Every person I dealt with, both in person and on the phone was extremely courteous and polite. I was updated throughout the entire process, although I will say, it was very fast! Faster than I expected for repairs. I had an excellent experience with Cecilia. She was extremely kind and personable. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. Hopefully I don't need any vehicle body repair work in the future, but if I do, this is where I will go.

Outstanding Service and Honest Pricing…read more My car needed repairs after rats chewed through some of the soy-based wire insulation (a common Toyota issue) and damaged an oxygen sensor. The dealership quoted me a little over $1,000 for the fix. I decided to file a claim with GEICO, and they recommended one of their approved mechanics, Caliber Collision, which was the closest to me. I'm so glad they did. Caliber's quote was less than half the dealership's price (and under deductible) and included OEM parts. The service was incredibly efficient. They inspected the car immediately, the parts arrived the very next morning, and the repair was completed promptly. Randy in the office provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He was fantastic from the start, explaining everything in detail, answering all my questions, and ensuring the entire process was seamless. Highly recommended!

We received regular updates along the way, and the repair was completed 2 days earlier than originally quoted. When we let them know we may not be able to make it out before the weekend to pick up the car, they even had someone deliver it! Service above and beyond all expectations! And my vehicle looks as good as the day I drove it off the lot!

I had an amazing experience at Fix Auto Lakeside. My truck was considered totaled by the insurance…read morecompany because of the high repair cost, even though most of the damage was cosmetic. I stopped by to see if there was anything they could do to make the dent look better. Eddie and the gentleman working in the back were both incredibly friendly, approachable, and helpful. They took a look at the damage, pulled my truck around back, and worked on it right then and there. They managed to improve the dent by about 50%, and they didn't charge me anything for their time or effort. I was honestly ecstatic. They treated me extremely well and helped me without making it into a big ordeal. I'm currently waiting on a quote to see if I'll have them do more work, but based on this experience, I would absolutely recommend Fix Auto Lakeside. Our first experience with Tori and Barney at Discount RV was in Fall 2024 when our RV was brought…read morein for a collision appraisal. Barney reviewed the damage and gave an honest assessment recommending not to repair the trailer because the damage was too severe. Hearing his reasoning, we were in full agreement. Given that experience, when looking to add an inverter, Barney was our go to guy. We had a 2000w inverter with 400w additional solar added for a fair price. The Barney touch was that the inverter prewiring by the trailer manufacture was very poorly done. Barney contacted the trailer mfg and the inverter mfg to understand the reasons that it was set up as it was. He reviewed his solution with them and corrected the wiring to reflect standard practices. This is above and beyond what I expected. Now everything works flawlessly and we are very happy with the job.

This place looks pretty sketchy when you pull up. It is located on the emu farm and is a make-shift tent-like thing where he puts your car and paints it or does whatever. I wanted to get a racing stripe on my car. It turned out OKAY, but it was obviously not professional. The clear coat is bumpy and now whenever I wash my car I scrub at spots that are underneath the paint and it frustrates me. He also did not tape perfectly, so there is overspray of the silver on other parts of my car (once again, not noticeable from far away, but if you look closely you can definitely tell it was not perfect). I was not happy with my experience, but 250 for a racing stripe was only a small fraction of what I would have paid elsewhere. Looking back, though, I would rather have NOT gotten the racing stripe than had someone do a half-ass job.
