I brought in my brand new Audi R8 for window tinting and paint protection film. I am very particular with my cars, always detailing and waxing myself because I don't trust anybody, and I quickly grew to appreciate Wasim's passion for his work and his relentless pursuit of perfection in all that he does. (Yes, I stole that phrase from a movie but it really applies here). I was so impressed with the work he did that I brought it back for wheel protection coating (black powder-coated wheels that are very susceptible to visible blemishes/deterioration), and I referred my girlfriend to him for mobile detail & paint polishing on her black 911 4S convertible (on which he polished away significant swirl marks /fine scratches to leave a stunning showroom gloss). The results of every one of these services was flawless to the point that I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend him to anyone. In fact, now my girlfriend will be bringing her 911 to him for window tinting and some minor dent removal in a week or so. But what really sets this business apart from others is how important Wasim makes his customers feel. He is grateful for the opportunity to work on every car that comes through his shop, whether it is a Bentley or a Honda, and treats each one as if it is a priceless, one-of-a-kind showpiece. Please look at his Instagram and you will see what I am talking about. Or better yet, stop by his shop and let him show you whatever he is working on at the moment. Each time I picked up my car, it was cleaner than when I brought it in. Spotless, in fact. When I picked up my R8 the first time, he wasn't happy with an imperfection in the paint film that I couldn't even see, so he redid two sections and encouraged me to watch while he explained the process. How many service providers actually want you to watch them work?!!! He must have spent 30 minutes or more telling me all the detailing tips and products because I was interested in maintaining my own cars. After ceramic-coating my wheels, which requires removal, he told me the spec to which he re-torqued the lug nuts because he knew I cared about that. I could go on endlessly with numerous examples about how transparent and informative he has been, but if you've bothered to read this far I'll simply say that the amount of time Wasim has spent showing me the options, products, how they perform, how to maintain them, etc, to keep my new dream car and also my daily driver looking like they just rolled off the showroom floor, is probably more than most professionals would have spent doing the actual work. His passion, perfectionism, and total transparency, on top of his amazing work, are just beyond anything I have ever experienced. The attached pictures of my R8 are ones that he took after tinting the windows. They look like they were done by an professional photographer, so I guess you can add that to his list of talents!

Marvin did an excellent job in removing paint from my car. How did I end up in this situation? Well…read moreI was driving to work and when I made a turn, someone's truck in front of me dropped a can of light gray paint on the road and splashed it on my white car. I was so upset because I didn't know how bad it looked until I got home. I tried removing it with alcohol but the paint wouldn't come off. I was also afraid of using a stronger chemical because I di want to strip off the original paint color. I reached out to Marvin on Yelp and he responded quickly. He has many years in the auto detailing industry, so I trust him with this job. His price was reasonable. He showed up promptly to my house and had all his equipments ready in his truck. He went through the process of washing, using clay bar, in addition to waxing and polishing the car. I liked that he was very careful about removing the paint off the plastic parts without causing discoloration. The challenging part was removing the paint from the bumper and behind the tires but he did it! I'm very pleased with the results and I look forward to getting my car detailed interior and exterior with Marvin next time.
