DCH Honda referred me to Ron for my minor repair. I explained to Ron about my waves of bad luck and hard times from losing my job, my apartment and then this minor damage to my car. I previously reached out to a highschool friend who quoted me $700 for the minor fix, I told Ron about it and he was sad that people really take advantage of women drivers. From start to finish Ron took care of me and my repair, he gave me the best and any discounts he could think of! He is a life saver, came out to way wayyyyy less. I am glad I found a trustworthy and kind, top tier customer service auto shop. I will continue to come here when needed and refer them to all my friends and family. God bless you and yours Ron and thank you so much for treating me as a human being and not just a transaction! read more

This was my second time visiting the shop for repairs, and I'm truly grateful for the exceptional service provided by Mike and his team. The first time, my car had been stolen and returned with several damages. Mike and his team restored everything to its proper place, ensuring the vehicle looked brand new. Most recently, my car was hit on the side, and once again, they delivered outstanding work--my car looks as if nothing ever happened. Mike even went the extra mile to have the vehicle detailed and cleaned before returning it to me. Their communication is excellent, and they are very transparent about pricing, always providing a clear breakdown of the costs for each part and service. They also work seamlessly with insurance providers, which made the entire process much less stressful. I recommend this shop to anyone in need of vehicle repairs--the attention to detail, customer support, and consistency in service are truly outstanding. Thank you again, Mike! feel free to look at my before and after pictures here read more

I had to take my car in for repairs on my drivers side bumper. Brian was patient and courteous throughout our communication. He was thorough in his explanation. I had to make a few repairs on my car prior to taking it in , Brian was open and accommodating to my schedule. The body work was excellent, and with a lifetime guarantee! My insurance covered the payment ,less my deductible, so payment was a smooth process. Hopefully I won't have to use their service again, but if do , I will be a repeat customer. If the owner happens to read this review , Brian is an excellent representative for your business . I hope this review helps future customers! read more

Shoutout to Philip for great service from start to finish! Needed to get my rear right bumper repaired and was going through insurance for the payment. Philip gave a great detailed quote and the best pricing. When I was ready to begin service, Philip even called Enterprise to come pick me up at the shop. I was in my rental car jetting back to work in no time while my car was being repaired. Throughout the process, Philip texted and called me with detailed updates. My car was fixed in just three days. Luxury Auto Body had washed and even waxed the tires of my car. The damage repair was impeccable - I could not even tell the bumper had ever been scratched. Philip gave the white glove experience with my Enterprise rental car. I was able to simply leave the car at the Luxury Auto Body shop and he printed me a receipt for the rental car and I was on my way home. Highly recommend and would come here for even non insurance based repairs. read more

My car was broken into several times through the driver and passenger side doors where someone ruined the door trim, the locks, some paint on my truck Each time I have worked with Mike, and a few others, it has been a great experience. Professional service, highly recommended. you will get your car back and won't be able to notice any previous damages, it'll look brand new! read more

Lousy job and not on time as promise. The finish is not as good as the name of the shop, it is not luxury at all, it is lousy. It looks like they have finished the job in a rush without checking the result that need to be done correctly. I hope they keep the promis of lifetime warranty though, but should be done correctly, not a lousy job for lifetime. read more

Great place to get your car shine as new. Ron, Brian and team will take good care of you.

Needed body work after a hit-and-run, went to Luxury Auto Body and worked with Brian and Ron. I received an incredibly high level of customer service, to a degree that I hadn't seen from any business in decades. Genuinely fantastic work too--the car looked brand new when finished. Costs were in line with what other body shops estimated. Would absolutely go back to them and recommend to anyone who needed repairs. read more

A couple of months ago, I got rear-ended at a stoplight and was pretty sad about the condition of my car. In the crash, my rear bumper got impaled by the other car's tow hooks and one of my passengers also ended up spilling ice cream from the intensity of the hit. I just got my Lexus back from Luxury Auto Body (only took a week!) and they really did go above and beyond. To start, the repair was amazing, and it's like my car was never hit in the first place. They also did so much more that I started noticing after driving it around. They cleaned and shined my tires and the windows (the stain from the spill is gone!), restored my headlights, vacuumed the carpeting, and replaced the rear bumper film with a new one. Thank you so much to Mike and his team for getting my car back even better than when I handed it over. read more

This body shop has to be one of the best places to go for body repairs. I took my 2023 Lexus in after a car accident. It was the first car I ever bought new and I was so bummed when it was in a collision damaging the front end. The repairs were done and the car looks gorgeous! They communicated every step of the way. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else - they're also a USAA shop so repairs are guaranteed! Mike, the manager was also exceptional at making sure the repair was completed on time! read more

This review is long overdue. A co-worker recommended this place to me last April after my accident, and fortunately, they were in-network with my insurance. Unfortunately, the part they needed was back-ordered from the dealership, and I was informed it would take 3-4 weeks to receive. This was tough because it exceeded the coverage the insurance company provided for the car rental. Mike was fantastic--he kept me updated every few days and, knowing I had to pay out of pocket for the rental, offered me a discount to help with the inconvenience. I recently had another issue with my car, and Mike was again incredibly helpful, resolving the problem quickly at no additional charge. They truly care for their customers here, and I highly recommend them! read more

Great service! Ron is the man! As an automotive detailer and have a good eye for paint quality, I can say that this got to be my best experience. From the blend work to the texture, everything came out consistent! Ron also took the extra mile and replaced the broken clips on my fender flares and ripped antenna base mount. If you are picky like me when it comes to paint and have the fear of panels not matching this is your go to shop! Exceptional work and paint match is on point! Check out how my 4runner came out after getting my hood painted and blended to the fenders. read more

Took a gamble on Luxury Auto Body in Miramar based on the positive online comments. Phil and the staff at Luxury Auto Body really lived up to everyone's praises and exceeded my expectations. They did a professional job, car looks and feels like new, they even went as far as losing a bit on their profit by installing my vehicle's certified auto parts instead of after market parts authorized by the insurance company. Thank you Phil, you've made a loyal customer out of me! read more

Our car was damaged from a minivan and they had State Farm. Luxury AB was highly rated and I went with them over the insurance company's initial recommendation even though their location was a bit further away solely based on Yelp reviews. Phillip handled our claim and he didn't disappoint. He was flexible, made sure to give us information about the rental and made the process seamless. The car looked great after we got it back. It was a little dusty, but we were having awful Santa Ana's and Phillip apologized about 10 times for the dust even though it wasn't his fault. I definitely recommend the services here. read more

Luxury Auto body has exceeded all of my expectations and blown me away with their kindness, professionalism, and honesty. Ron (the manager) went above and beyond making sure that my experience was as smooth as possible. I was in a hit and run accident with an uninsured motorist so I had to pay for my own rental car fees. Ron made sure my car was fixed as soon as possible (only took 8 days!) and that I received the best deal at Enterprise to limit the expenses. Ron was great at communicating every step of the way and I felt confident that they would do a great job. My car looks amazing! Not only was Ron incredibly generous and kind while helping me with my car, he ensured that I can always call him if I ever have any auto-body issues and need a good recommendation. It meant a lot to me and shows how down to earth he is. I shopped around at a lot of repair shops and none have compared! read more

I took my car to Luxury Auto Body Shop last Friday, and I couldn't be happier with the excellent service I received! The mechanic's Name is Mike Leyendecker, I explain that I was going to pay out of my pocket for the damages and showed him the problems that needed to be fixed of my car and then he told me with his professional experience that he can try to fix the problems and then I can be good to go. With a big surprise! He indeed to repair the issues with his amazing skills The repair was completed faster than I expected, and he even touched up the paint to the areas that I didn't ask for that. I was offering to pay the cost, but he politely declined saying it didn't take too much of his time and work. I'm so glad that I came back to the same body shop that I had my car repaired before. First off I'd like to make clear that I was not prompted to do this - I was so impressed with the service and communication that I wanted to leave a rave review... Ron was absolutely the best to work with while my Infiniti QX50 was in the shop for repair to my bumper. He and his team work efficiently and communicate well above any other shop I've ever worked with previously. The customer service is above and beyond, and I appreciate their diligence. As a woman it's truly hard to find communicative folks who are not condescending or sales-like and I greatly appreciate that. These days, I think it's easy to forget what real customer service is like or that there are still genuinely nice people in the world. But my trip to Luxury Auto Body confirmed for me, both still exist. Recently I purchased some black-out grille's to replace the chrome grilles on my BMW. I had seen a couple of videos about putting them in, but as soon as I opened the hood to my car, I knew I wasn't prepared to do this no matter how simply anyone might say it is. I checked around for body shops that work with BMW's and LAB came up in my search. They are relatively close so I thought I would call them to see what they would charge. The receptionist put me in touch with "Mike" and I told him what I wanted done. Mike asked me what insurance I have and because my insurance (USAA) is one of their preferred carriers, he told me he would do it for no charge and told me I could bring it right over. Without hesitating, I jumped in my car and made the drive over. They are located in an area with many other auto specialists and easy to access from a major road. Very busy from what I could tell from all the cars being worked on but as soon as I walked in the door and let the receptionist know who I was, Mike came out to greet me. He took a look at my car and the new grilles and said he would work on it while I waited. I might have waited 15 minutes before I saw my car pulling up with the new black grilles in place. Mike knew of USAA's relationship with the military and he told me they are happy to help out and give a little back when they can. Then Mike and I chatted out other versions of the BMW and road driving trips. I have a couple of scratches and dings and Mike was kind enough to give me a rough estimate after I asked him to check out my car. I hope to never need major body work on my car, but without question, if that time ever comes, I will bring this or any other car I own to them. I only dealt with Mike, but I'm sure everyone else is just as cordial and helpful. It's really nice to find a business that will go a little out of there way just to be nice. I've never used their business before but they were willing to help me out in a way that is all too hard to find these days. If you need any kind of body work, I strongly recommend you come see them regardless of your insurance. I doubt you will find a friendlier place. read more

If I could give this place 100 stars, I would! Thank you Luxury Auto Body & Mike for fixing my baby back to looking fresh from SALEEN! I got into an accident & USSA recommended me to this place. Before saying yes, I had to look up their Yelp reviews & after seeing their great reviews, I said set me up! & I do not regret my decision at all. I met Mike, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, & professional, on Monday & he gave me a run down of how much he thinks the work would cost & what may be done. A couple of hours later, he sent me an email of everything for me to go over & noted it would take 5 days to fix. I gave my insurance the OK. Mike kept me posted on how my car was doing throughout the week. & on Friday afternoon, my babe was back to looking beautiful! You would not even know that my car got hit. I was incredibly anxious about where I took my car because it is a one of a kind SALEEN Mustang, but I can assure you that if you are debating between going here or someone else, go here! They took care of my car & most importantly, took care of me. Thank you Mike! read more

I visited Luxury at the recommendation of my car shop, Elite Service Center. I had a very usual incident where a big rock hit my car and damaged my front panel and cracked my windshield. Through my ordeal I had dealt with Ron, General Manager. My experience was smooth and seamless. I filed my claim with my insurance, and I was immediately assisted. The adjuster came out a few days later, and the report was emailed to me within a day. I visited Luxury to let them know my situation and had a day in mind to drop my car off. My car took 3 weeks to get back and for good reason. Ron inspected the damaged area and the area couldn't be repaired therefore the part needed to be replaced. Ron kept me informed that he would need to special order the part, then color match the vehicle. The windshield needed replacing too and he wanted to make sure that that process of installment was perfect. The team made sure that I was taken care of with shuttling me to work and picking me up. Also if I needed a rental, Ron was quick to assist with any arrangements. When I picked me up car, I was impressed. You def cannot tell that repairs had been done, and my car was detailed- so fresh and so clean! If ever I need repairs again or need to refer, I would recommend this shop 100%!!! Thanks Luxury and Ron! read more

Luxury Auto Body Miramar location is incredible! It's an awesome place to do business. Honest and trustworthy, they deliver their services on time with impeccable attention to detail. If you have a car and it needs collision work done, just ask for Ron Melanson and I can assure you, he'll take care of all your collision needs. My Mercedes Benz E350 Coupe got hit while parked in the parking lot. The insurance company wanted me to take my car to one of its affiliated collision shops to have it adjusted. My initial thought was to bring it to a Mercedes Benz approved collision shop. However, they are not an authorized collision center for the insurance company. So I needed to take it to luxury auto body to get a quote before I decided who was going to fix my car. When I first got to the lobby of Luxury Auto Body, my first impression was that this shop is nice, the receptionist was friendly, and I was greeted and acknowledged by one of the staff who was at that moment still dealing with another customer, which is not something you normally experience unless the place has good customer service. I met with the manager Ron Melanson, he was very polite and professional and has full command and knowledge of his craft, and I instantly connected with him. I felt his sincerity and honesty, and I felt comfortable in having my car get taken care of here. He assured me that all Mercedes Benz original parts will be used, and boy was I happy. I didn't want to go to the Mercedes Benz collision center anymore, and I'm glad I didn't! I was tremendously pleased with the results! I got my car back in immaculate shape and I got it at the time they said it was going to be done, they even did more than what was paid for by the insurance company. I highly recommend Luxury Auto Body to everyone and anyone who has vehicle collision repair needs. Ron is the person to see -- I can assure you, he'll take care of all your collision needs. Unless you get into an accident once a week, chances are you won't have a 'favorite body shop'-- until it happens to you: There you are, 6 pm in rush hour traffic on Encinitas Blvd, stop-and-go in the slow lane, 10mph waiting for everyone ahead to turn right into their prescribed driveways, just a couple blocks away from your destination: sweet and peaceful yoga class. And then WAM! -- an idiot uninsured girl rear-ends you because she decided to look away from traffic to find her makeup or her cell phone or whatever. And then you don't know exactly what documentation to collect or how to contact your insurance or any repair shop because... it's past 6 pm! And you need a tow truck because you don't want to risk damaging your precise AMG engine because both your exhausts are bent out of shape. So, yes, it's going to be a big hassle, but SO much better when you reach Ron Melanson at Luxury Auto Body. He is calm, organized and thorough, and your car will be fixed with the right parts in the right way. Now, in my particular case, it took a bit long to get the right Mercedes AMG parts, but the process at this body shop was otherwise so solid that I can't give the team less than 5 stars. + on delivery, the car was cleaned and detailed to perfection. This shop is fantastic. I was involved in an accident on the last day of 2022 (12/31/22). Hows that for bad luck? New Year's Eve Day! After extensive research, I decided to use Luxury Auto Body Miramar, even though they are not in the Geico "preferred shops" network. Kenny Kossmann did an excellent job in every respect. He consistently kept me updated on status, guided me through the process with the insurance company, helped arrange for a ride pick-up from the rental company, and made sure the job was done with quality parts. He even took the time to ask his painter questions I had about the painting process. These guys are crazy busy, so I appreciate the extra effort Kenny and the squad gave. The end repair result is outstanding. The paint and plastic trim pieces match perfectly. My only complaint is that you have to book these guys way in advance because they are so busy. I would like to encourage them to open an additional location! Stellar work. I hope the owner realizes how lucky they are to have this quality team. read more
