My new truck did not come with a bedliner. I scheduled with CID and could not of been happier with the experience. Great service, great price, detailed discussion about how I wanted the bedliner installed, great communication when the truck was done and they offer so much more! We to get quoted on some liner for the truck bed, service is top-notch. They were very up-front with me, could have oversold me on 1 aspect but advised me that it was really necessary and he was correct. Fast, honest and fair, what more could you ask from a business? read more

I have been the victim of incompetent parts & personnel from "CID Rhino Linings", San Marcos, CA. CID Rhino Linings San Marcos, CA had my truck for 7-weeks and was unable to finish as their 3rd party shock supplier didn't order shocks. We ultimately pick up unfinished truck waiting for shocks. * I ultimately drove to Riverside myself and picked up shocks from ICON 6/13/2024. * Redelivered unfinished truck & shocks to CID Rhino Linings San Marcos, CA 6/19/2024 (2-day Install) o Upon completion, truck rear end was WAY UP IN THE AIR apparently unable to be lowered due to installation of recommend Atlas 2" Heavy Duty Leaf Springs. 8/12/2024, after 3rd party review by SOCAL SUSPENSION, staff recommend I retrieve original factory leaf spring from CID Rhino Linings San Marcos, CA and have them reinstalled for $350 as ICON shocks are literally maxed out and provide no relief of ride, road bumps, etc. After doubling back to CID Rhino Linings San Marcos, CA today, I was informed by staff that all parts previously removed from my vehicle were sent to scrap 8/8/2024. At this time we are demanding the following: 1. Refund of $1,238.32 for Atlas 2" Heavy Duty Leaf Springs (Materials + Labor) 2. Purchase & Supply of OEM Leaf Springs & Shackles for 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali 3.0L 6 cyl. 3. Reimbursement of $350 for Leaf Spring Swap by SOCAL SUSPENSION. Went in last week to get a leveling kit installed on my truck and Nate did an amazing job. Not only that but then he noticed that my control arms needed replacing so I had a friend of mine check them out for a second opinion and sure enough they were bad. Went in an again today to get those replaced and it was the same great experience. I'd like to thank Nate for not only doing a killer job on my truck but for also being considerate and kind. I had a brain Injury and struggle with short term memory loss. Nate was really understanding of my disability and was patient with me through the whole process . I recommend this place for anybody who is looking for an honest shop that does outstanding work. read more

2021 RAM 1500 BIGHORN 5.7 HEMI V8. Had my front and rear bumper along with my rocker panels Rhino spray lined with Army Green. There were a couple of miscommunications/misunderstandings during the process but the wait was well worth it. Franky and Sam have been patient with me. The result was outstanding, I just need to wait 24 hours to see if the paint shade/shine will all even out. I intend to go back and get my grilled spray lined as well. This place is highly recommended! read more

The guys over at CID Rhino Lining's did an excellent job on my new Raptor, I originally only wanted to have them rhino line my wheel wells but they gave me a excellent price for under coating my vehicle with rhino lining so I had to get it done. The wheel wells and undercoating turned out excellent! It was a long project but they saw it through and very glad I had it done. I plan on bringing in my other truck for some suspension work and maybe some new tires. Unfortunately my truck came with a ford factory liner in it already and frankly wish it hadn't, so I could have these guys do it. I'm usually a factory guy and want everything to be from the factory, but factory bed liners are definitely not up to the quality I expect from Ford. Factory lining sucks. I gave these guys a five star review with great communication skills and fair price I would 100% recommend this shop anybody. read more

My experience with CID Rhino Linings and Truck was a total disaster. The staff were incredibly unprofessional and downright rude. I went to a few shops to see about getting my 2022 Jeep gladiator leveled ...I was very impressed that this company was responsive, quick, interested and also when I went to visit them I had some other things in mind I thought about doing to the truck, and they told me that I didn't need to do that just yet to wait, which I thought was very impressive as many companies will gladly take your money..so they did the level job quick as promised with friendly great service and super pricing ..I highly recommend these guys. read more

This place has been a somewhat ambivalent relationship with us. The manager, Nate, possesses excellent customer service skills, but its evident that he is not supported by management or the manufacturers he works with. All this is being voiced due to the service rendered to my failed AMP steps. It is now in the 8th month of not working, and we are assured that parts are being dispatched, only to be delayed for months. It's been explained to me that it's the manufacturer's responsibility to provide, leaving me with no clear steps for nearly half the time I used it. It seems to me that it's an excessive request for CID management to be involved in such a situation but are solely relying on my patience and understanding to patiently wait for parts to be replaced rather than having them fully replaced and CID work it out with AMP. I find myself quite disappointed by the fact that it's taken significantly longer than the initial estimate. read more

They did me a solid. Sam was very helpful. Had a special project that I needed Rhino lined. A hood scoop to be exact. An old hood scoop that needed to be sanded down and prepped before being sprayed. I happen to break down in front of their shop and went in to ask if out of the kindness of their heart could take a look at my car since I literally know NOTHING about cars. Nate and James helped me out and not only did they look at my car, went ahead and just dove head first into the problem, without any question helped me out and gave me so many options. They didn't cost me an arm and a leg, in fact we're able to get me the cheapest possible option for my very expensive situation. I was a basket case and they were nothing but kind, understanding, and so professional about the whole thing. Without any question, I would go back to them and I would recommend anyone to go to them for business, read more

Incompetent liars. These idiots Told me they could do a 4 wheel alignment on my recently heavily modified truck and get it done by 10am. (Appt was at store opening I had first appointment and truck didn't even enter bay until 8:30. Vincent tells me in person "oh it should be done by 12". Off to a great start already. After telling him to get it done when he said he said he would I get vincent to say he can get it done by 11. I leave get food and come back. Vincent meets me with pictures of issues I was already aware of (not a problem). One of the issues I had with the truck was a blown CV boot. There is a lot of guck under the truck because of it, even on the oil pan. Vincent then proceeds to tell me that they noticed guck on the oil pan of my truck and tightened the oil plug. This overtorqued it and stripped the threading. Vincent told me it was my fault for doing the oil change on my own. (I've done hundreds I know what I'm doing). It gets worse. I found out, after repeated back and forths, Vincent had no idea what adjustable trailing arms were despite CLEAR communication over the phone, many days prior,of newly added rear links, hence the need for a 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT. Vincent also said saying himself, that he could do a 4 wheel alignment. THERES A GIANT SIGN THAT SAYS "ALIGNMENT". This dude Continued to tell me there were no adjustments necessary in the rear Bc it's A "solid rear axle". This was of course in a condescending town as if I didn't know anything about the truck I JUST LIFTED a week ago. This guys Excuses made no sense to me. Clearly this guy got his education from a video game. Ivery mad at this dude, wasted my whole morning. You might as well be trying to argue with one of those automated customer service robots most large companies had Bc this guy was probably the most incompetent person I have ever talked to. Vincent then proceeds to attempt to charge me for a 4 wheel alignment despite having done absolutely no work in the rear. I told him there's no way in hell I'm doing that Bc all they did was mess up the truck worse than when I brought it in. I white knuckled the whole drive home with the truck crab walking like something you would see in a movie. Unreal experience. If you want to waste money and time this is the place to go. read more

What I really love about this place is that it's a one stop shop. I've installed a hitch on my truck, gotten a rhino lining, and they own a body shop so I've taken my car in for repairs. I also get my Mercedes detailed once a month (way cheaper than the dealer & better!!) The customer service is fantastic and these people truly care! One time my tire was low and they filled it for me, so I wouldn't have to go to the gas station and do it myself. Truly Recommend their services! They can install whatever you want to your truck & they can fix it. Have recommended them to all of my friends and they all rave about how happy they were with the work. Customer for life. read more

Do not use this location! We made an appointment a week ago for 8am today, it was confirmed last night for 8am today. Great shop they sprayed the more expensive liner on accident and was great about working out the price. Very reliable

This review is on my friends behalf. My buddy recently dropped off his Duramax truck (DECEMBER 2019) and had them spray the bed and top of the railings. When he went to pick up truck it looked good with a couple flaws but we're nothing really worth redoing spots here and there. Till one Febuary morning on the way to work he saw the bed railings lifting up due to the wind. When he arrived at work he began to notice the tailgate peeling up. (Then it started.) When he returned to the shop with his issue the tech came out and completely peeled off the tailgate in one piece. He was very quick with wanting to repair ALL the flaws so we made a appointment to bring it back. On Sunday February 23 we dropped it off so that they would have it for the day an pick it up in the evening. When we returned to pick it up, the front corner of bed was still peeling up which the tech glued in parking lot while we were there and said that this will work. ??? Well it gets worse, I discovered this morning that there is overspray along the whole front of hood that feels like sandpaper and has black dots because the trucks white so it completely noticeable. I would not recommend anyone unless your truck is strictly work and looks doesn't matter. Sad part is I was going to bring my duramax to have same job done but after this experience I would never let them touch my truck. read more
