Gone are the days of the Brickhouse brewery. Now you have a super classy joint that resides right in Patchogue. A place that, I'm reminded by my husband every time we drive through, use to not be so classy. My sister requested that we have her baby shower here because she was such a fan of the food. And she was right. The food is fresh and delicious and featured in a very well thought out menu. Julien was a pleasure to work with during the preparations. Allowing access to the space during not busy times to help us plan our decorations. Day of it was all hands on deck. Julien, Anna and our amazing bartender with the handlebar mustache exceeded our expectations. The food was incredible. My sister had the best time and that's all that matters. And I have the State Room to thank for it. Posting few pics of the rooms before the guests arrives so you have an idea of the space :)

NOW!!! - WHAT THE HECK IS UP WITH THE PRICE IF THE CAESAR SALAD AND THE COST TO ADD CHICKEN. This is where the negative stats come in. I don't care who you are but the nerve to charge that much money to add chicken to a Caesar salad salad which probably cost $1.50 to make is maddening. This is a dish that you probably make the highest return and profit on so to take one chicken small chicken breast which you're probably buying in bulk and getting for next to nothing and charge $10 for it to be cooked and cut up into a couple of pieces and thrown on top of the salad really was a turn off to me. Other than that we got a fair price on drinks and the chicken wings which were on Special. So I think we got 10 wings for 12 bucks or something. It was a good deal and they were good. Fix that salad situation. That's totally f&$ked

We had been there during the NFL season and enjoyed it. Today we went with the price fixe lunch special. 1 beer, 1 app 1 main . $18. Definitely a good price. I had the dogfish head 60 minute IPA. Really good, very cold which is a huge plus. App was shrimp wonton tacos. Good, not great, small portion but not bad as part of a price fixe item. Crispy shell, fresh shrimp. Main was chipotle chicken wrap. Very good. Not dry with a nice blend of cheese, a little kick as well. Negatives: we asked for the wrap without pico , however it was not left off. It was quickly returned without any issues . When we received the check we were charged double. This was also quickly resolved. Overall, good place , decent food average beer selection. A good place to see a game and sample pub food. Not breaking any new ground here.

Eat strategically though bc it will start to fall apart. My aunt got some shrimp tacos and potatoes (aka papas bravas) with a sweet drizzle on them. I often take dressings off mostly bc I'm scared I won't like it but this is not the place to do that. Everything combined on the menu is strategic and delicious!

Food notes we got the Feta appetizer came with a variety of things to dip (cucumber slices, pita, nacho chips) presentation was fabulous. Beware the salt content. Idk if this is how it is usually or someone forgot to tight the shaker lid. Tacos came with one shell each and were STUFFED, grab extra napkins ahead of time and perhaps a fork. The combination of ingredients were perfection. Cheesesteak was amazing we chose no onions, it came out piping hot and the proportion of ingredients was appropriate. This was the BEST of what we ordered. The rocket fuel on tap was also amazing from the frozen drink machine. The music was great, a country bar note, there was still a variety of country classic to poppy.

All the musicians were super talented, the host was a pro's pro, and the audience were incredibly supportive & engaging. The space just felt warm, friendly and had a calm yet electric buzz the entire evening. Also, the bartender, Penny, really seemed to set the tone for the entire bar. She is extremely welcoming, witty and just an all-around positive person. You can tell she really enjoys her job and makes sure that her patrons are having a good time. I was sticking to non-alcoholic ginger beer all night and she only charged me $2 each, how kind is that?! All in all, a true gem of a bar with an open mic that I will 1,000% return to.

I've been to Main Street Patchogue a few times before and I'm always amazed at how it's now like Huntington, with tons of eateries, bars and places to hear live music. It was a busy late Spring Friday night and my cousin told me if we were there just two weeks later (ie, post Memorial Day), there would have been lines to get in anywhere. So make resos! I made one easily earlier that day and when we arrived around 7:30, it was not packed, but it is pretty loud in there even half full. Our waiter, Jonathan, expertly took such great care of us from start to finish, even taking my father's dad jokes in stride. There's a solid cocktail menu, but I had a couple glasses of a better-than-decent prosecco. My cousin loved his espresso martini. For food, count on a couple respectable vegan entrees and I went with the Japanese eggplant with cashew ricotta. The eggplant is delicious, slightly sweet with a creamy rather than chewy (thank god) texture. The cashew ricotta is also tasty, but I do think it needed to be blended a bit more to remove the slightly grainy texture (the cashews might have needed more soaking). My father loved his French onion soup and pastrami sandwich. Separate paragraph for the fries. They deserve it. I'm glad we ordered these to share- it's an enormous platter of them. I appreciated that they were salted perfectly. I appreciate restaurants that can make satisfy a variety of preferences and dietary restrictions. The vibe here is festive and vibrant and a great choice for groups and families.
