I have tried this spot a few times .. I do love the way my nails come out and they do a pretty decent job .. the price is great for a mani/gel/pedi $36 .. buttttt they do not have a variety of gel colors to chose from .. also if you come in and had your gel nails from another salon they will charge you additional $3 for take off . It is a small shop but soemthing I do notice they kind of forget who they give appointments to.. Update: I made called around 920 and made an appointment to come in 15 min later , I walk in and tell them I'm here for my appointment . They said I would have to wait bc everyone had someone and 2 ppl waiting . If I walked in I totally get I would have to wait , BUT don't accept appointments if you can not accommodate to the person at the time. I cancelled my appointment and walked out and most likely will not come back .. If you make appointments beware most likely you will have to wait 40+ min before anyone can attend to you read more

I've been coming to this nail salon for a little less than a year and I have no complaints. Pam always takes care of her customers and their nails. Pam always does my acrylic nails & always blown away. Whenever I come in for a full set, I never have to tell her how long or narrow I want my nails. She already knows. My pedicure varies between the girls but you can't go wrong with any of them. They all take care of me and my toes. And I love the feeling of a fresh brow wax. Pam or Mimi do the waxing. I am very picky about who waxes them but they both take care of my brows. And after every wax I don't find myself going home and plucking some strands out. Definitely recommend. read more

The woman who did my nails-I think she might have been the owner- was so nice in explaining things and giving me what I wanted. She was attentive and double checked her work. And I love my nails I think they look so pretty. super reasonable prices for this work! Very disappointed. Walmart Rosemead does better pedicures. Reasons, first does not use soap to wash feet, 2nd no scrub on legs or hot towels and the worse is usage of a sample size lotion to massage legs. I spit on my hand and get more than what she squirted out on her hand to massage me. It was not even a massage it was just the little sparingly lotion put on my legs. Never go there again. Great pricing, but you get what you pay for. I got a full set with gel for $25. Within two days my nails were already popping off and breaking.... and after a week's time they all had come off. besides the quality of the nails, the place is unsanitary. The owner picked up my hand and placed it on a dirty towel that had someone else's finger nail clippings on it...She also used dirty nail clippers and a used nail file. the chairs and the walls behind the chairs are covered in dust and need a good cleaning. The owner did make my experience a little better by humming a little toon with her angelic voice, very soothing a peaceful. read more

Im warning you... do not go to this place! Ive been going here since october, my last visit was two weeks ago. I would always come here to get a fill and I never had a problem until 2 days ago, i noticed that my thumb nail has developed fungus! This disgusts me and im so disappointed because i was a loyal customer. They ruined my natural nail. Went in a couple of times....good job done. The bad part is Pam being so rude and had the nerve to scold me for no real reason....I figured ok maybe She's having a bad day. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. At my third visit She had a bad attitude....I asked her to put on decals and I was explaining what the directions said. Cut me off and said I know my job and you don't need to tell. Well She put them on and made a mess of of it and didn't give a damn. She acted like she was doing me a favor. Pam, I hope you read this. This place isn very clean. The lady that did my toes used a previosly used foot scrub to scrub my feet and toes. You could tell because of the wear and tare before she used it on my feet. Infact she had just finish helping another client and I didn't see her sterilize anything come to think of it =-O I should of left then and there after seeing that but I didn't think about the non sterilization at that moment and do to my shy demeanor I didnt mention the scrub just let them proceed...my fault really. All I know is that my big toe has been throbbing and has a yellowish hue to it now it's been a week and my discomfort level is reasonbly high. So definitely will not be returning and would not recommend this place to people I am fond of. On an other note they do get really detailed on your feet they get under the nail and clean everything. if the lady that did my pedicure sterilize her instruments I would have appreciated it and been more impressed. read more

So you all of a sudden got rudely mad and acted a fool ! SO stop make up RUMORS that aren't true because everyone there was extremely respectful and wonderful to all their customers. Sadly it is no longer the case, I had a gel manicure that came off in two days, when I called and asked to speak to Pam hoping she would make things better, she was upset and said they don't guarantee their work to last. I have also been an regular for facial with Pam, this last session she was not in a happy mood she rushed through the facial and the last 15 minutes of it she spend talking on her cell phone while she rubbed my face with one hand....bad bad bad, shame on you Pam!!! read more

In January I went to cali and my aunt took my mom and I here to do our nails. I was extremely impressed with the prices, but more than that the quality of the service! I have never had my acrylic nails been done as nice as Pam did them. She is truly an expert and I suggest asking for her. My search is over! I finally found my new nail shop. Where do I even begin with how amazing this place is. Pam, the owner is so sweet! I was quickly taken to a seat when I arrived & when I said I wanted a gel manicure she quickly gave an abundance of gel colors to chose from! :D at least 50! So many sparkly ones too! This was the first time I have been ever told to "take my time, no hurry". When picking out my color., I usually nail ladies hovering over me waiting to make a decision. Oddly enough I was looking for a specific color for Halloween so I didn't take long & of course they had exactly what I was looking for! Their gel manicures are awesome! Rub ur nails w/ a lemon, hot towel, nice massage.. The works! :) and for $20! That is a steal! Overall the manicure was a great experience! She took her time & made sure I was comfortable. She even changed the channel on the tv to an English Channel so I could understand. It's the professionalism & kind personalities that really make this place shine! Very hard to find in most nail salons, especially in montebello. I will definitely be coming back! PS- I know this is very stereotypical but this is the first salon I don't feel like the women are talking crap about their customers. They are all focused on their work! Pam does a great pedicure! I saw my podiatrist recently, and he commented on the excellent work done on my big toe that has ingrown nail problem. Pam is patient and thorough, and the only one that I will allow to do my pedicures. I have been to many spas and salons, and she is the best. Pam is amazing here! I trust my nails with her 100%! I usually go to her to get my acrylics done. She is amazing at transforming my short bitten nails to long nails that nobody could believe they are fake nails! She is so gentle with nails which is rare to find. After I get my acrylics removed, I still feel my own nails as healthy and durable on their own. I hate it when other places file down nails to be so thin. read more
