I am not one to normally give recommendations....I'm not related to anyone in this business. But I have been a 100% satisfied customer of theirs for over 25 years...and two sets of owners. Interestingly over all these years...the same painter. They do an awesome job and have painted and repaired at least a dozen cars for me. I would go nowhere else. The brothers running the business have combined experience and skills far beyond their years. The bodywork is perfection accomplished in a separate facility from the collsion section. Keeping everything immaculate for the prep work prior to the paint facility. These guys are perfectionists...they have painted and repaired a Lamborghini and a few other exotics for me as well as my large motorhome and lots of everyday vehicles that needed spot repairs.. no...they do not have a huge RV booth...they pulled basement access doors and matched the paint scheme...and graphics perfectly. After a body shop that my family had been going to for years changed owners and their quality of work declined, I needed a new body shop to go to. I was referred to Collisions Plus Performance by Infinite Motion after seeing a couple cars that they had flawlessly repaired and I could not be any happier with my own car. I was devastated when a lady made a right-hand turn into my dream car. I trust pretty much nobody with my car except the two shops mentioned above. I am completely blown away by how amazing their customer service is as well as their meticulous attention to detail. I will be the first to admit that I am annoyingly picky with my Honda S2000. That thing is like a child to me. When I initially picked up my car, Carter did a walk-around with me to ensure I was satisfied. Everything looked awesome! A million times better than even *before* my accident! When I took it somewhere to show my best friend, I noticed some very light, fine, barely noticeable scratches in the paint that the buffer missed the first go-around. My family thought I was crazy because they couldn't see anything, but I took it back and they did not make me feel crazy or out of place. As I mentioned before, they are very meticulous! They actually saw what I was talking about and ran a buffer and wax lightly over the area, fixing the issue. Something that just totally opened my eyes to how incredibly honest they are was when I pulled up that second time for the light scratch fix, Lorenzo came running out very apologetic with my silly little bottle of hand sanitizer that he had forgotten to put back in my door after they had reinstalled the door panel. Just a polite and honest gesture that I was taken aback by and showed me if they care about a little $1.00 possession of mine, I can imagine how they care about peoples' vehicles. And that really shows. I am completely 110% satisfied with the entire process of dealing with them and their fantastic work! The very night that I got my car back from the big repairs, a tenant across from where I had parked the car was spray painting and got overspray on my newly painted and detailed car!! I was furious. Of course, Collisions Plus was once again there to help. They removed all the overspray for an extremely fair price- the car has honestly never looked better since I have owned it. I had worked with Collision Plus with another car a few years ago and they did a did a great job When someone backed into the door of my 535i I knew where to have this fixed. The repair was done very well as expected. However the day after I brought the car home I noticed some weird markings on the rear bumper that were no where near the area repaired. I contacted Collisions Plus and was told that that was from the plastic that covered the car during the painting process. I was told to bring the car back and they would fix this issue. The next day I washed the car myself and found these same marks all over the car as well as my hood had swirl marks/scratches all over the paint as if a cloth was used to wipe something. Again contacting the company and explaining the additional issues of which now totaled 12 separate issues including a loose light and improperly placed weather strip I was told to bring the car in for the day and all would be fixed. I typed out a list of the issues and reviewed each with a representative from the shop and showed each location/issue so that we were all on the same page. I further pointed out that I had a concern about buffing out small areas of paint on a car that was three years old and having that area next to paint not buffed looking odd. I was assured that the entire car was going to be buffed out so this was not going to be a problem. Long story short, They kept my car into the following day (because a part needed to be ordered and brought in) and at 11am the next day I picked up the car. To my amazement the car had swirl marks all over the entire body, some of the original plastic markings were still present, areas buffed were not polished and one location noted on the list was not even touched. I was again told that I could bring the car back again for a third time and they would fix these issues. Here is where I am at, these issues should all have been seen and fixed before I received the car back in the first place. As we are all human and we all make mistakes I was not too upset that I had to bring the car back a second time to allow them the opportunity to make their customer happy. That all said, why would I bring the car back a third time when this company has failed to take the time to ensure the car was competed correctly or and even worse, they did review the details and were happy with the results. If they had only taken the car into the light many of these issues could have easily been seen. Here is the kicker, all of my issues will be fixed easily after I pay a professional car detailer to buff and polish this car at an additional cost of $200 to me. Very disappointing! read more

Well this time I am writing a positive review because this business simply deserves a 5 star positive review. First off I have had pretty bad experiences in the auto/body/paint area when one of my cars needs help. This time I opted to look at Yelp reviews before selecting an auto body repair shop. Glad I did as I would have never found Collisions Plus. When I called the shop the first time I spoke with an individual by the name of Myra. A very knowledgeable estimator and explained my situation and fears of only wanting OEM parts period... Myra assured me that I would get what I wanted and the quality I demanded. Long story short I brought my 2012 Mini in for auto body repairs and paint and feared only the worst. Sorry I have been screwed so many times... However, this shop is at a totally different level. You can literally eat of the shop floor! After my car was in the shop for a day I received a call from Myra wanting to discuss 3 small dents that were not accident related. I gave the approval for them to be fixed thinking yeah they might take care of those... Amazingly enough all of the work conducted by Collisions Plus makes my car look 100% new again. I showed up the first time and he wrote me an estimate for my insurance. I called a few days later after I had everything ready to go and he was ready to take my car the same day. I was rear ended and two other places didn't want to take the car because I wasn't sure whether it would be cash or insurance claim, but needed to get a quote. Collision Plus was flexible and got me in the same day to look at the bumper post collision. Really knowledgeable, also. I called a couple of other places and there was no comparison. Carter was great, he knows a lot about insurance claims and repair, and gave some good advice. You can tell they are experts and that you're in good hands. They got the initial quote to me the same day and kept me posted on the progress. They had the car done a day early, washed it, cleaned out the inside, and even left me a small jar of touch up paint for any future needs. The quality of the repair was great! They put it on the lift for the initial quote. went down the street for another quote and it was the same per piece and labor, but higher because they did not put on lift so estimated more parts. Collision Plus was going to try and save some of the body. They ordered parts, came in quick, and they were installed quick. They saved me more money by saving another part.
