I've been meaning to stop in since I tried a bottle of the bourbon they make I purchased at the Smithtown Street fair.
So glad I finally made it in and I will not wait too long to come back. The staff were very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. They start you off with a welcome drink and give you the menu list several interesting drink choices, as well as the small bite menu.
The drink menu had something for everybody. It had mixed cocktails, flight tastings of the bourbons and even nonalcoholic drinks for people who want those.
I'm a big fan of history so the theme of the taster room was interesting and the menu even had a little bit of history of the spy trail on Long Island.
The space was also excellent with a big bar, tables in the front and a really relaxing lounge in the back
I had the flight of bourbons, which were excellent (I purchased a bottle of the Bourbon with Black Tea). The pretzel bites were very good and next time I may even try the charcuterie board.
Great theme, great environment excellent drinks, and good food. I will be back. read more
