If I could give this place 10 stars I would. We are getting ready to sell our car that is 10 years old, a Honda CRV. We have toddlers who really don't give a care if they mess the car up or not. It was FILTHY when I brought it in to Victor. Even he raised an eyebrow and told me he would do the best he could. When I picked it up the next day it was SPOTLESS! Not one stain at all on it. I could not believe how polished and nice it looked. And then he did an engine bay wash. Man! You would have thought I was buying it off the lot at the dealership. Until we turn it over to the buyer my husband and kids are prohibited from riding in it. read more

After an inexplicable experience with another car detailing company I went to my mechanic's office and asked if he had a recommendation for this type of service. He pointed right across the street and said go see Vic. With still a bit of a wound, I walked over and introduced myself and explained what I was looking for. I gave him some background information about the experience with the other company, and expressed my expectations and other important terms. Victor conveyed an understanding of my difficulties and assured me that I would be taken care of. After the narratives were finished we talked price. While certainly not the cheapest quote I received I felt confident enough to give him a try. I am glad I did. When we pulled up to pick up the car, I exclaimed to my wife, "look someone else has a car like ours getting done." Then, after a few seconds, I realized that it was my car that was looking all shiny and new! The job Victor did resurrecting my car was nothing short of amazing. After the walk around and payment, Victor made some suggestions about getting the rims refurbished, driver's seat leather repair and front bumper repainted. After some discussion, we elected to do all of these things, with the satisfaction guaranteed by Victor. An appointment was set for three weeks down the road. When I finally took it in it was a little dusty from my garage, and by the time I got it back with the services rendered above, Victor had it once again, uber cleaned. Everything that he facilitated was immaculate and maintained my confidence in Victor's enterprise. He has made a lifelong customer. So, yes, Victors Detailing is very much recommended. Couldn't be happier. read more

VMD worked miracles on my 6 year old RAV4 to remove house paint overspray droplets and a thick coating of sticky tree residue and dirt. The scratches are gone, the carpeting is completely clean, and I feel like I'm driving a new car! It's shining! There is pride of ownership at VMD. They are meticulous and honest, and I was treated fairly even though I'm a solo female getting work done on her car. It doesn't always go well. Highly recommend Victor and his team at VMD. read more

Vic and his crew are amazing. Hardworking, no BS or salesmanship, and my 2009 car turned out fantastic.

My car was definitely due for a touch up and friends and family had recommended me to Vic for a detail. I texted some pictures to Vic and explained what specific areas I had wanted some extra attention on. We were able to schedule an appointment fairly quickly and he came down to East County to work on my car. We looked at my car together and he pointed out some additional areas that could also use some extra attention. He told me to give him a couple hours and that my car would be ready. I had no clue that he was making some magic potion to make my car look the same as when I first purchased it. Poof. Magic. My car was sparkling. She looked like she just gotten her teeth whitened. I had an awesome experience with Vic and will recommend him to my family and friends now. Thanks for being so helpful and having such great communication Vic! I'll call you in a couple months! read more

I brought my car in last Friday for a perma plate warranty. Vic was extremely helpful with fixing the issue on my car and even repaired some minor scratches on the car for no extra charge. His wife was friendly in the office and answered all of my questions. Would highly recommend them, and plan to go back for future work. Before bringing my car in, I received prompt responses back in regards to the warranty, which was a plus. read more

Every time I came back from a car wash there were things I didn't like or ended up still working on my truck after already paying someone else to do it and having to wait at times for almost two hours. When I purchased my new truck I decided I would try to properly take care of it all around including the detailing. Victor worked on my neighbors car and I was impressed on his attention to detail. I gave him a call to set up and appointment, he was real friendly and easy to work with. For a year now, he is the only one that details my truck. His prices are reasonable and affordable, it is a great value for the high quality of service he provides. Whether he's working on a luxury vehicle, an airplane, a tractor, or your daily driver like mine, he will take care of it and provide the same quality service. He is very flexible to work around my schedule and best part is he comes to you at home or work, so you can keep doing your own thing! Recently he did paint correction and a triple coat of c-quartz, while I never thought I would spend several hundred dollars for something like that, I am very happy and glad I invested in it and don't regret it because it was worth it! I have recommended Victor to family and friends because I know he will not let me down. Highly recommended!! read more

Amazing detailing service. I've never seen anyone pay attention to detail more than Vic. Careful with the cars and prompt with his arrival. Only deterrent was he was hungry when he showed up. I made him breakfast and tipped him after. Best detail I've ever had. read more

I got referred to this mobile detail place by a very well-known Window Tint company. I had them come to my house once a week or every other. The cost was $65 or $75. I have cameras at my house. I wanted them to feel comfortable so I turned my cameras off while they were doing my car every time they came. I trusted them by turning my cameras off. I never checked my car after they left and it turns out to be just this last week I forgot to turn the cameras off. I thought it was odd that my detail was very short. I paid them $75 plus a tip and they were on their way. Turns out that they did not detail my car. They sprayed it with water washed it dried part of it or the part I could see the other part that I couldn't see till later they left it. they didn't do my windows they didn't vacuum they didn't do my rims they didn't do anything inside. But they said they did. Until I called them out with the camera footage. It's really hurtful and upsetting to think that you could trust somebody that's coming to your house on a regular basis and you pay them a good amount of money with a good tip. I guess that just goes to show that they're either really desperate for money or they don't care and they just want to try to get as many cars in as they can. Either way the customer service with that whole situation is horrible. After I called him out on it they were willing to do a free car wash again but not until two weeks later which doesn't make sense to me. it should be done right away. especially with something like that happening. After that they had offered to do my car on another day that they knew that I wasn't available. From this point on I will never use them. I will post their footage if needed on YouTube for people to see. I just recommend if you have a mobile detailer coming to your home to either sit and watch them if you're able to or to check your car before they leave. it's not fair to pay somebody to detail your car and then after they leave you have to detail it again yourself. read more

I had forgotten how much I appreciate a clean, clear windshield. Vic puts a lot of care into each detail job he does. After seeing his work on friend's cars, I finally let him clean mine. LOL He didn't disappoint...and I certainly didn't expect that he would. If you need a good..strike that...an excellent detail for your vehicle, Vic is the guy. Oh, and book him before he realizes how good he is and raises his fee. (Except mine. Right Vic?) read more

Vic was not only reasonable in price, his punctuality is superb (coming from a school teacher that's saying something). There isn't any bargaining hassle with Vic (aka Junior) as his work speaks for itself. You get what you paid for and then some! While Mr. Resendez does beautiful work on cars and trucks, I don't reccomend having him inspect permaplate damage on RV travel trailers. Permaplate sent Mr. Resendez to my home to inspect oxidization damage on our travel trailer. He arrived and used a 2 1/2 foot step stool to access damage and take pictures. Mind you the body shop at Richardson's RV had to use an 8' ladder to be able to climb up our coach and properly access the damage in question. After Mr. Resendez performed his inspection and told me how terrible permaplating is and what a rip off it was from Richardson's RV, he sent a report to Permaplate. In that report he inadvertently stated that our coach had sustained rust damage. Therefore setting a ball in motion of many complications of warranty issues between Permaplate and I. My coach has had to be relocated from my home to Richardson's RV where it unfortunately will remain until it's repaired. Richardson's RV body shop technicians have inspected my coach and deemed the damage severe oxidization that ate a hole through the aluminum panels. Since the panels are in fact composed of aluminum its scientifically impossible for them to rust. However all due to the negligence and incompetence of Mr. Resendez I'm retaining legal council for my warranty claim. Thanks Vic! The damage that you have caused me and my family is reprehensible. Stick to washing cars and leave travel trailers alone! read more

Vic arrived right on time and now my car has that brand new feeling again. Vic not only did the expected inside and out but went beyond by painting a curb scuffed hubcap. He even rubbed out the roof where overspray from a bumper repair had made the roof rough to the touch. Smooth as wax now. The engine compartment looks brand new. He even referred me to a tire place for the best price on new tires and when they did not give me the price he told me, Vic called them directly and they discounted $40 to the price Vic had told me.
