We literally didn't touch anything except tap our card, and somehow it immediately charged an extra $3.20 as a tip?!?!? Like literally excuse me??? Then, when we asked about it, the person working there (who after further research was the manger and has a ton of complaints) flat-out told us the "manager" wasn't there, acted like we were inconveniencing them, and told us to "Move along." The whole interaction gave major gaslighting vibes. If you're automatically adding tips without customers knowingly selecting one, that's not okay. Between the surprise charge and the awful customer service, this place was a complete miss. Do better.kindness goes a long way.
