Every person I dealt with, both in person and on the phone was extremely courteous and polite. I was updated throughout the entire process, although I will say, it was very fast! Faster than I expected for repairs. I had an excellent experience with Cecilia. She was extremely kind and personable. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. I spoke with Randy Davis a Service Advisor. I then went on to ask him about my scratched up paint (there is a lot of scratches) on the sides of my car. He tried to rub a couple of them out to no avail. He suggested I take my car to someone that details cars and they could probably get the scratches out which would be cheaper than having the whole car repainted. When asked to correct any problems he always says bring it in let me look, but never fixes the problems. It's a waste of time to go there. The car had so many problems from the way they took everything apart and put it back together to repaint. Moldings with broken tabs snapped off, they used tape to keep one in place vs replace. A dash component with tabs broken and now constantly rattles and squeaks. Weather seals on doors that no longer seal and whistle and sound like a window open. Weather and water seals within the door and sound dampening material they never replaced within the door which allow for road noise at levels that never existed before. Now the last straw, the paint job is starting to spot and fail and looks terrible. I mean maybe the guy hates my wife, but the woman baked the dude cookies, how could you not like her wtf! What a waste of a great car that could have been recovered from a side swipe but was left far worse than where it had been. I recommend staying away from this guy they simply don't care about quality anymore.

My husband scheduled a repair appointment with this fix auto for 3/19 and I spoke to State Farm insurance who said it had to be me to authorize the repair and get the car rental since the car was under my name and my insurance alone. I tried to call this fix auto at the same time my husband did and told the man who I spoke to the car was under my name and my insurance and why were they talking to my husband and not me. The guy said that I would "have to take it up" with my husband. Totally BS! My husband can't sign for the repairs or the rental according to State Farm. Barney reviewed the damage and gave an honest assessment recommending not to repair the trailer because the damage was too severe. Hearing his reasoning, we were in full agreement. Given that experience, when looking to add an inverter, Barney was our go to guy. We had a 2000w inverter with 400w additional solar added for a fair price. The Barney touch was that the inverter prewiring by the trailer manufacture was very poorly done. Barney contacted the trailer mfg and the inverter mfg to understand the reasons that it was set up as it was. He reviewed his solution with them and corrected the wiring to reflect standard practices. This is above and beyond what I expected. Now everything works flawlessly and we are very happy with the job.

This place was really cheap which should have been my first clue to NOT TRUST it. It was a local…read morebusiness and I had heard good things about it from my high school friends. This place looks pretty sketchy when you pull up. It is located on the emu farm and is a make-shift tent-like thing where he puts your car and paints it or does whatever. I wanted to get a racing stripe on my car. It turned out OKAY, but it was obviously not professional. The clear coat is bumpy and now whenever I wash my car I scrub at spots that are underneath the paint and it frustrates me. He also did not tape perfectly, so there is overspray of the silver on other parts of my car (once again, not noticeable from far away, but if you look closely you can definitely tell it was not perfect). I was not happy with my experience, but 250 for a racing stripe was only a small fraction of what I would have paid elsewhere. Looking back, though, I would rather have NOT gotten the racing stripe than had someone do a half-ass job.

Adan was prompt to respond to my questions. His pricing was fair and he had a quick turnaround time. He did the work in our garage. He covered the areas that needed to be protected.
