My first experience had a couple hiccups and the owner personally called me after reading my original review (which I have taken down) to apologize and offered to fix my nails free of charge. I was sick and then my mother passed away so it took me some time to get back to him but he was so unbelievably nice and accommodating (I called him while he was at their airport and he called the salon even though he was busy). They got me right in and did a phenomenal job on both my full set french acrylics and by far the best pedicure I've had in years. To ensure you are able to get in I recommend calling when they open to make an appointment bc they are a popular salon and sometimes have to turn away walk-ins (which is nice bc most places overbook and that doesn't happen here). I highly recommend this place for any of your nail/pedicure needs! read more

Lead staff, a guy, was so rude to me. All I asked is if digital tips go to the employer (since I didn't have enough cash on me). I've gone to different places where they split between everyone. That's why I was asking. He responded rudely and I asked why he was rude to me. told me my tone was rude. I was sick! I had a mask on and everything. I told him if my tone sounded like that it was because I was sick. Still went on to be rude and tell me he wouldn't steal from them (he probably didn't want to admit he was in the wrong). I never said he did! Just wanted all my tip to go towards Paul who did my nails. Besides that rude entitled guy. Mia and Paul are the sweetest! read more

Best nails i have ever gotten! Definitely go try it out there very nice and have great customer service!

I tried to find this salon on here when I first visited but it was so new that it wasn't on yelp till now. Anyways, I visited here about 2 months or so ago after they first opened. I was so excited to find a nail place super close by. I liked the decor and modernness of the salon. However, the lady who did my nails was rude and my nails didn't even turn out that good. I ended up having to go to my usual place after spending money here. I was also very patient but I do not like when you get up a million x while doing my nails. Also, she tried using an old tool on me that I seen was not sanitized so I spoke up and I guess I'm the bad one for not wanting a fungus?! Yeah, I will never come back here again! What a shame cuz I was hoping to love this place but awful first impression! read more

I will never go to another salon! They have AMAZING customer service and their work is even better. Beyond clean and well kept. I come here every week and a half, I have never had bad service and everytime I ask for something specific, I'm never let down. Love everything about this place! read more

Mai was wonderful and fun. She did a great job and we had some fun conversation. I'll be back.

I've been here a few times now and I have to say that I really enjoy the place. Clean, always very welcoming, great service (I've gotten pedi's and dip mani), and just very nice staff. I know the place is new, but I highly recommend checking this place out. read more

Great nail salon and I am surprised by the negative reviews. My first impression was it's spotless-literally you could eat off the floor. The decor is very nice and upscale. I started with the deluxe pedicure for $35 (basic is $25). The chairs they have you sit in is very comfortable and you get the massage pad on your back. I was given a bottle water and the pedicure began. It was wonderful-sugar scrub and hot stone massage. I was very relaxed. My toes looked great. I also had a regular manicure (no gel) and it was very good too. My nail tech Karen was very friendly and attentive and we had a nice conversation. My feet were in rough shape and now they are as smooth as a baby's bottom. Honestly, this was a great mani/pedi. I will definitely be back! read more

Wow, what an amazing place!! My husband decided to take me here for pedicures for the both of us for my birthday. As soon as you walk in you see how beautiful, modern and clean this shop is. The service was fantastic and my toes look beautiful. I can't wait to come back and get my nails done. read more

Love the atmosphere and everyone is super nice. They take really good care of my nails.

I come here on the regular ! Elle is my fav and I only allow her to touch my digits. She's amazing at shape and picking natural colors to skin tones! She is also the queen of ombré! I always look forward to coming Elle and Kevin always make me feel so welcome! Highly recommend! read more

I took my mom in for her birthday pedi and she was left with what looked like burns on her feet, they didn't know how to do a simple flower on her toe. The nail tech left her with black all over her French tipped toe nail, I had to try and fix it myself. And I have an infected toe nail due to the tech pulling healthy tissue out. I am above upset and very disappointed. The "manager" didn't seem to care about the cuts on my mom's toes and dismissed the whole thing. I ended up paying the entire bill. I will NEVER go there again! By far the worst experience we have ever had!! read more

I was happy to see a decent salon open close to home. The owners are nice enough but it's always rushed and they are always trying to do your nails while you are getting a pedicure. I don't know about you but I don't want tools laying all over my lap or on the seat of another chain while I am trying to relax getting a pedicure. Here's the issue. I had acrylic on my nails and o ne of my nails grew fungus underneath bkz he did not "seal" the sides during a fill. It was bad so the acrylic had to be removed from all my nails. He PEELED it off with a nail tip and it was like pure torture. He scarred my nails. My nail beds were bleeding and then he too the drummel tool and was trying to file the last layer of any nail I had off bkz they were so damaged. It was a horror show. The pictures speak for themselves. My fingers were so sore I could barely wash my hands. This is after two weeks and me babying my nails. It will be months before I can do anything with these hands. I'm a professional woman. These are embarrassing. They said "you leave them alone for now" - REALLY???? And then they charged me ... oh and the pedicure the girl Jessica didn't even file one foot. I can't. read more

After going to the same salon to get my nails done for several years, I happened to see this new place closer to my home. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The owners are very personable and know me by name when I walk in. Elle is the best at full set ombré. I have had a few different people do my pedicures, and they've always done a great job. I highly recommend this salon if you want high quality services in a comfortable, relaxing setting. read more

I was so excited for this new nail salon to open!! I've been a handful of times now and I'm greeted quickly and it's a nice clean space! However, when it's come to actually getting my nails done the nail techs that I have had have made me feel like there's a million other things they'd rather be doing. My last visit was a gel manicure and the whole thing start to finish was over in 15-20 minutes, which is fine but when I left I had junk underneath my nails still and it hasn't even been a full week and it's already chipping all over the place! It's up in the air for me right now whether or now I'll be going back, I want to have a pleasant experience here! I want to like it but I'm having a hard time justifying going back when I've left feeling like a burden instead of refreshed! read more

The place is absolutely stunning. Clean and professional all around. Elle did my nails and Linda did my toes. I will be returning every 2 weeks read more

Awesome place! Great service, and beautiful inside. Ellie is the best. Owners are wonderful :)

Giving them a 2 star review since they were one of the few salons that opened and were able to get me in and gave me great service. However that is the extent, my nails were bumpy and not filled correctly and only lasted a week before bending, breaking and popping off. A waste of a $60 full set.... read more

I went when they first opened on a Friday. It wasn't busy. Mai did an amazing job. The place is VERY clean. I saw sanitize solution and the tools she used on my nails came out of a blue packaging... they looked clean and brand new. I am very happy with my gel manicure, but more importantly how clean the store/ tools they used were. I will be coming back when I am in the area. read more

It was my first and last time here . I walk in for a full set I told them what I wanted and even showed them a picture . I ask if they can do it and they said yes . So as I sat down I showed the tech what I wanted to get done . ( a simple short squared nail with a white color and baby feet as a nail design one blue one pink ) . Mind you this was for my gender reveal party . Long story short my nail tech Tony was rushing through the whole process , cut my cuticles with his drill several times & then he kept grabbing and tossing my hand . He saw the salon getting full and he forgot about my design. This other person there after I asked " excuse me who is going to do my design ? " I was very upset that three people told me to come back on Thursday or Friday to do my nail design ! They told me about ten times at this point I was already frustrated with a bleeding nail , not the correct nails I wanted and on top of everything else they were all rude . NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN THAT PLACE WAS A JOKE ! read more

Elle did a great job on my acrylics nails and a wonderful pedicure. I had not had a pedicure for quite a while and she worked so hard and did such a thorough job on my feet they have never been this soft. Quick, friendly service. read more

WORST experience I have ever had. The lady did not listen to my original request of making the nails thin and mat, they are very thick and originally did them shiny. She did end up making them mat but shape was horrible. Went back the next day and asked to get a whole new set and she gave me the hardest time about getting them redone. Embarrassing me in front of all the other clients. Very unprofessional and DOES NOT CARE about making the customer happy. Will not be returning. read more

I was very excited for this nail place to open and I definitely WASN'T disappointed! They do amazing work. The inside is set up beautiful and it is a pleasant atmosphere. Everyone in there is very nice! I love going here and will continue to go in there for my nails! I can't wait til my daughter is old enough to go and get her nails painted with me! read more

Pedicure was rushed through. Nail tech was argumentative and curt. Won't be going back. At $25 I didn't receive the 20% discount and I also had to pay a 2% credit card fee. Not worth it! Won't be going back. read more

Worst customer service from the owner, this lady is so RUDE plus I paid extra for coffin shape and get square shape. Never going back. I'm so disappointed. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my enemies read more

Walked in and ASKED FOR A SOAK OFF since 3 of my acrylics came off already. I was told it was $15 which I'm fine with. I sit down and a lady begins clipping my nails then pulls one off. I stop her and say I thought you were doing a soak off. (I wanted a soak off because I get acrylics a lot and it's not as much damage to the nail compared to pulling them off which I can do myself.) She says my acrylics are too thick but she can still do soak off. I say it's fine to just continue because she already took one off and she's already giving me attitude. Not surprised because it seems a lot of the workers here have a nasty attitude with customers. Anyways she continues to do my nails and says she'll only charge me $10. I say thank you and it sounds good since I didn't get to soak them off. I guess this comment pissed her off and she raises her voice at me and starts saying I asked if you wanted soak off , which why did you have to ask again if that's what I walked in asking for , and says this is why I charge you $10 and this and that. At this point I was ready to walk out because who do you think you are speaking to me like that. Why are you raising your voice at me as if I'm a child? I think they must've thought I was trying to be cheap or something but I wasn't upset about the price I was upset because I didn't get the service I asked for In the beginning. I pay over $100 for my nails at my original nail salon that's across town. I literally wanted a soak off and it resulted in me getting scolded at like a child. Very unprofessional and rude. The comment I made that mad her angry wasn't even said in a rude way so it was definitely unexpected when she started going off. I'll never come here again. I tried once before for a set and they did a horrible job as well and sat and spoke of customers which I don't care to hear about. Learn to be professional. read more

Elle and her husband are so nice. I needed a new nail tech and Elle was great. I will continue to be a customer and have referred friends !

New nail salon opened by my house. I now have a new salon!!! Mia was amazing. My pedicure was great. Thank you

Called ahead and made an appointment which was great even though they weren't busy I was glad they took my appointment instead of telling me to walk in. Place was clean and I always love a new chair at the nail salon. My sister had a great experience and I found myself wishing I had her nail tech instead of mine. I had a horrible experience, this was my last pedicure before I was due to give birth and I really wanted a good callous remover and a massage like any pregnant lady would. My nail tech could care less. She yawned the whole time, didn't put any effort into my pedicure at all. Rushed me through the whole thing and left me feeling like I should never return to that salon with a busted paint job and hard heels, feet still swollen and aching. Such a bummer since they're so close to my house. read more

Salon is extremely clean and professional. Elle is amazing and I am never disappointed with her work!

They did such a good job, and the entire staff is SO friendly!! Will definitely be back!!

I went to get a pedicure and "dip" nails. The salon is new and very convenient to my house. The pedicure was good, she did all the steps of a full pedicure and was nice. The woman who attempted to do the dip manicure did it while I was sitting in the pedicure chair. My nails were bare, no nail polish to clean off which is the only part of a dip manicure I have ever had done while sitting in the pedicure chair. There was only one woman at the nail bar, so no reason I could not have moved as in any other salon. She cut 5 of my fingers with the grinder prepping my nails. She did not file my nails smooth before applying the dip. She did not know how to properly buff and finish the nails. She was berated by the manager for taking too long when she applied a third coat to make the color darker as I asked. All 10 of my nails were glued to the tips of my fingers. I was horrified at the poor quality and the rush when literally there were only 2 other customers in the salon. I was so upset I went directly to another salon and paid to have the mess removed and a new manicure. They had to use the cuticle scissors to cut the glue off my fingers. Please do not go to this salon for a manicure, they have no sense of making you feel comfortable and the technicians are not trained properly. I did not tell them I was dissatisfied because I was truly horrified by the experience and had no desire for any of them to touch my hands. read more
