Last night (Mother's Day) we ordered pizza and wings for delivery. At 6pm, they only had one order of wings left, so that was a bit disappointing but not the end of the world. I was told we would get our order in 40 minutes, but they arrived barely 20 minutes later! We were definitely impressed with their speed! The pizza was pretty good, and the wings were fine too. $55 for two large pizzas and 10 wings (delivered with tip), so not unreasonable. The food I'd give 3 stars but they earned a 4th with the lightening-fast delivery. read more

We needed food during our first visit to Emerald Isle. Circle Pizza was near our rental so we called to order. When we called we specifically ask if it would be faster to pickup or to get delivery. We were told that delivery would take an hour and pickup just 30 minutes. We decided to pickup. When we arrived to do so, our food was not ready. We watched customers walk in, sit down to eat, and receive their food before ours came out. As we neared two hours waiting on our food we requested our money back and were told that "the last time this happened" they couldn't return the money until they closed out the registers at the end of the night. Food finally our food was given to us and it was cold. We also weren't the only patrons that stood waiting on our food for so long. It seemed like it may have been good, had it been hot. read more

Probably the best pizza shop on the island. Great product extensive menu makes this a perfect place for a family. Extensive delivery area with fast friendly delivery drivers. Sandwiches are as good as the pizza which is great! read more

We love this place. Most the pizza in this area is either a national chain or New York style pizza. I prefer Circle Pizza over New York style every time. We love their crust. Their burgers are great too. The prices here are far better than the New York style pizza places as well. Our order has never been messed up despite my wife customizing everything. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because the inside seating is really quiet with no music or TVs playing and they just have a few bottled beers to select from (who cares though). First night of Vaca and took a locals word on pizza... we ordered 3 pizzas and a sub for delivery 2 hours later yes 2 hours and about 6 calls and 6 different stories later they said they we remaking the order and it would be here in 10 minutes. Well another 25 minutes later and it does show up with another reason why it wasn't delivered. Stated they would give a discount, absolutely not this should be a full comp which he said he would do. During one of the calls they even sent a driver by to give us $10... we did not want the money we wanted food. All said if the refund is processed on the card I will give a higher level review for the slow yet attempt to recover. If not this will be a charge back and complaint to the cc company for Circle. I will advise the real estate company they should not advertise this business as well. read more

We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a veggie pizza. Both were soggy with half baked crusts. A pizza shouldn't droop like a noodle when serving it. There was very little pepperoni on the large pizza. As far as taste, there was very little excitement to comment on. The sauce tasted like canned pizza sauce and the cheese was a very thin portion. We won't consider Circle Pizza when vacationing on the Isle again. There's a saying up north. "A good pizza never goes unfinished". In the case of Circle Pizza, we tossed a quarter of it. read more

So far this week, I've been there twice. The first time I went, I was by myself and and got myself a small pizza. It was great. The second time was with the family and we got pizza, hamburgers, and the manacotti. All three were amazing, especially the Carolina style burger, which I upgraded to a double, and it was WAY too much burger. Even with that, it was awesome. I will definitely be going back! read more

My family and I wanted to eat pizza Sunday on Memorial Day weekend and unfortunately we couldn't get any here. We sat down to eat for about 10 minutes without the server even looking at us. She proceeded to take another couples order that sat down after us. I will say that even though they were busy with takeout orders, no one for ten minutes came up to us to tell us they would be right with us or apologized for the wait. We came in today and placed our drink order and food order at the same time. We order 3 burgers and fries and a philly sub. Two other tables came in after us, the waitress took their orders and brought their drinks to their tables, we still had not received ours. After waiting over 10 minutes I got up and asked for our drinks. The tables that came in after us received their food. We still had not received our food. After 35 minutes 2 burgers came out, after 45 minutes and not receiving the rest of our order, we asked for to go boxes and paid for our drinks and 2 burgers. There was only 2 other tables in the restaurant at the time. The waitress was also the cashier. She blamed the cook, calling them a terrible cook yet the cook had nothing to do with our drink order. This was the second and last time at Circle Pizza. They need a lesson is taking responsibility for your actions. read more

Walked in, were warmly greeted by the waitress, had to clean our own table. Salad consisted of lettuce, lots and lots of onion, sliced pepper and tomato. Another diner's apparently included an insect. Pizza was passable if a bit greasy. I won't be writing a letter home about it. The water was bad enough that my daughter refused to drink it. All in all an excellent candidate for a Restaurant Impossible episode. read more

I haven't had a regular pizza in a while, so I might be biased, but this pizza was amazing. The crust was almost like a puff-pastry, light and flaky and crispy (though we did bake it for a few minutes more after it was delivered). The delivery time was long, but it was fine for us as we ordered a bit in advance and weren't in a hurry. In fact, I'm still dreaming about the pizza and might order another one today!! read more

We stopped in on our way out of town for a quick bite, and while the atmosphere was pleasant the food could have been better. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza to share which we ate off of styrofoam plates with plastic cutlery. The pizza was was extremely greasy, the sauce was bland, and the crust cracker-like. So I wanted to really like this place due to friends telling me it's "great" but to me it was just "meh". The sauce was tremendously basic and the crust wasn't mush but definitely not crisp either. We chose pickup because wait time was half of delivery time so it didn't get soggy due to delivery. We ordered breadsticks and cheese "sticks" thinking we were getting regular breadsticks plus cheesy breadsticks but opened the box to fried mozzarella cheese sticks that were NOT good. They were lukewarm and the breadsticks were a piece of bread cut up with cheese on it. I think the consensus with all 5 of us was "basic" and if this joint wasn't on the island, it couldn't make it. We will stick to going to Frank's Pizza even if it's a 20 minute drive because they've got authentic NY pie. read more

Terrible service. Ordered 2 LG pizzas and was told it would be there in 45 mins-1 hr. 1.5 hrs later we called to check on the pizza, my husband was hung up on by the girl answering. Finally got through again, the girl told us the delivery guy was on the way. We asked to speak to the manager (meanwhile we have 2 very hungry children screaming for food that are 2 and 4 years old) and he offered no apology but just said there was traffic. We are only a FEW MINUTES AWAY!! After telling him how terrible the customer service was he said he'd give us a slight discount. Driver arrives almost 2 hrs after ordering, with 2 COLD pizzas. End of story - manager lied, we received no discount and no apology. Also, our food arrived 2 hours after we ordered and it was cold! $40 for 2 pizzas might I add. I will never order from them again! Do not really recommend. Would give 2.5!stars. Large order for 12 people for take out. I only ate my gyro with fries. It was good. Greek salad was ok but dressing was not flavorful and lettuce was just ok. Feta was good. My husband had to remind them to give it to him. My husband ordered BLT sandwich came as sub instead. He dies not like subs. My son ordered a BLT sub and he said it was mostly bread. Bread with salad was not garlic bread as advertised but just a roll. Salads had brown lettuce not much chicken on Caesar. Everyone else said just meh. Prefer pizza at Michelangelos. read more

Ordered delivery our first night of our annual beach trip, and we were not sorry! We had never eaten at Circle Pizza before, so we were taking a chance on it and so glad we did! We ordered four pizzas, they were delivered timely and they were DELICIOUS!!! Will definitely order from here again and totally worth the prices!! Went there 2 nights in a row. The first night got a cheeseburger and onion rings. #1 - it came with 4 onion rings. #2 - the burger was so soggy it tore up my stomach and I didnt eat it all. We went back the 2nd night and I thought, "dumb me, I'll just get pizza at a pizza joint...can't be that bad and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and a 2nd chance." I ordered wings/pizza/salad. I get there 35 minutes after I ordered over the phone and they said they needed 10 more minutes for the wings. I said forget it. I left and got back to see the pizza was, once again, drenched in grease. The salad was fine. 2 nights in a row, 2 chances...struck out on both. Sad. read more

Pizza is good. Nicely done crust. Toppings and cheese are average quality. However I would not recommend their meatball subs. Worst I ever had. Same for the cheese steak sandwich. Not very fresh ingredients. Meatballs were small and few were put on the sandwich. Just terrible. Same with the steak sandwich. Terrible. So I recommend the pizza over Michael Angelo's. Cheese pizza passes the kid test. An order of baked shells consists of three stuffed shells, heavily sauced and topped with cheese. It's served with a basic salad and "garlic bread," which is really a hoagie roll warmed up and topped with garlic salt. Meh. read more

We ordered 2 pasta dinners manicotti and lasagna. Horrible ! Hard to find any noodles in the lasagna and both were burnt ..that was the only taste . $ 30 for iceberg lettuce and a piece of bread .Frozen meals would have been so much better. read more

It took an hour and fifteen minutes, and the gyro we ordered with just chicken and feta cheese came with lettuce, tomato, and onions, and definitely not feta cheese. Worst place ever here in EI. There are flies everywhere, the food was nasty, service stunk. We ordered sandwiches with fake meat (chicken/beef) looked like dog food. We watched staff counting money and then assisting with orders and bringing food out. Do NOT go here. We spent $60 on nasty food. read more

Pizza was just so-so. The doughy crust almost appeared preformed and reminded me of Joe Corbi's fund raising pizza that the kids used to sell. It was not the typical thin pizza crust that we're used to up North. The other pizza place on the strip was a 1.25 hour wait for pickup so we opted for this place. Their "large" was enough for 2-3 people and their small is in fact, very small and enough for one healthy appetite. I'd make this my second choice unfortunately and will plan accordingly next time we're in EI. read more

Absolutely love there pizza! Fresh homemade dough with fresh shredded chees and toppings! They make there oil and vinegar dressing, tatziki sauce, pizza dough and baklava all homemade which really shows true in the dishes! There baklava is to die for i order a slice almost every time! The staff is very friendly and attentive! Even when slammed up to their eyeballs in orders and customers! This a great little pizzaria that is a mist try for anyone who hasnt had it! read more
