They took 1 and a half hours and the shake they gave me was filled with vomit. Disgusting. read more

They didn't want to give me my free coney when I claimed the BOGO coney deal even though it's FREEEEE

Delivery time, service to commitment. Ordered, no delivery. Delayed almost 2 hours then canceled. Over 50% markup from price listed.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Took our order. 2 blasts and a water. Order never showed up on the screen and waited 15+ minutes for no one to come out. Tired of waiting. We left ... Not the first time either. When you try to give them the benefit of the doubt read more

judging from what i read i lucked out, their burger was great, not a micky d just good tasting beef, fresh roll and a soft drink, even better than the $13.00 burger downtown new bern.(morgans). maybe it was new mgnt, staff was friendly. when i am out this will be my new goto place read more

Just keep driving. Every lady here has an attitude like you owe them something. They can't figure out that when one asks for no mustard, pickle, or tomato, it probably means that one doesn't want it on their burger, and when I ask to verify and it still gets messed up, that I might not believe they need $15/hr for the work. There's a whole empty parking lot workers could park in 20 feet away, yet they still park in the stalls during their busiest hours. read more

Don't even know where to start. It's pretty disappointing to get home with your food and it be frozen cold, burger isn't even cooked, and we didn't get straws. We took my brothers in-law here for their first time and will never be coming back. The only thing good here is the slushies ‍ read more

Waited over 30 minutes only to have no server even take our order. I usually avoid this location at all costs and tonight I was reminded why. read more

I ordered two cheeseburger via the app and asked for no pickles on both my sandwiches. When I got the sandwich it was so poorly made. It had ketchup, mustard, cheese and pickles only. This is my second time ordering a cheeseburger from there and I have to say I am quite disappointed because the first time around it was perfect. Plus they didn't even give a straw for the drinks i ordered. read more

Absolutely terrible restaurant who doesn't have a desire to even serve their customers. I waited 15 minutes and no one even tried to take my order. I called and they said they were busy, but yet all of the workers were standing around talk. I work too hard for my money, to waste it on a place like this. Never again!!! read more

Cat told us the ice cream machine was down, then told us that it would be a few minutes until we could order ice cream, when we gave them our order they then told us that the machine was broken only of the large order we wanted which was only 4 milk shakes read more

Worst Sonic ever !!! Customer service is horrible ! They charge for refills and they charge for water ! Yes I said water ! Like wtf... please don't go to this sonic it's just not a good experience read more

Ordering here is like pulling your own teeth and has been for the past 3 months. Wait time is extremely ridiculous and half the time most booths are closed. What is going on with the management in this place? read more

Ordered an Ultimate Meat & Cheese Breakfast Burrito and Ched R Peppers w/ ranch sauce for lunch. I waited over 30 minutes to receive my food. After receiving my food the Ched R Peppers were cold and I didn't receive the ranch sauce. Very disappointed! I gave it 2 stars only because the lady who brought me my food was very polite and apologetic about the long wait. read more

I wish i could give this sonic a - stars but I cant LOL! so my experience with sonic in Havelock is, I ordered a the #2 meal with only mustard, cheese and pickles, tots and a cherry limeade. Got in return a double cheese burger with RELISH n mustard .... like who does that? tots were COLD and I got no drink, because the guy delivering it took it back once he found out he had my meal wrong. well in less words they got my order wrong 3 times!! for real. came back with a cheese burger plain. they took it back only to throw it away... assuming they wont try to sell it again , at least I hope not. the person who took my order last time asked for the old cheese burger back . but seriously your gonna throw that away instead of letting someone eat it? its food . however SONIC IN JACKSONVILLE NC is good ! theyre friendly and always let u keep order gone wrong. sonic in Havelock you could be BETTER !! get rid of the trash if you know what I mean. read more

So usually I love Sonic Milkshakes but this store is a disgrace. The milkshakes are soup and what about the whip cream. No like seriously can I have whip cream not at this store because they ran out... I want a refund. read more

Not much I can say. I am always disappointed here whether its a broken cup or watered down gravy. They don't know what extreme tots or frito pies are. I use to work at a sonic and know a lot of the original drink combinations and whenever I order one they have no idea ehat I'm talking about. Management needs to step it up and train the crew a little more. I'm glad I'm going back home soon time for some real sonic. read more

Don't get me wrong we love sonic and there food is pretty good for fast food...BUT I've gone twice in the last month through the drive thru and we I pull up near the window I've seen my shakes sitting on the counter and wait anywhere from 10-20for my food and shakes to come out. By that time my shakes are completely melted and I have a 10min drive home! I've pulled up to a the pull up and have had my shakes and food come out so thick you can't even drink it through a straw! So when I talked to the manager I said why are my shakes not made when I food almost done and he said they don't do it that way that someone makes the shake when others are working on the food! That's stupid! read more

Happen to be my fav. Food is always warm and tasty. My slushy always have the best amount of pop rocks in it. Love coming here

This is the only Sonic I've ever been to so I don't have anything else to judge it on but it was ok. It's fast food people. But for fast food, it's ok. Kids love it and it is convenient. read more

Well Sonic killed their icecream cones off the menu. Not going there anymore... great job corporate. Guess that explains why the parking lot isnt packed anymore. read more

This is the WORST establishment I've ever been to in my life. We ordered two slushees that's it and paid at the pull in service area, waiting 20 MINUTES when it said someone was on the way over before I got out of the car to go up to the front where the girl proceeded to give me a dazed look like I didn't pay for my order or something where she then went inside and there were about a solid 15 people working in there when it wasn't even busy. It's not even the concept of them being lazy and just clicking out of orders they clearly didn't make, it's the fact that it takes 15 people to collectively make 2 slushees and then stare at you through the window when you come up wondering where your order is. Oh and they gave us the wrong size for each drink ordered on top of that. Do not recommend to anyone unless you want to spend about a good hour waiting for a drink. read more

My husband and I love sonic, this location though is kind of a hit or miss. We've been and the food is good and the drinks are good, but then again we've been and my drink was messed up then when they brought it back they didn't even mix it up! I had gotten a frozen strawberry lemonade, first drink wasn't frozen second drink I take a big sip and it's just plain sour!! I wanted to throw up and I was livid. My husband mixed it up more and it was okay. But they were not busy and there should have been no excuse for that. I've worked in fast food, I'm a server so I know things can get hectic. But when little things happen repeatedly it gets old and loses them customers. read more

Our waitress was very nice. It was a tad slow in first getting served because of how busy it was. We were able to walk up and sit down to eat our waitress even offered to take family photos. Our cheesecake Oreo milkshake was soooo good. We will definitely come back read more

they take forever on food whether its packed or not and last couple times I've been to sonic I've gotten sick. not to mention the rude employees i believe the management needs to train some new staff. read more

The BlackBerry and Droidx said it was 3:58 (2 min before happy hour over) so we ordered and then heard 4 drinks are over $6. I asked what time it was and the skater said 4:21. Boy either both Sprint and Verizon's clocks are off or Ashely (skater) and Marcus (manager) can't tell time! Maybe the marines at Cherry Point need a cold drink for half price and I'll bet their clocks are accurate so please cut the crap Sonic/Marcus! A retired vet read more

Stopped by about 9:15pm on April 4th. There was one car at the drive through and one parked. I placed my order, and waited, and waited and waited (I ordered their version of a Blizzard- that's all). Not being very familiar with Sonics, I put my card in the reader, but nothing happened, so I waited a little more. In the meantime, 3 employees were busy cleaning - hosing down the floor and washing windows. One man sat inside and was on the phone the entire time I waited. I finally assumed that I wasn't going to be served, and left. I probably waited 12-15 minutes. Today, I checked my bank account and found that my card HAD been charged, even though I didn't receive my drink and I never saw any acknowledgement that my card had been charged. REALLY POOR SERVICE and now I have to go get my money back. That will be the last time you see me at any Sonic. read more
