I found the team at CVC to be friendly, professional and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The wait has been short and the atmosphere very pleasant and immaculate. After filling it out we waited for about 5 minutes before we were called back for vitals to be taken. Immediately got into an exam room where my husband was triaged by the nurse. Within 2-3 minutes of her leaving the room, the PA came in. My husband was being seen for a burn and the PA was very thorough and helpful. A prescription was sent to the pharmacy and we were out the door shortly after. The entire visit was around 30 minutes total. Truly great service and care. Very grateful that an urgent care was opened closer to home.
