So pull up, tap the card on the machine, get a receipt, then pull forward to the attendant who marks off the receipt. It's pretty simple. My old car wash closed so that's why I had to use this one (also out of curiosity) and that's why I was used to getting my car on the track and putting the car in neutral so that it gets pulled through the wash. What I found surprising was how thorough the car wash washed my car. And unlike my old car wash, it doesn't leave excess water or soap on the books and crannys of my car. I didn't have to wipe it dry a lot like I did with my old car wash. The principal issue with this car wash is that it is REALLY far away from where I live. It's a 30 minute drive in no traffic minimum. I guess it's good that I only need to wash my car once a month. Usually.

I'm not sure why, but before I even had the air freshener in my hand, my car was rushed into the wash. I didn't have time to roll up my window, and my car wasnt even close enough to be in neutral, so I couldn't do anything. As a result, water and cleaning solution sprayed into my car, soaking me, my driver's seat, and my phone, which was sitting on my lap. I was furious, but I stayed polite and focused on making sure I didn't roll into the car in front of me. All the attendant said was "oh let me know when ur in neutral." Really?!? That's it?!? I had to go straight to my appointment completely soaked, along with the inside of my car. When I came out afterward and tried to plug in my phone, it had issues charging because it had gotten wet during the wash. This entire situation was completely avoidable!!! Staff should ensure customers are actually ready before sending vehicles into the wash. It felt rushed, careless, and showed a lack of attention to customer safety and property. I will never return to this location and hope management provides better training so this doesn't happen to someone else. You've been warned.,.use this soapy joes at ur own risk!!!

An employee told me the job was almost complete, the only thing left was the windows. "Almost complete" ended up being nearly one hour later. I am an elderly man with certain health conditions. The high temperature that afternoon was 90 degrees. The waiting area is outdoors, not the best place for me on a very hot day with a very long wait for completion. I was not provided with any progress updates. I was not informed of any delays. If the employees had provided me with an accurate estimate of the duration of the job, I would not have waited at the carwash. I would have grabbed an Uber home and waited to be called when the job was completed. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated.

My wife drives up to the gate, selects a single basic wash and is about to pay. The dude predictably approaches to ask if she just wants a single wash. My wife say yes, just a single wash, clearly to avoid the sales pitch. The guy presses buttons on the screen to close the transaction, and darts away. My wife sees the price is higher than it should be. Dude had apparently pressed a button to upgrade the wash and hopefully get another few unauthorized bucks. She notices, has to cancel the transaction and do it again. Beware. I won't be going again and you shouldn't either.
