We went back to the beach the following week and remembered how good it was, so we decided to come back. Unfortunately, our second experience was completely different. The service was horrible, our food took forever, and when it finally came out, it wasn't good. The employees were also very obviously messing around more than they were working. At one point, we were pulled to the front to wait for the rest of our food, and an employee was literally digging her hand through our food to check it, I guess? Meanwhile, we were still missing about half of our order. I've worked in customer service, so I completely understand having difficult days, being short staffed, or being exhausted. But there's still a level of professionalism and cleanliness that should be expected, especially when handling customers' food. Unfortunately, after that experience, we won't be back. I guess how good your food is depends on who's working.
