After an inexplicable experience with another car detailing company I went to my mechanic's office and asked if he had a recommendation for this type of service. He pointed right across the street and said go see Vic. With still a bit of a wound, I walked over and introduced myself and explained what I was looking for. I gave him some background information about the experience with the other company, and expressed my expectations and other important terms. Victor conveyed an understanding of my difficulties and assured me that I would be taken care of. After the narratives were finished we talked price. While certainly not the cheapest quote I received I felt confident enough to give him a try. I am glad I did. When we pulled up to pick up the car, I exclaimed to my wife, "look someone else has a car like ours getting done." Then, after a few seconds, I realized that it was my car that was looking all shiny and new! The job Victor did resurrecting my car was nothing short of amazing. After the walk around and payment, Victor made some suggestions about getting the rims refurbished, driver's seat leather repair and front bumper repainted. After some discussion, we elected to do all of these things, with the satisfaction guaranteed by Victor. An appointment was set for three weeks down the road. When I finally took it in it was a little dusty from my garage, and by the time I got it back with the services rendered above, Victor had it once again, uber cleaned. Everything that he facilitated was immaculate and maintained my confidence in Victor's enterprise. He has made a lifelong customer. So, yes, Victors Detailing is very much recommended. I got referred to this mobile detail place by a very well-known Window Tint company. I had them come to my house once a week or every other. The cost was $65 or $75. I have cameras at my house. I wanted them to feel comfortable so I turned my cameras off while they were doing my car every time they came. I trusted them by turning my cameras off. I never checked my car after they left and it turns out to be just this last week I forgot to turn the cameras off. I thought it was odd that my detail was very short. I paid them $75 plus a tip and they were on their way. Turns out that they did not detail my car. They sprayed it with water washed it dried part of it or the part I could see the other part that I couldn't see till later they left it. they didn't do my windows they didn't vacuum they didn't do my rims they didn't do anything inside. But they said they did. Until I called them out with the camera footage. It's really hurtful and upsetting to think that you could trust somebody that's coming to your house on a regular basis and you pay them a good amount of money with a good tip. I guess that just goes to show that they're either really desperate for money or they don't care and they just want to try to get as many cars in as they can. Either way the customer service with that whole situation is horrible. After I called him out on it they were willing to do a free car wash again but not until two weeks later which doesn't make sense to me. it should be done right away. especially with something like that happening. After that they had offered to do my car on another day that they knew that I wasn't available. From this point on I will never use them. I will post their footage if needed on YouTube for people to see. I just recommend if you have a mobile detailer coming to your home to either sit and watch them if you're able to or to check your car before they leave. it's not fair to pay somebody to detail your car and then after they leave you have to detail it again yourself. read more

While Mr. Resendez does beautiful work on cars and trucks, I don't reccomend having him inspect permaplate damage on RV travel trailers. Permaplate sent Mr. Resendez to my home to inspect oxidization damage on our travel trailer. He arrived and used a 2 1/2 foot step stool to access damage and take pictures. Mind you the body shop at Richardson's RV had to use an 8' ladder to be able to climb up our coach and properly access the damage in question. After Mr. Resendez performed his inspection and told me how terrible permaplating is and what a rip off it was from Richardson's RV, he sent a report to Permaplate. In that report he inadvertently stated that our coach had sustained rust damage. Therefore setting a ball in motion of many complications of warranty issues between Permaplate and I. My coach has had to be relocated from my home to Richardson's RV where it unfortunately will remain until it's repaired. Richardson's RV body shop technicians have inspected my coach and deemed the damage severe oxidization that ate a hole through the aluminum panels. Since the panels are in fact composed of aluminum its scientifically impossible for them to rust. However all due to the negligence and incompetence of Mr. Resendez I'm retaining legal council for my warranty claim. Thanks Vic! The damage that you have caused me and my family is reprehensible. Stick to washing cars and leave travel trailers alone! read more
