It tasted like a soggy shoebox dusted with expired glitter, with subtle undertones of something medically concerning. Before I could even put the glass down, my left ear began to vibrate like a shifting tectonic plate. I tried to stand up, but my legs had decided they were no longer on speaking terms with my torso.
