After finally being seated, we waited over an hour for food that arrived cold and without utensils, while tables seated after us received visibly hot meals. To make matters worse, the waitress spilled hot coffee on my brother. We were offered a remake, but after waiting that long, we were done waiting. When we raised our concerns, our only option was to wait even longer to speak with a manager. The rolls and cornbread were good, but unfortunately that was the highlight. We're now home reheating our food just to make it edible. Very disappointing, especially since we came to celebrate a birthday. Hopefully this was just a bad day, because this level of service was unacceptable.
