Since Covid, I've been driving by and seeing signs on 25A for this place. My family deserted me last night and I wasn't in the mood for the normal takeout, so I was browsing local places and I was reminded of Eat + Drink. I was not disappointed. I ordered two small plates and both were excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to see full sized penne in the buffalo mac and cheese. Flavor and heat were perfect. The barely touched tuna was just as good as I've had in nice sushi places. The dipping sauces were great too. I will definitely be back and next time with the entire family. Had heard great things and was excited to give it a try. The ambience is nice with cozier seating options for drinks and small plates verses the traditional tables for eating. Lot of TVs on playing sports. Our waitress and her assistant were both super attentive and very nice. Wasn't at all impressed with the white sangria. The nachos and all four of our meals were okay, nothing special. The tartufo was probably the favorite, generously portioned and very good. Martini glasses got smaller AND the prices went up! That's the last martini I will ever pay for here again. It a shame, because they make outstanding drinks, but its ridiculous to charge $16 for basically a shot of vodka with some lemon. This is a local neighborhood bar & restaurant. Yes, it's more upscale than your regular neighborhood watering hole, but c'mon! Enough already. Food is decent. Service is better. For the ninth time, i'll be back because i live here and sometimes it's where friends want to meet. I like it here too. We've been back to this place quite often since my last review and I have to say that it got even better! I love the atmosphere and service here. The small plates are all amazing and so much fun to share...they give you more than enough on each plate so you can order a few and everyone will have a generous portion! We also love the drinks here. The bartenders truly know their stuff. If there is something that you want that is not on the menu, just ask and they will make it. I love the bar area but also the tables are so comfortable and spaced out enough that you really do have a lot of privacy. The owner is also awesome and remembers us every time we eat there, our servers do too! Overall, this restaurant is one of our favorites and consistently excellent! read more

This is one of the best restaurants on Long Island, and certainly the best around the area. Espresso Martini is elite, all the dishes are tasty and fairly priced, the ambiance is amazing, and the service is ALWAYS swift and friendly. Aside from the heavenly Espresso Martini, the steak + cheese is always a great option, as is all of their pasta dishes and the fries are INSANE! They're owned by a wonderful family. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Came with some friends for a light dinner. We got to sit at the window in the cool couches, which was a nice casual setting for us to visit and enjoy some food. Our server was very attentive and patient with us as we took forever to figure out what we wanted to order! Spouse got the tuna tataki and loved it, and I got the shrimp skewer with rice which was also very good. Nicely-portioned small plates for a light dinner. I took my parents out to dinner and didn't expect much from this tucked away spot in a plaza. My mom had the salmon, dad the filet mignon, and I had the tuna. The dishes were outstanding! There's a coconut cocktail to die for, too. Other notables was the vibe. There were two lounge areas for drinking and schmoozing, a sweet bar, and a wonderful, friendly staff. Really cool spot in rocky point. The atmosphere and decor was great. Had a rustic and industrial feel to it. The food and drinks were really good. We had the seared tuna, buffalo Mac and cheese, wings and calamari. Everything was tasty and mouth watering, especially the buffalo mac and cheese. The drinks were equally as hood. I had a spicy margarita which was made with the perfect amount of spice. I also had the toasted almond martini. I would recommend both. The service was a bit slow but our waitress was very friendly. The place is catered more for adults and I would not recommend it for children. Perfect place to come and have a drink after work. I would certainly come again with a group of my friends. The happy hour was great and service was perfect. I just recommend coming early so you get a good seat. read more

The few times I've been here I've had issues with seating. I've called ahead each time and or have made a reservation just to show up and be told we have to wait an additional 30+ minutes or that our table has been given to someone else and we were basically shit out of luck. In my opinion this is piss poor customer service and clear disorganization. Out of the few times I've tried to eat here I was only able to actually sit down and eat the food once, dont get me wrong the food and drinks were great but the experience each time felt awful. Beware even if you have a reservation or call ahead there is a great chance you won't even be seated, and the staff doesn't even seem apologetic when telling you they gave away your table. Drove past eat + drink the other day and wanted to check it out ! The bar is huge , decor is super modern and beautiful. Came in for happy hour and got 2 $7 martinis a jack and coke coke for $8 (not listed on happy hour menu but all other drinks are an extra $2 off) and 2 $5 flat breads the blackened chicken and margarita which were so crispy and yummy. The blackened chicken was soo flavorful. Joe was behind the bar and was nice fast funny and helped me out with picking my second martini hearing how he interacts with other guests he's a great part of this place. So happy I stopped in here because I'll definitely be back again and again ! read more

Unexpectedly surprised. Really wish this place was closer to the south shore. I really love the atmosphere and long bar. It was really busy for a Wednesday night, but the bartender Danielle greeted me as soon as I sat down and made me a perfectly shaken martini right away. I have eaten here a few times, it's a cute place and I enjoy the food. The chief makes tasty french fries but I do think the prices are slightly high for a neighborhood restaurant. The happy hour drink menu is just ok, the downside is that they ONLY offer vodka as liquor. I am not a fan of vodka but I did attempt to drink two of their drinks and it was entirety toooo sweet. I had a friend take a sip and she agreed. Also, every time I have eaten here the restaurant is SUPER COLD. Why is cold air blowing in this place during the winter? I had to ask a bartender if she could turn up the heat. Even she agreed it was cold. It's very uncomfortable to eat in a place that freezing. The employees are nice and I get fast service at the bar but not at a table. This place only has one waiter. I repeat, ONE WAITER. This restaurant gets packed and this place is not huge. The last time me and my fiancé ate here, we noticed that 2 bartenders had to help bring out food. Prior to that we waited 20 minutes for our drinks an one hour for our food. Having only one waiter for a place that gets this busy is ridiculous and it's not fair to the customers. If I decide to take my lady out for a nice dinner I know I can't bring her here because I won't get fast service. Once again, great french fries! read more

All staff members once again extremely friendly and attentie Came here tonight with husband finally so glad to try more food. We ordered two flat bread, a delicious chicken sandwich and Steak tidbits! Did not disappoint. Martinis were delicious as always and even ordered dessert. The lava cake and cheese cake were perfect. We had a nice date night. And staff as always is extremely Friendly and attentive. Usually go there for a snack or couple glasses of wine because it's within walking distance. It is a nice comfortable place to relax, unwind and have a fun time. The food is basically small, shared type dishes but tasty. Drinks are not over priced but not cheap either. Definitely worth the trip after a long week, friendly staff as well. Takeout from here was good during Covid, but we tried to go in person and had a bad experience. The website advertises a happy hour, but the bartender said they don't have one. When I told him it's on the website, he said the hours on the website are wrong so I should have assumed everything on the website is wrong because the website is "pre-Covid." Covid started 18 months ago. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE! Another reviewer posted that the bill prices didn't match menu prices because menus were "pre-Covid." First of all the decor is modern and updated, I guess that is why the food + drinks are so overpriced! Oceans 5 was previously at that location and the food and drinks were very good and reasonably priced, a great local spot. The new Eat + Drink menu is limited at best and expensive. The service was fine, mostly staffed by school aged kids. The drinks, for example, the wine is $12.00 per glass, crazy ! A simple Caesar Salad with 5 shrimp is an incredible, outrageous $18.00 ! For that MONEY, I'd rather EAT + DRINK somewhere else. read more
