I'm very particular about keeping my cars in excellent condition, so I wanted professionals to handle the repair. From my first interaction, it was clear they understood that and treated my car with the same level of care. When I got the car back, it was exactly as I had dropped it off--no random marks or scuffs in the interior like I've unfortunately experienced with most dealerships and indy shops. They even went above and beyond by driving me to pick up a part that wouldn't fit in my car and then giving me a ride home after drop-off. When I picked up the car, I noticed a small scratch in the bumper. I expected the usual runaround or maybe a partial discount. Instead, they immediately took responsibility and are ordering a brand-new part and replacing it at no charge. Customer service like that is rare.
