Sorry, but as nice as Carlos appears he does not stand behind his work nor does he require his technicians. They're just mailing it in over there. When asked to correct any problems he always says bring it in let me look, but never fixes the problems. It's a waste of time to go there. The car had so many problems from the way they took everything apart and put it back together to repaint. Moldings with broken tabs snapped off, they used tape to keep one in place vs replace. A dash component with tabs broken and now constantly rattles and squeaks. Weather seals on doors that no longer seal and whistle and sound like a window open. Weather and water seals within the door and sound dampening material they never replaced within the door which allow for road noise at levels that never existed before. Now the last straw, the paint job is starting to spot and fail and looks terrible. I mean maybe the guy hates my wife, but the woman baked the dude cookies, how could you not like her wtf! What a waste of a great car that could have been recovered from a side swipe but was left far worse than where it had been. I recommend staying away from this guy they simply don't care about quality anymore. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I am writing this on behalf of my mothers experience. She's not the type to leave a review, but I think people need to know what they're getting themselves into. My mom needed her car door fixed. She left with more issues than she came in with. Her car door now makes a sound every time you open the door, Her airbag light won't turn off, And her wipers wouldn't shut off! She came back several times to see if they could help get the light to shut off. We're they happy to help? No they were rude and brushed her off. Avoid this place at all cost. read more

I bought a six year old BMW 528 xi last year that looked like it was in perfect condition. However the trunk recently started looking cloudy and dull. On my mechanic's recommendation I had Carlos take a look at it. Lucky for me, Carlos used to do autobody and painting work for one of the local BMW dealerships and identified the problem as a repaint (probably due to a scratch) that used poor quality clear coat. Carlos' price came in lower than other local shops, and he was more service oriented: He offered to pick up the car, and to arrange a short term rental. In addition to the work in the trunk, he also buffed out some scratches on the rear bumper for no extra charge. So we have experience, service, and quality work. Highly recommended. read more

If you need any kind of body work done to your vehicle, this is the place to go! Carlos' shop was recommended to me by a local repair shop when they could not do the work that was needed. Carlos came highly recommended and boy, he did live up to that! I am blown away by the outstanding job he did. I bought a used truck from back east that had a lot of rust. Carlos was able to sand down all the body rust and re-paint and you would not even know it had ever been there to begin with, he is that good! I asked him to help me find and replace parts such as all 4 steel wheels, floor mats, and the bumper. He also helped me remove unwanted parts that I did not know how to remove myself. I was able to keep those parts and he suggested I sell them and get some money for them. Carlos has fantastic customer service and will find a way to get it done in a timely manner. Initially he told me it would take 7 working days to complete the job. When I told him I needed it done in 5, he got it done. Carlos offers free pickup and delivery, which was a lifesaver for me. Just because it says classic cars, doesn't mean you can't take your car to him. Communication was great; we spoke via phone, text, and email and Carlos was always quick to reply. I have used Classic Auto Body four times over the last several years. Carlos Vera and the crew there are miracle workers. They do an incredible job each and every time. I have had a Cadillac STS an Acura MDX and a GMC Sierra repaired there. In each case the vehicles had sustained severe body and/or frame damage. In one case the vehicle was towed to their shop directly from the scene of the accident but with the other two vehicles Carlos came to my home to pick up the vehicles. After they had completed the work they delivered the vehicles back to my home. It's hard to beat front door service like that! Carlos is a magician with the paint gun. He matches the paint so expertly that it is impossible to tell where they had performed the body work and then repainted the body. The repairs were completed quickly and so professionally that had you not known that they vehicles had been wrecked you would never know they had been into a repair shop. They also detailed the vehicles before returning them so that they were cleaner than when they were taken into their shop. Basically the vehicles looked like they just rolled off the showroom floor when I got them back. I have referred multiple friends and acquaintances to Classic Auto Body and Collision over the last several years and they have all been more than satisfied with the results they too got.
