The owner's kid and his friends were great! They took care of my kiddos, offered samples before, and were super nice. A/C was super nice inside and it was a great option after BattleWorks. Scoops were generous. The fudge is fantastic and we like the "grumpy guy" who makes it. I would have enjoyed a waffle bowl option. They will sell you a waffle cone hat with your cup, though. read more

Lots of options: ice cream, candy and fudge. I got a sundae with cake batter and caramel explosion ice cream. It was delicious! Paid $22 for two single cones, a double cup and a build your own sundae read more

The old man at the register was rude. If you ask for fudge, he rolls his eyes and throws up his hands and makes smart comments acting annoyed. If you don't like selling fudge don't offer it in your shop!!! Our family will never go back! The ice cream wasn't even that good. read more

We try to stop in here before leaving the beach. This time I tried the key lime pie ice cream. Oh my it was so good!! Friendly staff and great ice cream!! Can't wait to stop by again and try a different flavor! read more

Ice cream is delicious. They have a variety of flavors. Store is clean and staff are friendly. Would recommend stopping here for a treat!

Nice family owned ice cream joint that has TONS of options for your sweet tooth. Large fudge, candy, & ice cream offerings. I personally loved the oatmeal cookie lover ice cream which tasted just like a homemade oatmeal cookie with chunks of cookie in it. I had it twice within a few days in the form of a sundae with hot fudge & cherries. Prices are fine for a tourist area not expensive & service is great. read more

Despite its name, saltwater taffy should not be overwhelmingly salty... Ice cream is mediocre; mint chocolate chip is a hard pass. Will update when we try the fudge later. Update: The fudge is, in a word, delicious. 10/10. I've updated accordingly. Honestly worth the trip. read more

Ice cream and fudge was delicious! No restrooms though.nice little ice cream spot!! Tons of flavors and don't even get me started on the fudge!!! Of course we had to get some of that as well. read more

This is a great place to grab ice cream while at the beach! You can even take it right across the street to the community park! The store offers fudge, candies, and dip ice cream, so there is a sweet treat for everyone. The staff is so nice and they offer samples. The only reason I removed a star is that they sell Herseys ice cream, which I'm not a fan of but you may love! read more

Loved the ice cream and salt water taffy. Got some fudge, also but haven't tried it yet. Had tons of options in candies and ice cream flavors. I have to say, the guy there is a bit on the short side with people. Not gonna hold it against him. Will come back. Edit: just tried the peanut butter fudge I bought, and omg. It is so fresh. Not hard as a brick, and will melt in your mouth. Delicious. Going back and trying some more flavors tomorrow!!! read more

Hershey's ice cream, pick & mix salt water taffy. And the convenience of benches looking outside & sidewalk benches as well. They have some real high-end flavors too: butter pecan, for sure, but also praline pecan (mom's pick). For me, roadrunner raspberry. read more

The banana split milkshake was the best I've ever had! Prices are a little high, but the service and quality of their food is worth it. You're getting what you pay for. They also have lots of candy for your kids. Go try this place. read more

Great ice cream. I mean the best. and it's in a super cool space with easy parking. younger staff are great, too...so cool to see so many happy faces. read more

Absolutely recommend. Yeah it's Hershey ice cream and you can get it anywhere but what you create with it is what is key. The sundaes and splits are delicious. Good portions and if you like fudge with some interesting flavors, this is a good spot. Why folks walk out with a cone or cup perplexed me because you can hit a grocery store for that. Get one of their creations. You will not be disappointed. read more

For a business to allow a customer to walk away due to the mask mandate is a very stupid business decision. I've eaten at numerous restaurants across the state since March. We walked into Ab's for fudge and ice cream (likely to spend $30-40). I knew when the clerk walked away (all the sudden) that something will he said. All other businesses allow the customer to choose whether or not they want to wear a mask. I was asked if we had masks. My response was "No we don't." The male told me that we could wait outside and he would take or order there. I am NOT going to be ran out of business and be ran outside over a stupid mask mandate. If u don't want my business, don't worry.... I'll never be back. I try to shop mom and pop locations vs chains. But, I'll never walk back to this business!! read more

Amazing! Great flavors and wonderful staff. Don't miss the cotton candy ice cream...we look forward to it every year!

We stopped by this local ice cream shop while on vacation. It satisfied our ice cream and milkshake cravings, with many great sounding flavors to choose from, but it is all Hershey ice cream, which, don't get me wrong, is great, but I did not find anything really "unique" about them. This little shop also carries an assortment of candies, including salt water taffy. While overall it is probably a crowdpleaser, it just didn't meet my expectations from reading the many reviews here. read more

My husband and I stopped in here and were the only customers in the store. I glanced up at the menu board and the older grey haired gentleman behind the counter was rushing us to a point it was uncomfortable. I asked him if it was closing time, was that the issue? He answered rudely, no. Yikes. I had my deodorant on and was wearing a mask. Hmmm Peanut butter ice cream was good but he ruined it for me. I think he had to poop or Weight Watchers sent him. Only explanation I can see for his behavior. I won't be back to crabby cone man's store. read more

I will say this first. The icecream was good. Of course it was because it was the Hersheys Icecream you can get anywhere basically. The problem I have is the owner who was extremely rude when ten people walk in to give his completely dead business our money. It is also sad that his young helper(which was probably his son) had to experience his dad treating people so disrespectful the whole time. He was short with us, rude to our kids, and so much more. Will not be back here at all. read more

This shop sells fine ice cream and I understand their fudge is a quality product as well. There are a few disappointing aspects to this shop which will preclude us from making future visits: 1) The shop used to have tables but for some reason the owner decided it would be better to replace tables with benches. This makes sharing a premium ice cream bowl pretty darn difficult and discourages customers from buying higher priced items. 2) If a customer asks for a cup of water restaurant staff will grab a bathroom sized Dixie cup and fill it with warm tap water. I'm not a picky person and so warm tap water is fine, but I can not take a business seriously when they provide water by the dixie cup in an attempt to upsell me on a bottle of water. I know they are a business out to make money but the point of an ice cream shop is to sell an experience as well. I've paid $5 for a product I can get at a grocery store for 70% less. So if a restaurateur is selling an experience they'd best make it a quality one that is all encompassing. When a customer asks for water to make their dining experience better a restaurateur had better fulfill this simple request lest they lose business to competitors that sell fine ice cream and a quality dining experience. read more

Serves delicious Hershey's ice cream and fudge with a very friendly staff. This year, they started serving ice cream drizzled with flavored balsamic vinaigrette. It sounds strange, but was strangely delicious. The first few bites were odd as you get the smell of the vinegar. But after that, it cuts the sweetness of the ice cream and accents the flavors. I had cappuccino ice creams with an espresso vinaigrette. Of course, you can get normal ice cream without the vinaigrette, too! read more

Great ice cream but the worst customer service from an older man, guessing it was the owner, he was so rude to my family of 8. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars are for the two sweet girls working the night before. The business has a ton Of potential but someone needs to keep the hateful man in the back! read more

Went there everyday for 5 days! After the second day I had the girl behind the counter just pick whatever flavor she liked and got a pint of it. Each flavor I tried was great and the fudge is also amazing! The same girl got my order all but one of the days and she was sweet and fun! I think her name was Lauren, but all the girls I talked to were nice. I didn't have much interaction with the guy people are complaining about but just once when he rang me up but didn't have a problem. If I ever go back to Atlantic beach I'll definitely make sure to come here again! read more
