He pointed right across the street and said go see Vic. With still a bit of a wound, I walked over and introduced myself and explained what I was looking for. I gave him some background information about the experience with the other company, and expressed my expectations and other important terms. Victor conveyed an understanding of my difficulties and assured me that I would be taken care of. After the narratives were finished we talked price. While certainly not the cheapest quote I received I felt confident enough to give him a try. I am glad I did. When we pulled up to pick up the car, I exclaimed to my wife, "look someone else has a car like ours getting done." Then, after a few seconds, I realized that it was my car that was looking all shiny and new! The job Victor did resurrecting my car was nothing short of amazing. After the walk around and payment, Victor made some suggestions about getting the rims refurbished, driver's seat leather repair and front bumper repainted. After some discussion, we elected to do all of these things, with the satisfaction guaranteed by Victor. An appointment was set for three weeks down the road. Well…read moreI was driving to work and when I made a turn, someone's truck in front of me dropped a can of light gray paint on the road and splashed it on my white car. I was so upset because I didn't know how bad it looked until I got home. I tried removing it with alcohol but the paint wouldn't come off. I was also afraid of using a stronger chemical because I di want to strip off the original paint color. I reached out to Marvin on Yelp and he responded quickly. He has many years in the auto detailing industry, so I trust him with this job. His price was reasonable. He showed up promptly to my house and had all his equipments ready in his truck. He went through the process of washing, using clay bar, in addition to waxing and polishing the car. I liked that he was very careful about removing the paint off the plastic parts without causing discoloration. The challenging part was removing the paint from the bumper and behind the tires but he did it! I'm very pleased with the results and I look forward to getting my car detailed interior and exterior with Marvin next time.
