I asked for help and was given excellent advice and as you can see from the photos got myself a small starter pack as well as an ingenious little notebook to keep track of what I'm trying and my preferences. It can be hard to see this small shop amid all of the big touristy stores in Beaufort. But look for it across the street from Cru coffee and wine bar (which is also worth a stop). The store was larger than I expected with many varieties of olive oil and you are able to taste test them before you buy. Besides the olive oil, there were sauces, spices, popcorn and other items.
