped a little attitude. She said the cleaning process doesn't remove sweat--but that they could deodorize the arm pits. I said that the odor wasn't an issue--the jacket didn't smell--but the light salt ring needed to be cleaned out properly. She offered again to deodorize the arm pits, the whole acting as though I were some kind of annoyance to her. Finally she said they would run the jacket through a second time free of charge to see if the light stains would lift. I agreed. When I picked up the jacket four days later I was astounded--it looked like it had been left in the road for a week and run over by a dump truck. The lapels were worn at the tips, the jacket itself rumpled, and the interior was no longer pressed, but had been somehow steamed or...something! so that it was hanging loose from the garment as though the cotton exterior had shrunk (which it hadn't). The lining is acetate, so I can't comprehend how anyone managed to make such a mess of it. But the capper was the large, blue stain under one armpit. Not both armpits, just the right one. Someone had taken about a 1/3 cup of industrial deodorizer and POURED IT OVER THE ARMPIT!!! Are you KIDDING ME?? The jacket smelled so bad I had to put it in the garage to air out for a week while I figured out what to do. I ended up taking it to another cleaner who was able to remove about 80% of the stain--it's still partly visible. The lining is properly pressed and the exterior of the jacket looks decent. But I'll tell you--this was a $70 tailored garment and after the second round at HiTech Green Cleaners, it looked like I'd worn it five years working in a field. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER trust your clothes with this cleaner. read more

After reading Yelp reviews retroactively after already dropping off two jackets to be cleaned, I was concerned. Thankfully there was nothing to be concerned about. Hi-Tech Green cleaned two expensive jackets for me, Patagonia & J. Crew. The materials came back looking as fresh as new and they even managed to get a 4 year old stain out. It was quick turn around and reasonable prices! My total was $20.50. Even though I have rare needs for dry cleaning, I would go here again. read more

I dropped off a child's suit and shirt to be cleaned & pressed. I asked for a quote from the girl because the last time I came they quoted me one price and charged me a higher one when I got there. So, when I came back this second time they charged me a higher price than I was quoted again! Their explanation was that it was a child's shirt that wouldn't fit on their steaming machine and it needed to be hand pressed which cost more. Fine, but they knew that when I dropped it off and it should have been mentioned then or at lease quoted as a possible higher charge knowing it was a child's suit and shirt that I was dropping off. They refused to acknowledge that they misquoted me. I like the fact that their "green", but their customer service could use some work. read more
