I used this laundromat while staying in an AirBnB in the area this past spring for 6 weeks. For a laundromat the vibes are so chill and it's so cute and aesthetic inside! I loved the upper sitting area, it was perfect for being able to watch your clothes from above. The staff is super nice. I never thought I'd ever in my life say that I'd miss going to the laundromat, but I really do miss my once weekly trip here! Don't bring your own detergent or softener, you won't be able to use it. They supply the detergent for the washer and wool balls for the dryer and it's really all you need. They also offer essential oil sprays if you want you want that softener/dryer sheet smell to linger on your clothes. Their machines are so fast and the detergent they use does the job. I'm someone who is very picky about laundry detergents/products so I was nervous at first but after my first trip I stopped worrying. I love this place! It might be on the higher end as far as prices go but this place is so clean and comfy to wait around at that it's worth maybe the extra $1 per load compared to other places. If it's your first time make sure you find one of the employees so they can orient you to their machines and services! read more

What a great laundromat! My ex's family owned several laundromats, so I know a bit about how good (or bad) they can be. This one is by far the best I've ever seen! They're clean, ALL machines were in working order, the attendant was super friendly and quick to help or answer questions. I love that it's an eco-friendly establishment, AND they provide the detergent for no extra charge! You just have to ask the attendant and they'll put in the detergent for you. That was an adjustment for me bc I'd intended to not interact with people, but it was totally fine! I love this laundromat. Cannot recommend enough! read more

Did I just go into a coffee shop or a laundromat?? WOW. Seriously you guys, I'm not gonna lie. My hometown's laundromats are nasty so I have always had a bad taste in my mouth about laundromats. But when I saw this one I was like "alright let's give this a shot." We have a washer and dryer but needed bigger ones for our huge comforters! I stepped in and this place feels like what the name says...CLEAN. I hardly got 10 steps in and the worker there greeted me and asked if I had been there before and then proceeded to walk me through everything, even paid for my first dry! They have a rewards card where if you put $20 on it you get $2 back so I did that so I could get a little extra money for next time I come! The washer took 23 minutes and the dryer around 32...and while we were waiting...there was an elevated coffee shop vibes place upstairs for my husband and I to sit and chat!! They even had dryer balls you could check out to use AND they provide the washing detergent for you. Seriously was blown away by this place! Holy shit! This place is amazing. I travel about and have considerable laundromat experience, and this one is in a category all by itself. But, just look at the reviews. How many other laundromats do you see that have over 60 reviews? I do not know what term they use to identify the job for the super nice lady who was pretty much acting like a hostess or a concierge, but she was fantastic and super helpful and explained everything to me. I walked in the door and went straight to her and told her it was my first time and she explained it all, and her demeanor was fantastic throughout the original and all subsequent conversations. This was on a Saturday, a little after noon, today actually, and it was really just a very positive fantastic experience....going to a laundromat! Highly recommend, and if it is your first trip there then do ask for help. read more

Okay, I'm someone who dreads laundromats and I love Clean so much I won't put off this chore! First off, they are sustainability minded so they provide clean label HE detergent and dryer balls. Love that. Also, their tubs are huge! What would have been 5 loads and a bedding load at a friends house fit in two large tubs and saved me a lot of dough. The attendant is kind and helpful and since it was my first time the dryers were on them... such a sweet gesture. Oh! There's also a mezzanine above the tubs with free with-fi and little cafe tables where you can relax while your laundry does it's thing. Lots of places to walk for food while you wait also, a couple blocks from Taco Bell and across the street from Thai and Indian food. Bottom line, this is my new laundromat. Even if I had a full sized washer/dryer I would bring my larger bedding here. Laundry may be my new favorite chore! read more

The most amazing laundromat!!! Wowza. I've been going to a laundromat near my apartment but after many visits and unpleasant experiences I decided to find a laundromat that I liked. First thing as I walked in, I was greeted. Phenomenal! The worker walked us through the machines, gave us some background, and let us know that they provide detergent/stain remover anything you could need since the machines are sensitive to certain laundry products. What I love is that the machines go through a 1 minute sanitize process before you put your clothes in. They're medical grade, and are HUGE! We used the 8 load machine (10$-14$) and it still had room. This place is amazing. Definitely will be coming back, the loyalty card is a great plus as well. read more

I had to get a couple loads done while my septic system was down. My usual go to laundromat was closed so I tried this one. First off I walk in there and all I have is a $20 bill so I go to their change machine and feed it in there. As my change is dumping out into the bin, this employee walks up to me and says, "Are you gonna be using that money here?" Taken aback, I reply "What else would I be in here for?" Bizarre. And while I'm digging the handfuls of change out he starts going into this lengthy spiel about how he has to show me how to wash clothes at their "oh so special and exclusive" laundromat. I look at him dumbfounded like what the heck are you talking about?! So, apparently, they don't want anybody doing anything on their own there, and they don't want you to walk out of there without spending a mint. I had two lousy loads of clothes and it cost me $14 just for 2 wash cycles with warm water!! FOURTEEN FREAKING DOLLARS!! I'd have saved a $1 if I would have washed in cold water, though... They really want to keep that electric bill down so they gouge for warm or hot water. Oh and if that wasn't bad enough, I couldn't use my own detergent or fabric softener. Oh, no! There you have to use their supplies, but they reassure you how great that is because it's "free"- they "provide" it... it's PROVIDED. In a nutshell, they try to sell the business as this gleaming, environmentally friendly, ever-so-sustainable laundry temple... so NATURALLY you should be pleased to pay through the nose to wash your clothes there... after all, they're SO awesome and they're going to save the planet just for YOU. Oooh, Thanks! Whatever, guys. Your earth saving detergent and short, expensive wash cycle didn't even get my clothes clean. They still STUNK. So, in a nutshell: Don't waste your money, or be duped into thinking this place worth your hard earned cash. Get right back in your car and go somewhere else in town to do your clothes. West 11th laundromat in Eugene is great, the owners are on site, and their machines clean and dry all your clothes just fine... and bonus! you don't have to take an equity loan out to pay for it, either. read more

First time there I went to use the extra large washer for a giant very dirty very wet yucky Papasan chair pad. It fit no problem with lots of room! I used 7th generation laundry detergent and 1 cup of vinegar it came out so so so clean! I also threw in a moldy dirty stinky jacket and both were spotless and smelled fresh! It was very clean, mixed bunch of folks, everyone was nice and chill. Too bad they don't have a coffee bar inside!! Attended was very sweet and attentive! I'm from out of town (travelling/camping) and I couldn't speak enough praise about this place. Reasonable prices, thoughtful staff who walk you through their whole process in-person, sanitize each washer between each use (COVID-safe!,) provide complimentary soap + dryer balls (as well as advice about temperature settings,) and they only take about an hour TOTAL to finish an entire week's load of laundry for 2 people because of their hospital-tier laundry washer/dryer equipment. Also, if you're a new customer, your first dryer load is free. That's worth a million bucks, metaphorically speaking. It shows that they care about gaining and retaining customers. It's also well-located; there's a beautiful park ~4 blocks away where musicians practice, fighters practice kendo, and children can play on a large playground complete with a merry-go-round. What a lovely place to take a load off and rest in the grassy fields while you wait for your laundry to finish. Within a block, there are excellent restaurants, too-- I can't imagine a better laundry experience! Thanks for everything, guys! read more

This place was amazing for three whole years up until they hired this short girl who gives all the women attitude but the men shes all smiles She makes it hard to ask for anything She gives constant attitude and always is trying to argue about what i need or want Shes always being snide and im sick to death of dealing with her!!!!!! I got to the Laundromat at 9pm, which is one hour from closing. Plenty of time to wash my clothes The girl working there immediately was rude to me because of my arriving at 9. I told her I could be done by 10 when they closed. She then took forever to add soap to my clothes and rolled her eyes more tomes then i could count. Then because she wanted to leave early the dryers weren't working because she had cleaned them. So I had to keep transferring to different dryers. Because of this I was in a hurry to finish before ten and accidentally grabbed a load of clothes that weren't mine. I told her she could look through all my clothes, I apologized. I told her I was a mess because my dog was hit by a car and killed and I was doing laundry while my boyfriend buried her. I couldn't be there while he did it. She called me a liar, a crackhead and said I was trash. I'm so offended. What is someone like that working around people if they are so rude. I'm literally in tears. Last week I couldn't get quarters at my bank, instead they offered me a little pice if paper with the address and phone numbers of laundromats that take cards as well as coins. This was the closest. Super clean, and friendly professional staff. It's not your typical laundromat. They provide the detergent. They also have a strict no mask, no entry policy. Excellent! They clean the machines after each use. All this and they aren't expensive to use the machines at all!! It's a really nice place. Also, don't expect to use the the dryers without washing them in their machines. I'm glad cause I don't want my clothes in a dryer just used to dry clothing with who knows what on/in them(oil, fuel, paint, dyes etc...). Went a second time, today. One person was flouting the mask rule (but keeping their distance from others). That wasn't cool. Nobody wants to make a scene (or at least I think so) so when they left I was relieved. The staff may not have noticed them as it's a little busier today; but the staff is actively checking for masks as you walk in and I saw one person turned away already. Keep up the good work. I have used this place multiple times and each experience is a let down. The prices for machines are way above average price and the "clean" you get for your clothes is very mediocre. The free soap they offer leaves your clothes in a more stripped state and have no odor which is great for people with sensitivities. However my clothes never feels washed it feels rinsed. They do have a sanitary setting for between washes but more places are implementing these machines for cheaper. Without offering dry cleaning or any extra perks I can't justify this place being worth it. It's definitely a great place to chill inside while you do your laundry but the parking lot outside is sketchy and filled with trash. If you can go elsewhere for a more clean feeling. read more

This place is what laundromat of your dreams look like . Yes it more pricy then older laundromats but it's also VERY clean . And Eco Friendly. Machines new and all working. It's taking half time then usual. So cheapest mashines is 4:25$ and next one up is 6:25, and the biggest is 8:25$ so you can do one hudge load and be done . Dryer is a dollar for 24 minutes and most you will not need to add more money . So I can say yes go! Yes support locals and yes go green and eco friendly! What I would add - some Conner with fresh Juice or some natural refreshments as well. read more

Hard for me to believe I'm taking time to leave a review for a fucking laundromat, but that how impressed I was with this place. The laundromat was staffed with a super helpful attendant who helps in anything you might need, from loading money into a card to operating the machines. The place is, foremost, clean and maintained. The machines are modern and accept coins, or you can load credits onto a card with a credit card. They include free soap in the price of the wash. They have a loft to sit in while you wait. The first time I washed here I was super happy. The cost to wash a regular load was reasonable and for first-timers, the dry was FREE. Soap is always free there but they were skimping on the soap because you need a little more for more soiled washes. The second time I went I brought more to wash so I used the big load washer. I was very disappointed that not only do they charge you quite a lot more if you use warm or hot water but my card was charged more for these washes than what was displayed when I made my selection for hot/warm water. No only that but the dryers charged my multiple times for 28 minutes of drying time but only gave me 7 minutes. I was there forever trying to get my clothes dry. It was nice to have an attendant keeping everything sanitized but that should come with any laundromat. Unless you're doing small loads with cold water only it's not worth it. Clean Eugene was overpriced. I will never go there again!!! read more

This is the boujee-est laundromat I've ever been to, the kind of place I'd wash my delicates and my hefty comforters late at night-- alone (me, a small female). Sustainably functioning with options of using their own soap if you don't have any of the ones listed below. There are also scented or non scented wool balls to check out of free. If it's your first time, a nice human worker will walk you through it all, and you get a free dry for your first time in. For my fluffy queen sized comforter, it did cost me over $14 to use the big washer (card accepted at each machine), I probably could've fit it in a slightly smaller one for maybe half that price. Sustainable, but maybe not so sustainable for my wallet. There's a cool loft seating area that overlooks the inside as well with cold metal seats. read more

Without fail, every time I pop in, there's one or two of these seriously creepy guys freaking staring at me in the most disgusting way, always old and giving creepy smirks.
