I don't eat bread... adding patties is a thing nearly everywhere save a few hold outs... this should have been a red flag bit I thought I'd go for it... ordered the 'HUGE' burger which was alleged to be 1/2 # pre cook weight... Not even. Well perhaps... The staffers were friendly enough but swore up and down they were NOT allowed. Like I said, very-Very few places can't figure this out... Now, so as not to be a very difficult type... I order just the said burger with no bun no grilled onions no ketchup cheddar style... I was delivered american cheese and grilled onions with the bun. . Thought about it, took it back to the counter told the young man they failed again adequate it really wrong and walked out with no drink, no food... my choice but by this point aggravated outright. I'm sitting in the parking lot writing this and a young lady approaches the vehicle and wants to talk and in an effort to make it right offers to remake. I express my disdain for no added patty (I'll pay for the patties like everywhere else) policy, I decline her offer and tell her to look over her shoulder across the highway.... I explain that while I prefer small and local companies, I am headed to McDonald's where I will order a double quarter pounder with cheese, I'll order 6 additional patties and they will make it for me correctly without bun or other stuff I choose not to eat. Not a good start for this little company... I wont be back, nor should any carnivore who eats this way. ****Update**** Decided to hit the local Wendy's instead.
