If I could give this store zero stars I would. Came to get prescription. Prescription was sent over yesterday. Waited in line for 10 minutes only to be told oops we lost your prescription we have to remake it. It will be 5-10 minutes. Waited in line another 10 minutes with still 5 people ahead of me. Line not moving at all. Figured I'd try drive through. Again one car in front of me and waited. Finally my turn. It's now been about 25 minutes and still not ready. Another 5 minutes and finally ready. Also bought some items including liquor. Girl couldn't get scanner to work. Guy comes to help her. Oh she can't scan liquor she's not old enough to. She should know this. Worst Walgreens I've ever been to. read more

No longer accepts united health care plus generally bad customer service as the staff is visibly overworked

I use this Walgreens frequently. It's always clean and staff are friendly and it's well stocked. If you have a prescription to pick up, be prepared to wait...but I think they are doing the best they can under these stupid COVID rules. read more

Very disappointed in Walgreen's handling of my prescription issue. My doctor called in two prescriptions early in the day for medications I forgot to bring on vacation. The interactive voice response said it was pending and I'd get a call when it was ready. I eventually called them, only to find out they did not have one medicine in the whole 14 store region, and my insurance rejected the second. By the time I found out, it was too late to call the MDs office that day. I called CVS the next morning. They had both medications and found that Tricare only allowed a 30 day supply of the one. They resolved the issue quickly and filled the prescriptions. In the name of ethics and safety, I feel Walgreens should have advised me they were having issues so I could have acted more timely and not missed prescribed doses. read more

I have been using this store for prescriptions for over 10 years.The pharmacy is very slow in filling scripts.Many times I have had to make several trips because they do not have scripts ready.Maybe they are understaffed.The only reason I still use them is because they are the only pharmacy within 5 miles of my home. read more

so disappointed with this business. though the sales and stocking staff tried to help, they were unable. the supervisor really did not act as if she even wanted to help and after 3 attempts she was able to fix the problem.- but only because I found the proof- though I doubt the signs will get fixed or that corporate will communicate with their staff either. with that said watch your charges! read more
