After receiving such a great recommendation from my neighbor, I decided to have my vehicle repaired at Collision Plus in Escondido. Randy, the manager at Collision Plus, made the experience so easy. He took care of everything. And kept me informed throughout the entire process. I made the right decision because the repairs are perfect. This experience was well worth the drive to Escondido. Thank you so very much for such great service. Without hesitation, I give Collision Plus 5 Stars. read more

I am not one to normally give recommendations....I'm not related to anyone in this business. But I have been a 100% satisfied customer of theirs for over 25 years...and two sets of owners. Interestingly over all these years...the same painter. They do an awesome job and have painted and repaired at least a dozen cars for me. I would go nowhere else. The brothers running the business have combined experience and skills far beyond their years. The bodywork is perfection accomplished in a separate facility from the collsion section. Keeping everything immaculate for the prep work prior to the paint facility. These guys are perfectionists...they have painted and repaired a Lamborghini and a few other exotics for me as well as my large motorhome and lots of everyday vehicles that needed spot repairs.. no...they do not have a huge RV booth...they pulled basement access doors and matched the paint scheme...and graphics perfectly. I've been a car nut ... private collector since 1985.. and these are my go to guys. TRUST ME on this.....these kinds of skills are a product of personal pride...and it shows. Good work boys. May we live to be 100.....and the last words you here... be mine! Good guys at competitive prices.... Zman read more

After a body shop that my family had been going to for years changed owners and their quality of work declined, I needed a new body shop to go to. I was referred to Collisions Plus Performance by Infinite Motion after seeing a couple cars that they had flawlessly repaired and I could not be any happier with my own car. I was devastated when a lady made a right-hand turn into my dream car. I trust pretty much nobody with my car except the two shops mentioned above. I am completely blown away by how amazing their customer service is as well as their meticulous attention to detail. I will be the first to admit that I am annoyingly picky with my Honda S2000. That thing is like a child to me. When I initially picked up my car, Carter did a walk-around with me to ensure I was satisfied. Everything looked awesome! A million times better than even *before* my accident! When I took it somewhere to show my best friend, I noticed some very light, fine, barely noticeable scratches in the paint that the buffer missed the first go-around. My family thought I was crazy because they couldn't see anything, but I took it back and they did not make me feel crazy or out of place. As I mentioned before, they are very meticulous! They actually saw what I was talking about and ran a buffer and wax lightly over the area, fixing the issue. Something that just totally opened my eyes to how incredibly honest they are was when I pulled up that second time for the light scratch fix, Lorenzo came running out very apologetic with my silly little bottle of hand sanitizer that he had forgotten to put back in my door after they had reinstalled the door panel. Just a polite and honest gesture that I was taken aback by and showed me if they care about a little $1.00 possession of mine, I can imagine how they care about peoples' vehicles. And that really shows. I am completely 110% satisfied with the entire process of dealing with them and their fantastic work! The very night that I got my car back from the big repairs, a tenant across from where I had parked the car was spray painting and got overspray on my newly painted and detailed car!! I was furious. Of course, Collisions Plus was once again there to help. They removed all the overspray for an extremely fair price- the car has honestly never looked better since I have owned it. Very happy with their work and very proud of the way my car looks! Thank you to Jessica, Carter, Lorenzo, and Ryan at Collisions Plus Performance! You were all such a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely be recommending you to people as well as if I ever have to visit a body shop again, I can guarantee my return! read more

I had worked with Collision Plus with another car a few years ago and they did a did a great job When someone backed into the door of my 535i I knew where to have this fixed. The repair was done very well as expected. However the day after I brought the car home I noticed some weird markings on the rear bumper that were no where near the area repaired. I contacted Collisions Plus and was told that that was from the plastic that covered the car during the painting process. I was told to bring the car back and they would fix this issue. The next day I washed the car myself and found these same marks all over the car as well as my hood had swirl marks/scratches all over the paint as if a cloth was used to wipe something. Again contacting the company and explaining the additional issues of which now totaled 12 separate issues including a loose light and improperly placed weather strip I was told to bring the car in for the day and all would be fixed. I typed out a list of the issues and reviewed each with a representative from the shop and showed each location/issue so that we were all on the same page. I further pointed out that I had a concern about buffing out small areas of paint on a car that was three years old and having that area next to paint not buffed looking odd. I was assured that the entire car was going to be buffed out so this was not going to be a problem. Long story short, They kept my car into the following day (because a part needed to be ordered and brought in) and at 11am the next day I picked up the car. To my amazement the car had swirl marks all over the entire body, some of the original plastic markings were still present, areas buffed were not polished and one location noted on the list was not even touched. I was again told that I could bring the car back again for a third time and they would fix these issues. Here is where I am at, these issues should all have been seen and fixed before I received the car back in the first place. As we are all human and we all make mistakes I was not too upset that I had to bring the car back a second time to allow them the opportunity to make their customer happy. That all said, why would I bring the car back a third time when this company has failed to take the time to ensure the car was competed correctly or and even worse, they did review the details and were happy with the results. If they had only taken the car into the light many of these issues could have easily been seen. Here is the kicker, all of my issues will be fixed easily after I pay a professional car detailer to buff and polish this car at an additional cost of $200 to me. Very disappointing! read more

My husband had some body work done on his '05 Carrera S a few years back and they did a fantastic job! When my VW Touareg was "bumped" by a teenaged driver, my husband thought of Collisons Plus right away. EVERYTHING they did was professional and thorough. Their estimate was spot on, no nickle and dime-ing you with unforeseen extras. They worked professionally with the other party's insurance needs and their work was completed on time as promised. The blending they did with the paint as well as the body work was impeccable....you would NEVER know there was any damage. They have a lifetime guarantee on their work which is a real comfort. It's hard to find a company who takes culpability for their product and work these days. I would recommend them to any friend or family member in a heartbeat. read more

Ryan is a gentleman and a saint. After being rear ended recently I've been dreading taking care of the insurance, estimate and repair process. With a busy schedule and lots of responsibility I was struggling to find a reputable shop nearby my work that had decent reviews. So I was stuck with handling Thai nightmare on my nights or weekend. Only problem is all these shops close at 5!! What the heck? I kept calling around until o talked to Ryan and knew right away he was "my guy". He was patient and thorough and even stayed open a couple of minutes late to accommodate MY work schedule. read more

Honestly I don't write reviews very often and if anything I write them because something went wrong. Well this time I am writing a positive review because this business simply deserves a 5 star positive review. First off I have had pretty bad experiences in the auto/body/paint area when one of my cars needs help. This time I opted to look at Yelp reviews before selecting an auto body repair shop. Glad I did as I would have never found Collisions Plus. When I called the shop the first time I spoke with an individual by the name of Myra. A very knowledgeable estimator and explained my situation and fears of only wanting OEM parts period... Myra assured me that I would get what I wanted and the quality I demanded. Long story short I brought my 2012 Mini in for auto body repairs and paint and feared only the worst. Sorry I have been screwed so many times... However, this shop is at a totally different level. You can literally eat of the shop floor! After my car was in the shop for a day I received a call from Myra wanting to discuss 3 small dents that were not accident related. I gave the approval for them to be fixed thinking yeah they might take care of those... Amazingly enough all of the work conducted by Collisions Plus makes my car look 100% new again. This shop has earned a customer for life! If you want a high-end shop to do the job right stop looking and go here! They are not the cheapest around, but I can honestly say they are the best around. Keep up the great work and look forward to seeing what you can do for my 2012 Audi A7! -Daren Westman 2012 Mini Cooper Clubman read more

Wow! Carter and team have done work on both my husband's 2018 Camaro Z01 and my 2013 Pilot with outstanding results. The discussion of options, quality of the work, pricing, and timeliness were all outstanding. I am a car buff and have utilized many different body shops over the year. Collisions Plus stands alone. When I had Tech Art pieces added to my Porsche, it came out perfect, and it was a tough paint match. I have taken my Mercedes there multiple times and I am impressed with the professionalism displayed by Ryan, Myra and the rest of the staff. Also, they are very personable, explaining the process in laymans terms. If you need body or paint work, this is the place to go. read more

I need a door refinished on my new F150 (something not covered by warranty because I damaged it), and I try to avoid those "production" insurance job shops. I had heard very good things about this body and paint shop so decided to stop by today. The facility is state of the art and very, very clean and organized. I spoke with Ryan, one of the owners, and he took the time to listen and then explain their process, showed me an example of their work and it was outstanding! He was friendly, patient, and professional. I knew in just moments that I had come to the right place, and that the job would be a lot better than factory. I no longer have any anxiety about having my truck painted. Thanks Ryan. read more

Very unsatisfied with work. Car took almost two months to do front bumper and 2 quarter pannels. Ryan is a liar he will say something to one person and another to the next. A friend recommended that I go here. My car got hit and I'm so glad that I chose this place. Carter is who helped me and he was great. I showed up the first time and he wrote me an estimate for my insurance. I called a few days later after I had everything ready to go and he was ready to take my car the same day. Unfortunately, my insurance dropped the ball several times and Carter was persistent with them to get my car repaired. Went to pick my car up and it was factory. Looked brand new. They even detailed inside and out. I'm a very particular person and it exceeded my expectations. The paint color matched and the trim was perfect. I would definitely recommend Collisions Plus Performance. read more

GREAT Service from start to finish. Jessica was super helpful and accommodating from the first phone call. I was rear ended and two other places didn't want to take the car because I wasn't sure whether it would be cash or insurance claim, but needed to get a quote. Collision Plus was flexible and got me in the same day to look at the bumper post collision. Really knowledgeable, also. I called a couple of other places and there was no comparison. Carter was great, he knows a lot about insurance claims and repair, and gave some good advice. You can tell they are experts and that you're in good hands. They got the initial quote to me the same day and kept me posted on the progress. They had the car done a day early, washed it, cleaned out the inside, and even left me a small jar of touch up paint for any future needs. The quality of the repair was great! They also worked with the dealership to reset the collision impact system which had deployed. They made a stressful event very seamless. I would give them 10 stars if I could. read more
